Breakfast was excellent

Central but not close to the main area, staff were nice but had a bad check in experience.

Check in was 3pm and I arrived at 1am so I should have a room as soon as I arrive but upon arrival they told me that there was no room ready. My booking was already FULLY PAID that means they sold my room to another guest and I had to wait an hour more to get a room. I asked compensation for 1 day and they only offered a free meal. So disappointing.

Amazing, always stay at Sheraton whenever I’m in Dubai, always meets my expectations.

The location, staff and facilifies

Breakfast was great and the spread impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to the Dubai metro and was very useful in touring the city.

We’ve stayed in Sheraton Grand few times before and love the location of it. The staff were lovely and housekeeping was great. The hotel itself has a lovely cafe and we loved dining at Miss Lily’s as well. We found it as good value for your money.

This stay was absolutely the worst experience we’ve had staying in Sheraton Grand or any hotel in Dubai as regular visitors to the city. Due to our flight arriving very early in the morning we had paid for an extra night, however when we arrived our room was not cleaned to professional standard, there were broken items in the room and nothing was prepared for 3 guest despite check in and pre-arrival email we sent. We had to wait for a room change and towels and cups for 3 guest roughly until 9.30pm and missed our dinner reservation on the first night. We continued to struggle with coffee and milk refills and dedicating 3 cups for 3 guest throughout the stay. I would like to highlight that housekeeping was otherwise great. Additionally, we had an incident where hotel security chased me down to the lift after a night out to question whether I was a guest in the hotel and asked to see my key card. I have never been felt so disrespected by hotel staff in a 5 start hotel. It was shocking that this is the treatment of the hotel guest and felt I was racially profiled. I came to notice there were some questionable people in the evenings in front of the hotel and would strongly suggest the hotel find a better way to manage this instead of harassing their guests. I spoke with management and security manager but this was just icing on top to the challenges we already had. There was no gesture of good will to correct this from Sheratons side and left a very bad experience unresolved. Due to this I would not suggest Sheraton to anyone and have personally made the decision to choose alternative hotel for our future stays.

كل شيء رائع داخل الفندق.

الازدحام المروري كل صباح امام الفندق يفسد كل شي.. خاصة للذين لديهم اعمال او اجتماعات او لقاءات صباحية

我的车子没电了，所有人很热心的帮我解决。还允许我第二天再去取车。

在办理入住的时候，通知我我没有付款。可是我很早就已经付过了，很遗憾

The room is designed for a section/class of guests, but overall the layout can be modified and made more private for a family. The breakfast and the service is superb and the location is ideal too for family and business meetings.

The bathroom fittings are not user friendly in many ways.
