Condo complex is across the street from the beach and has its own boardwalk across the dunes. The complex also has a pool. Kitchen had everything we needed, comfy bed and couch. Small issue with electronic door lock but communication with Vacasa had the issue quickly resolved. This unit has 2 balconies with one view of the bay and one view of the beach. Would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. It was nice having 2 balconies. Bed was very comfortable. The condo is a perfect lil setup. The lagoon was our favorite. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from it. We will definitely go back and we have friends and family interested in staying there. Thanks you to all who made our time there wonderful.

We stayed in the off season after spring break. It was very quiet and comfortable. The locals and owners were very plesent and friendly. Access to little lagoon and the beach is a bonus. The price was better than staying in a motel. I would definitely stay again.

We really liked the condo. It was a great view with the balcony being beach view. It was a short walk to beach across parking lot. All new furniture and appliances. Pull out couch very comfortable. Nice decor, not crowded at the beach, nice big washer/dryer. Great stay for 2 people. Other than a few maintenance issues-that needed to be handled with Vacasa-we had a nice visit.

Wonderful stay. Such a quick walk across the street for the beach. The sofa bed pulled out and slept well—was also enough room in living room to blow up an air mattress for my kids. The two balconies were nice, one you can see the lagoon and the other you could see the ocean.

This truly was the worst condo that I’ve ever stayed at. I did call and they were going to come re-clean but it was the broken door on the living room floor,the broken locks on front door and balcony door. The broken screen door hanging sideways. The blood on the toilet seat upon arrival the mold on the shower curtain. The dusty ceiling fans the stained pillows and trash under the pull out bed that had me disgusted. The black marks all thru out the condo this was not just a cleaning issues it was an up keep issue. The broom to sweep that was provided was disgusting. The spare closet looked like someone just threw everything in there. Sheets were next to the nasty black mop and broom in the closet. F

I adored everything about this condo. The balcony’s were my favorite have one on both the living room side and one in the bedroom to have the view of the lagoon. The condo was very clean and updated with very nice tv in the bedroom as well as one in the living room for music or weather updates. We enjoyed the island/ dinning nook to sit and eat our meals while we at during our stay. The linens were cleaned and it had everything we needed there. I will rent this unit again and tell others about this perfect little condo.

This property is as described, it’s a wonderful location; and very nice for the overall price! I would definitely recommend it. The pool was an amazing feature, the only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that upon arrival we noticed the main balcony door was left open by housekeeping and would not remain latched without a hard shove. Since the door was left open; there was a large amount of fruit flies that we had to become friendly with. Also, the balcony door wouldn’t lock, so that should be fixed! Also be prepared to fight for a spot on the beach, as the resorts piece of the beach is absolutely tiny!

Condo was exactly what the pictures showed. Only bad thing, the door to the washer and dryer fell off the track and almost hit one of the kids when it was opened. Just be careful opening them if it doesn’t get fixed. Other than that, it was a great stay. We had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay. Condo was very clean and cute! Bed was to die for. View of Lagoon from bedroom balcony which was about 75ft away, and view of Gulf right across from living room balcony. Perfect spot to vacation. We will be back.

Great Easy Getaway
Accurate to pictures and convenient location! We enjoyed a vacation spot set back from the spring break-ers and the hustle of the main strip. The private beach was an easy walk across the two-lane road. We really enjoyed the quiet community and never had to wait for pool or hot tub access. The facility is a little outdated but great for the price and worth the booking! We will be back!
Renting was easy and efficient. The host was clear and quick in communication. The rental was unlocked when we arrived but once we figured out the lock we felt very secure. The elevator in building “A” was broken but the location of this rental right by the stairs made unloading easy! Overall, rental and beach access not super handicap accessible but manageable if elevator was working. Rental did not provide dish towels and with just two of us we had to do dishes each night to have utensils for the next day. Overall, we had most things we needed! Good space for a couple or a few friends!

Nice, quiet getaway
A wonderful place to enjoy a long weekend with my wife so that we could just focus on us. Location to the beach was great, location was a bit away from town so it was really quiet. All staff was super friendly.

Vacation 2021
The condo was nice, It had a few issues, we never could lock the balcony sliding door, it wouldn’t close. There were a few areas that could have used some cleaning attention. But over all the locations was ideal. We were very close to the beach.

Nice Little Place
The manager was extremely nice and helpful. The units were a little dated, but we weren't there for the decor so that was not important. They did need to clean a little better as there were food stains on the fridge, cabinet doors, and smeared all over the trash can lid. The unit was a little cramped, but again not an issue because the air conditioning was very satisfying after a day in the hot sun. The rear patio door didn't lock so that was concerning even being on the second floor so I would recommend that be fixed. The screen to the rear patio door was completely off the track, but again not a big deal. The grab bar in the shower needs fixed as when my wife tried to grab it, it came completely out. The beach was the bomb and was the highlight of the trip. We plan on making many more trips to this area over the upcoming years and hope to retire to the area in hopefully about 15 years or so. This resort will be at the top of our list for places to stay.

Very clean, perfect for small family
Location is perfect, very clean condo. Couple things need attention, sliding door, extremely hard to open & close. Watch your head when loading dryer, door slides right in way and both my daughter and myself learned the hard way. The parking fee, $25, and ours pass blew into the console when we were driving around and got a "threaten to tow note" on our windshield the next day because it wasn't visible and we forgot about it. The pool area is nice but always busy. On the whole the view and location was worth the price.

Nice and Clean Condo.
Condo was very clean, updated, and perfect for myself and my wife. Our first time to the area, situated between the beach and the lagoon, if you like seeing water your in luck. Found nearby Bahama Bob's has great shrimp. Tacky Jack's in Orange Beach and the FloraBama were both worth the trip. Fished out of Zeke's Marina on Zeke's Lady head boat. Great crew limited on Snapper, well worth $95. Overall great stay, will be returning.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a reasonable price. It is a basic condo but has amenities for a family. Nice that laundry included and small things like crockpot. This unit had 2 balconies which was nice. Wish there was better outdoor furniture since that’s mostly where we relaxed was on front balcony. Beach access not a problem. Nice dock onto lagoon. Only 1 elevator working for entire complex which made things difficult on arrival. This unit on 2nd floor but I would have been more upset if we were higher up.

My husband and I have stayed in this condo a few times and it is our favorite. You can see the water directly from the balcony and it's such a beautiful room. Comfortable bed and furniture. We can't wait to stay there again.

Great place to stay for Memorial Day. The unit is very nice and would highly recommend it. The only issue that I had was that the wifi would not work, I reported it but I was never able to access it. Other than that, I had a great time.

For the price and convenience this is the best place I’ve stayed in Gulf Shores, you’re far enough from the busy strip that you can walk to the beach with minimal traffic and the pool was a very good size

The location was great, the place was very cute and clean! Very easy access to the beach. Just a few things that could be improved, the bed on the couch is AWFUL you can feel the springs, It needs a topper or something! The blind were broke so all of us ladies had to take turn changing in the bathroom so noone outside could see us! I do think the blinds were fixed as were were leaving someone with a work order came in! Toilet paper there were only two rolls 4 women 4 days! Other than that it was amazing! Home away from home it felt like
