الاقامة كانت مريحه للغاية الطاقم كامل كان متعاون الغرف واسعه وجميع الاحتياج موجود داخل الغرفه الافطار كان متنوع وتتجدد بعض الاطباق الفندق هادئ مميزاته ولا يوجد فيه ديسكو ولا بار مناسب للعائلات جدا وهذا ما حببني فيه ، قريب من مول دبي ومحطة الميترو قريب قرابة 300 متر ويعتبر موقع الفندق قريب من كل المناطق السياحية

家族４人で予約しましたが、部屋は40階のキッチン付きの広い部屋でした。ベランダからブルジュハリファが見え、素敵な部屋でした。コンセントの形状が違ってるのを認識していなかった為にアダプターを持ってこなかったのですが、レセプションに行ったらすぐにアダプターを貸してくれて、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。

リビングのテレビがちょっと前のモデルだったので、you tubeやnetflixが見れるテレビだと良かった。キッチン付きだったが、冷蔵庫がうるさかった。

The location is perfect! And the room was very nice. We could easily take a walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Also for my work, it was very nice to reach anywhere i want using the metro.

I've been charged an extra night because we arrived at 3:00 AM. Although I have communicated with the hotel via Booking to confirm my arrival time. That I didn't like! Also, my wife was cooking, some cooking smoke alerted the fire alarm or something, the hotel staff came and insisted on coming to check any smoke or something. She didn't like that at all and felt uncofmrtable when strangers come into the room. They were polit and asked her to just open the balcony windows! We recommend in such situations to appoint a female staff for housekeeping or inspections such this.

Great location near the Metro for access to Dubai’s iconic buildings. Staff helpful and accommodating. Large apartment with access to swimming pool.

Apartment tired and in need of upgrade. Water cold in bathroom this morning. Breakfast not included when I believed it was requested.

Location is very good ! right next to business bay metro station ! 3 supermarkets 1 pharmacy ! 5 min away frm dubai mall easy access to all location

Loved the room, the gym and the swimming pool. The Wifi was great...this is something I was worried about (travelling for work) I stayed here for 6 weeks and the Wifi was fantastic. (5th floor)

The food in the restaurant could have been better. It was ok but not super fresh.

The place location was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to my friends this hotel.

It was a lack of communication regarding the laundry service that was not clear explained if it is included in price or has a extra charge when I asked , so I found it later I've been charged for this service , when I check out..

The space of the room is so big and comfortable. I had one living room and bed room and it was just me. Amazing!!!

All Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Pool staff very friendly Pool has great views of the city.

I didn't like the fact even though they confirmed the booking at one price when I went to check in they wanted to charge me 9x the price I booked and confirmed at. I have sent them emails no reply...I sent emails to booking.com.no reply ..so thanks a lot to both of them
