Everything was good - beautiful interior, high comfort, safe environment, convenient location.

It is necessary to indicate that the code of the hotel room (numerical part) coincides with the entrance code of the hotel, so as not to cause misunderstanding.

Clean, nice, cozy, fully furnished and all kitchen utensils presented, TV, comfortable beds, 24 hour shop and sauna, and no staff at all) recommended

Did not go for the breakfast.

The car park is not well guarded and this can be a potential problem for people travelling alone or even vehicles being damaged. We heard that this has actually happened in the past. There was a group of weed-smoking youngsters making a lot of noice and harassing people for entry codes to the building.

- unfortunately, there were no towels for the third person - we had some problems with check-out and could not get into parking (was quickly solved by support-team after a phone call)

Dishwasher didn't work. Also sofabed wasn't in a nice condition - didn't properly worked as bed.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, I’m a quite easy going person, however many things went wrong during my stay at the property. First of all the room wasn’t ready until 16.35, but this itself wouldn’t be a problem for me. Right after checking in a man (I believe was the cleaner) knocked at our door, saying he forgot to start the dishwasher, and I told him that I would have taken care of it. At around 18.00 I started the dishwasher and we left the apartment. When we came back, at around 23.30, the dishwasher door was open and I’m sure I left it closed, but the most disturbing thing was that we found a belt on the floor, in the middle of the room. The belt doesn’t belong to us and certainly wasn’t there when we got in, we surely have noticed it, I don’t even want to know why a belt was on the floor of our apartment, but surely someone went inside while we were away, all our personal belongings were inside and this thing annoyed us so much. On top of that I want point out that the little fan provided didn’t work and was extremely hot, plus in the morning we cooked breakfast and the kitchen fan didn’t work either. After paying 152€ for one night staying we were expecting a way better experience, plus the fact that someone went inside is extremely annoying and worrying, I surely wouldn’t suggest anyone Forenom for their next staying.

1) Hot as hell in the apartment: I realize this may be a good thing in the winter, but in the summer the apartment was 500 degrees inside. Even with all the windows open no air gets inside and it’s literally hard to breathe and nearly impossible to sleep as needing to have the windows open means lots of noise from the street and full sunlight starting at 3a. 2) Incorrect/overload of communication from apartment host: First, they sent pages and pages worth of information (think like 15 scrolls on your phone) it’s hard to locate the only line of information you really need which is how to get into the apartment. Then when I asked for instructions on the parking (which costs 8 euros/night by the way) they sent another 2 scrolls, sending me to a parking lot a 10-15 minute walk away in a desolate area without clear idea of which spot to park in. After walking back to the apartment 15 minutes with our luggage we then received another 2 scrolls saying that there’s actually parking right in the apartment building. smh. 3. Far from city center: I knew this going into the apartment so this is more of a neutral topic, but I had read a lot of reviews saying that the location was good so wanted to put it out there that it’s like 25 minutes into the center. 4. No toilet paper in the apartment: bring your own?

There was an up to 2h free parking on the side of the road in front of the hotel, and it was free all night, it saved us. The parkings are not cheap in Helsinki. 24h grocery shop downstairs. Typical Finnish apartment, soundproof and well ventilated. The third bed is in a little tiny space separated by a sliding door. Blackout curtains.

The beds and the sofa are exceptionally soft, not good for weak backs. I had to sleep on the floor. Luckily the thin mattress cover for the bed was enough for the floor.
