Acabo de empezar a alquilar este apartamento para inquilinos de vacaciones. Este es un apartamento de 2 pisos, 3 dormitorios, 3 baños completos en un edificio privado a solo unos pasos de la playa con vista al mar.
Si miras de cerca las imágenes, puedes ver que el edificio está ubicado en la esquina de la calle Georgia. y Surf Road en la entrada a la playa y paseo marítimo.

El dormitorio principal tiene su propio balcón con vista al mar y baño completo. Dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 balcones con vista al mar y a la bahía.
Cada habitación tiene 2 juegos de sábanas y edredones, un montón de toallas, secador de pelo, artículos de tocador.

We were in town for an engagement party for our daughter. We wanted to be close to the beach while also close to the festivities & our local family.
This place was perfect! The location is at the quieter part of the boardwalk & next to a beautiful stretch of the beach. It was also walking distance for our kids to enjoy evenings out.
The home was very well appreciated especially the kitchen as well as beach chairs & a wagon. All we needed were groceries to feel at home!
We would stay again.

This property is amazing as well as the owner! Prompt communication, responses, accuracy, pleasant to work with, location is prime, immaculate cleaning, beach accessories. At south end of Broadwalk and within walking distance to shops and eateries, bicycle rental at corner, clean and safe neighborhood.

Host responds quickly. Excellent location close to beach. House had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Very clean home and felt very safe. Lots of fun things to do with the boardwalk close by. Would love to come back.

Great get a way from cold Indiana! Host was very responsive. Anytime I communicated with her she was on the spot with the answer. We are not needy travelers. Thought the place was well maintained and clean. Location is perfect and the views were nice from inside and on balconies. Will definitely look up this place again next time to the area.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is right on the beach and everything was clean and neat. The beds sleep wonderful!! We had a minor hiccup with the AC unit upon arrival, but Olga was very communicative and the issue was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay here again. You can walk everywhere and I felt safe and secure there. Perfect set up for multi family vacation and plenty of space to gather!

Apartment was nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Olga had great communication the whole time we stayed. Location to the beach and Boardwalk were excellent. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys were an added bonus. Looking forward to a return visit some day!

The VRBO has two outdoor porches. One has sun during the day and the other is shaded. They are especially nice to use when it is not perfect beach weather. There are comfy couches for watching movies.

The location is perfect for life by the boardwalk/beach. Home was very clean and pictures describing the location was very accurate.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The three bedrooms were perfect accommodations for myself and two friends. We were only steps from the boardwalk/beach and it was just a short drive to get to Gulfstream Park. We appreciated the individual a/c units in each bedroom allowing us to set our own preferred temperature for sleeping. Olga was a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend!

Olga has a very nice place and it is well worth it to stay here. Just steps from the beach is awesome. Onsite parking a huge plus. The house was spotless on the inside. Could use a little bit of care on the outside. Only negative was the main entry door and programable lock. The door sticks and needs to be forced open. The old lock needs to be upgraded very old not illuminated or able to be personalized Great place you wont regret it.

This is an amazing place to stay. You walk out the front door and the boardwalk and sand are steps away. The view is incredible. It is our favorite place to stay on the end of the boardwalk. We can’t say enough good things about it. The property manager is amazing with communication! We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is our second time staying at this awesome rental. The property itself is amazing, but add to it the location, proximity to the beach and how great Olga is and wow! Wonderful vacation rental
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is very nice and clean. Three spacious bedrooms and a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The breeze during the night was spectacular. The host provided accurate description for checkin and where to find everything. Plenty of entertainment on the TV and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to make your beach stay comfortable.

Amazing Vacation
We wanted to be close to the beach and this did not disappoint. The location was perfect, just steps from the boardwalk. Close to Margaritaville and many other restaurants. Check In/Out was amazing and the owner is amazing with communication. We can’t wait to come back for another trip!

Great Beach Location!
Enjoyed a long weekend here with friends. Property is as shown in pictures. Great location close to the beach on the quieter end of the Broadwalk but within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Property manager was excellent with communication and responsiveness.

Everything was just like it was stated. Loved being so close to the beach...that is what we Wanted! Very clean. Comfy beds. Olga responded very quickly. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Ah-Mazing
This property was super clean, large, and well stocked (kitchen + all other aspects) with LITERALLY everything! Chairs, towels, umbrellas, toiletries, even hats and beach bags!! It’s so close to the beach that if you have kids or just need to come back for anything it’s super easy. All of us had such an amazing time and Olga was immediately responsive to any questions. We are already looking forward to booking next year!!

Upon arrival everything was in order and as advertised. The biggest draw for our group was the proximity to beach and boardwalk and this property didn't disappoint. Olga was a pleasure to work with and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This is by far the best vacation we have taken. We have a 5 year old daughter and almost 4 year old son that loves every minute of our beautiful vacation home. It is so incredibly close to the beach that walking back to use the bathroom or anything is not an issue. This house has everything- from a great kitchen and anything you could need to cook at home, to toiletries and even a car seat! The beach stuff was the best- chairs, sand toys umbrellas even a cooler! We will absolutely be back yearly to rent this spot. We couldn’t be happier. Also- it’s at a part of the broadwalk that is walking distance to the more lively area- but quiet and great for a family. Can’t say enough about how great it was and we can’t wait to go back!

Lots of room, great location!
This was a great place to stay, it was clean and had lots of room. The location is wonderful, really close to the beach, but a little away from the busy part of the broadwalk. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more were perfect. Walmart is only about 10 minutes away. The bandshell was within walking distance and we enjoyed watching and listening to the bands at night. One slight problem; the shower in the master bedroom was HOT and the shower for the other two bedrooms was a little cool. Olga was quick to answer any questions and very helpful.
