Excellent overnight stay in an immaculate and comfortable house overlooking the town. Our hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. This was demonstrated in the care & attention taken for breakfast, which had separate menus for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommended

Myself & my wife eventually got a few days away from our young kids & had an amazing time away this weekend. We hadn’t been away for a few years and The Derrybeg provided a fabulous stay.
Lesley & Ronnie are a lovely couple who are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. great bit chatting and just really down to earth.
Breakfast was fantastic, room was lovely and clean. great Scottish names on the doors, bed was very comfy, and exceptional views from their beautiful garden.
you can also bring your own bottle of wine and chill outside and look over the Tummel Vally.
5min walk to the bars and restaurants and Ronnie also provides a taxi service for any of the customers.
i wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We will certainly be back.

A warm and friendly welcome from Lesley & Ronnie the hosts. The room, gardens and facilities are superb, the food was beautiful. We have found our go to place to stay. Fabulous xx

The hosts were very nice and helpful. Would stay there again in the near future . Me and my girlfriend stayed in the smallest room and it was very clean and tidy bed was comfortable for the size of it .the place was perfect for us and was close to where the pick up point was for the Enchanted Forest which itself was amazing 👍

Location good and hosts friendly. Room clean. Breakfast delicious and view onto garden lovely.
Room too small and located on ground floor at entrance hallway. Noisy with other guests coming and going. Decor in room dated. Bed uncomfortable, mattress seemed to have a hump in the middle and felt like sleeping on a slope.

Faultless. Run by a lovely, friendly and hospitable couple. Welcomed on arrival with team and biscuits on the lounge with great views of the southern reaches of the Cairngorms. The town centre is a five minute walk away. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Great vegan options for breakfast. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. It was a pleasure staying here.

Best B and B experience ever!! Delightful hosts in a beautiful space. Extremely clean and well appointed in sweet little Pitlochry. Delicious, individualized breakfasts with great coffee. Cannot say enough good things about this magical place.

Very friendly welcoming hosts. Even made us a coffee before going to our room...nice touch! Room was fairly small but fine for us as only their one night. Excellent breakfast. Great location to explore and free parking.

struggled for ages to get warm water from the shower, walls very thin - heard everyone in hallways. having to order breakfast before 7pm the evening before!?

Easy to find location just off the main road through the town.
The owners where fantastic. Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was really good especially the French toast. Couldn't have asked for more for my visit.

Absolutely brilliant! Location allowed walking access to restaurants and shopping. Quiet despite closeness to main road. Tub was a godsend after several days of travel in the car. Tasty breakfast options and helpful suggestions were the cherry on top!
