The house is beautiful and short easy walk to the beach. We had a tropical storm blow in during our stay but we were high and dry and still enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend visiting the Mound House museum which is just a few blocks away for some interesting history.

This property was sparkling clean and well decorated, I felt relaxed and "beachy" just walking in. It's a perfect place to enjoy time at the pool, crossing the street to hit the beach, walking a block to food trucks and family friendly beach bars, or just sitting on the balcony of this place and reading a book and watching the sky over the ocean...

Pros- location was perfect. 185 steps from beach. House was very nice and beds were comfortable.
Cons-on busy street and not allowed to use garage for cars as owner has personal items stored there. Dryer needs to be replaced. Towels were not dry when we arrived and had to be turned on again.
Overall-would rent house again as you can not beat the location and comfort level of home.

Modern, Clean & Well Kept, Wonderful Location
This is our 2nd year renting the house. Excellent host! Awesome beach access. Love the swimming pool in the backyard when not at the beach. Walking distance to Fort Myers Beach downtown and close access to Publix (grocery store). We will definitely rent again!!

Perfect beach vacation
Reef of paradise gives you and your family everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! The house is absolutely stunning total luxury group of ten and we always felt like we had plenty of space! Location is fabulous beach access directly across the street tons of restaurants bars ice cream shops grocery store right down the road everything is in walking distance. We look forward to our next holiday at reef of paradise!!! Thanks for the beautiful vacation and all the great memories made .

Pure Paradise
This house was amazing. It had everything you need to cook with and live for a week. Beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys included. The only extra thing we would have have liked was an air pump for flat volleyball. The open air patio was great. Location was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Property manager responded immediately. Easy trolley ride to Times Square. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful House - Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at the Reef for spring break. We traveled with my parents and our three kids plus friend. The beach is a short walk to a very open and not busy area. The pool was perfectly heated and maintained. There were plenty of towels and other amenities provided. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home in great location
Reef of Paradise is a beautiful home located directly across the street from a wide and gorgeous beach. It was well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. It was beautifully furnished and had an upscale "beachy" vibe. The location was ideal for the beach and also close to dining and shopping. The management company was attentive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent there again and highly recommend Reef of Paradise for your Fort Meyers Beach vacation.

A Beautiful Vacation Home !!
Our family of 9 had an absolutely, wonderful time at this property! The house is so beautiful and spacious and has so many special touches like the open patios, the giant kitchen island, the fun pool area, the tiki hut table, the beach/pool toys and everything we needed for the beach days! Also, very close to everything in the area! I would LOVE to return someday!!

Perfect Family Vacation House
My family stayed here for our vacation together. It was perfect for what we needed! Spacious house and very clean. Multiple places to gather as a family. Beach access is right across the street. We would suggest getting extra household items such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Pool is a great temperature and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Property
We had an amazing and relaxing week at this property. The house is gorgeous. The beach is only a few steps away. We didn’t even need a car to get around, we rented beach cruisers and were able to get to anything and everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless and the property management team was extremely helpful. We had a group of 7 (3 grandparents, my husband and I and our two children ages 11 and 2). The pool was perfect to unwind after a day on the beach. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We loved it!

This was a beautiful vacation home and immaculate. Has everything you need for a great vacation and more. Pool with tiki bar was a huge hit. Pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella completed to to make vacationing here smooth and fun.

Great location on FMB
This home was very clean. It has an open kitchen area, with a huge slider that opens up to a large deck overlooking Estero Blvd. Access to the ocean is right across the street. The heated pool didn’t feel as warm as it should so we notified the manager. They sent someone out the next day to repair it. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed drinks by the pool as our kids splashed around. Overall, this experience was great and we would definitely book here again.

The owner watches you!
The owner had a ring doorbell and watches everything you do! Property management was great but the owner called me personally and sent me texts threatening to have us kicked out and arrrested because we had some friends over. Very unprofessional! She ruined our entire vacation because we were afraid of getting kicked out! DON’T STAY HERE. THE OWNER IS CRAZY!

We were disappointed that the pool was in the shade and the water was too cool to swim. No restroom on the pool level so we had to go up the stairs and through the house.

Met all expectations
Prior to searching for a vacation home over week, we had 3 primary criteria. 1. Close proximity to the beach. 2. Updated, clean and spacious home. 3. Nice outdoor living area and heated pool. This house checked all of those boxes plus many more such as seamless check-in and check- out processes, ton of amenities, and extremely comfortable sleeping quarters.

Fantastic property
The house was very clean and spacious with a great little pool and very close to the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family of 5. Maybe too much house for us but we don't like to be cramped. Balconies were very nice and the kids enjoyed the game room. The road noise could be a minor problem in busier times but we visited during the Covid crisis so the beach was almost deserted. Very clean and updated property.

Perfect Fit for our family!
We had a great family vacation!!!!! The house was beautiful and well equipped!!!!! The location was great and we spent two weeks and didn’t want to leave. The management company was great our entry went very smooth. We even got to meet the owner who seemed to be a great guy! There were 5 adults and four kids and made some wonderful memories!!!!

Perfect for Reunion
We had 7 women in the house for a college reunion and the it worked wonderfully for us. The property was just as described and even more impressive in person. It is right across the road from the beach and the pool is nice, although a little on the small size. We liked the ledges that you could sit on.
We had bought steaks to grill one night and we never could get the grill hot enough to cook them even after changing out the tanks. Other than that, no complaints for the property. I would highly recommend it and will definitely look to rent it again if in the area.

Great find.
Wonderful. By far one of the bus properties we stayed. Three children one mother-in-law my wife and I. Lots of room everything is walking distance. Only downfall was our neighbors were young so they were a little loud. Also they’re doing construction behind the property so waking up to banging was a bummer. Especially in the afternoon when you’re trying to relax in the beautiful pool you have to listen to construction. But overall five-star experience. One more criticism would be we had no TV in the family room for the entire stay so that was an enjoyable not having the whole family together in one room watching a movie.

This house was such a perfect place for us for the week! Very well built, well stocked, in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed. The kids loved the backyard pool. The master suite was phenomenal (and very quiet). Lots of beach toys/chairs/wagon. We would definitely stay here again!
