Great house , clean comfy, great host helpful pleasant and friendly. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked .
A lot of steps down to property , we really struggled. The owner helped with our suitcase .

Absolutely EVERYTHING! The host is fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful freshly cooked Scottish breakfast if required, eggs done as you request to perfection, or choice of continental. Great attention to the little things, like Hot Chocolate, nicely folded towels, free access to extra biscuits, milk etc. I had a shared bathroom but only one other room also shared it, and also had wash basin in my room. Very modern, quality linen. A huge bang for your buck. Lovely views from breakfast room. All in all a superb BnB!

Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man so braucht, unser Gastgeber Cor hat dann noch frische Eierspeisen, typisches schottisches Frühstück uvm. gezaubert. Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes B&B, bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht auf Pitlochry.

Everything. This property/location is a hidden gem. Located within easy walking distance of Pitlochry town centre, this property provides a great base for visiting both the town and surrounding area. Comfortable room, great breakfast and wonderful host.

Easy access to the town and adequate parking. Nice clean room with shared bathroom. Lovely cooked breakfast both days. Very helpful and pleasant owner of the b and b. Would recommend.

Lovely helpful hosts, open kitchen facilities with complimentary fresh orange, tea/ coffee, and croissants were perfect for enjoying while sitting on the patio on arrival. Particularly loved room six, which had French doors and own patio area. Amazing breakfast!
Situated up a hill and the steps down to accommodation didn't suit my elderly mum and aunt.

We were very happy with our stay. The breakfasts were excellent - plenty of choice both with the cooked breakfast and with the Continental food on offer. The Manager Colin was very obliging and pleasant.
Although we had been advised that there were steps down from the road to the property, we found them a hazard as we are elderly. However, we coped!

I don't like eating breakfast with strangers; Corin who was the manager, arranged for me to have a breakfast tray each morning to take to my room. This was so appreciated and made the visit super civilised (especially as I was recovering from illness when I went!).
I was on foot and it was hard to find the property as the house sign was set back; a tall vehicle was parked in front of it which completely obscured it so maybe a bigger sign out front would help!

It was very clean with fantastic breakfast and the location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. They even gave us a gift for my daughter's birthday 😁
