Great property and location. Anything you need or may have forgotten is there!On the bottom floor so no stairs. I was able to park right by the door so loading and unloading was easy. Short walk to downtown..6 min scooter ride! Would definitely stay again!

Brittany went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Any possible amenity a guest would need was provided, great communication! Great location, close to downtown and Germantown, you will love her place!

We walked to Broadway and a couple of Sounds games. Location is great. Property is cute. Loved the river view.

I stayed here with my mother when meeting with a group of friends. It was a good location away from all the craziness of downtown, but also a very close commute. There were also several places in Germantown within walking distance. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. I would stay here again if I was in town!

First time VRBO user here and I definitely would stay at Brittany's place again. She thought of everything to make a stay amazing from coffee and creamer to water in the refrigerator. Toiletries from shampoo, feminine necessities, to sunscreen and pool towels. I know some people complained about the construction. We didn't hear anything but we discovered there was construction all over Nashville not just here! The only suggestion we had for the owner which we left for her. The person who slept on the pull out said it would have better to have darker curtains in the over the patio door even though the curtains were gorgeous just a heavier weight would be better for an east facing door. The interior decorating of the place was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope to be able to stay at your place again when I visit Nashville next. Simply a beautiful and amazing place and wonderful host!

This place was amazing. Clean everything was as it says. My wife and I had a fabulous time. If you want take in broadway or catch a titans game or anything else in the city this your place. A1 host!!!

Location was great. Walking distance to Downtown. Condo was emaculate and very comfortable. Everything you need included! Covered FREE parking was awesome. If this isnt a SUPER HOST then it should be.

The condo is super clean and roomy. Bed is very comfy. This location was perfect. Short enough walk to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. When I come back to Nashville I will stay here if available!

This little condo was perfect for 2!! Clean, great parking, nice balcony view of the river and easy access to everything Nashville!! Would highly recommend!!

The owner of the property was very prompt with responding. Property was clean. However, there were some concerns, there is a lot of construction and road closures in the area, which made it difficult to get to the property. One of the glass doors in the living room did not have blinds, only a see through curtain, which was very uncomfortable, especially when construction workers were able to see straight into the living room. The construction was right out side of the condo which was VERY loud. Therefore, we were not able to sleep in as planned. After my fiancé took a shower we weren’t able to get hot water, The bed is more like a twin than queen, and we are both pretty healthy people so that was a little uncomfortable. As I shared with the owner, I know things happen however, it should have been communicated with us about the construction prior to us paying. Again, with all of that plus prediction of bad weather we left a day early, so I lost money,

Clean, comfortable

The condo was nice. Small but there was only myself & my husband so we didn’t need a lot of room. I was super excited about having a back porch overlooking the River. When we checked in there was a giant piece of ply wood over the sliding back door preventing us from going out there. A lot of construction in the area and very loud. Fortunately the barrier to the back door was removed late the following day and we were able to enjoy the porch a little. The bed was super comfy. The Keurig and snacks were a giant plus!! We walked to/from Broadway a few times but the walk was a little longer then expected. Still doable though.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a weekend in Nashville. It was perfect! The location was just right to walk to most things. We only needed an Uber to get to and from the airport. The condo is adorable, perfect for two people and it looks exactly like the pictures. Brittany had everything you might need and more at the condo. She was very attentive and hit right back to me when I had a question. It has a lovely view of the river also! Overall, this was a great stay and I would highly recommend it! We can’t wait to visit again , and I would definitely stay here again!

Brittany literally has a gem here. She is the best host I’ve ever experienced through VRBO. The condo was better than described and there was nothing she didn’t think of to have available for guests. She fully stocked anything you’d ever need. The bed was super comfy and the linens were perfection. We will definitely be coming back to visit and using her VRBO. Thank you Brittany! We had an amazing 20th Anniversary at your condo. The parking was perfect too! We literally parked 3 feet in front of the condo!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

This place is exactly as described and the host was incredibly proactive at providing us with all of the information there was no need to contact her throughout our stay. The place is very clean, nice neighborhood and really cute!

The place was perfect size for 3, one person using the couch(pull out). The condo had everything one might forget plus extra amenities that we weren’t expecting, such as snacks and water.

We loved our brief stay at the Riverfront Condo! It was a great location for walking to Broadway or Germantown, which was very quaint with some places to eat and some cute coffee shops! The condo was very clean and just as shown in the pictures and the host had anything you may have left at home covered! I have never stayed at a rental that had anything you may need! She also had us covered with some snacks, water and coffee! I would 100% stay in this condo again!!!!
