لا يوجد حامل حقائب وكذلك كان حجزي غرفة مع اطلاله (مطلة على المسبح )ولكن اعطوني غرفة مطله على مواقف الفندق (واجهة الفندق الامامية) لايوجد مناديل ولا فرشاة اسنان فقط يوجد صابون ولوشن جسم وشامبو ، لايوجد غرف مدخنين ، عزل الغرف ضعيف جدا

من أسوأ الفنادق التي حجزتها أنا وعائلتي لمدة ليلتين ، حجزت غرفتين 717 و 719 والمكيفات متعطلة والحرارة كالفرن وطلبت اصلاحهم ولكن جاء الفني ونظف الفلاتر فقط ، ولم يتواصل معي أحد لتغيير الغرفة أو تقديم الاعتذار ، ودفعت للإفطار الذي كان أسوأ ماتتخيلون، الذباب على جميع الأكل وعندما أخبرتهم لم يهتم أحد بالموضوع ، ويجعلون عمال توصيل الطعام يصعدون للطوابق ولم يكن هناك أي أمان ، لا أنصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق فعلا" تجربة سيئة ولن أكررها مرة أخرى One of the worst hotels that my family and I booked for two nights, I booked two rooms 717 and 719 and the air conditioners are broken and the heat is like an oven and asked to fix them, but the technician came and cleaned the filters only, and no one contacted me to change the room or apologize, and I paid for breakfast, which was the worst you can imagine, the flies on all the food and when I told them no one cared about the subject, and they make the food delivery workers go up to the floors and there was no safety, I don't recommend staying in this hotel really "a bad experience and I will not repeat it again

It was clean and had all facilities

It was not my first choice. Booking.com had failed my daughter and I. So this was a last minute booking whilst in Dubai. They did accommodate us and made us fell welcome

The fastest check in, in dubai. What a guy on the front desk. No playing around and straight in. Room was clean

Room to small for what I paid. But it was first time so ok.

Location was good for my needs as I had a function on that side of town. Not sure it is suitable for someone coming to Dubai to experience the sights and vibe. Food and Beverage offering is good and varied with a number of outlets.

The downside to the multiple F&B outlets is that the hotel and parking got very busy and noisy with a high number of guests who were not staying in the hotel. Also did not enjoy being woken up at 4am by noisy guests, who had clearly enjoyed the F&B offerings a bit to much, in the corridors

The restaurants that are available and the friendliness of all the staff.

Very basic.

Friendly helpful staff. Gym. Room services and cleaners.

Lack of Owen and fridge. The arrangements of AM/PM glasses which are prone to get broken. The free water sometimes feels like very hard water.

Convenient location to meet family; have stayed before so familiar with hotel and location.

Room was at the end of the building, heat from outside walls, so was quite hot even with A/C which was reported to staff.
