everything was great

Very friendly staff, comfy bed, clean bathroom with excellent shower (pressure:D).

The room was clean and comfy. TV and Wifi were working well. Had an elevator which is good for people who got big luggages

The room is not soundproof so could hear people next door walking/opening closing their doors. Also the loud music from the bar on street.

Excellent location, big kitchen and common area. You meet lots of interesting people, specially Te Araroa hikers!

Luggage storage does not lock. There were also no lockers in the dorm. Wifi unstable. Dorm had 12 beds and was a bit of a combination of dorm/lounge/kitchen, as it had a sofa and TV, kitchen bench with two sinks, kettle and a huge fridge.

Noisy at night. Bad sound proof .. a lot of noises at night along the street ..noisy cars sound with people shouting and singing.. can’t sleep at all

Friendly old lady staff.

The young lady , don’t really know her job. I paid $10 for Bag storage , but the young lady did not give us the key and guided us wrongly and point to the area where it is free bag storage . Not flexible , we wish to wash cloths using their machine , but they don’t allow as it is pass 10am, which our check out time had pass. No parking .

Didn't like anything about it really

All the noise and the slamming or the letting go hard of the doors. Just plain ignorance on other guests behalf. Bed was far too uncomfortable and hard.
