I felt greatly short-changed with this. The property given to me was not the one I booked and paid for, without prior notice or asking for my consent about the change. Booking.com and the Department of Trade and Industry should do something about this apparent scam. I booked and paid (upfront) for 3 guests at Unit 3T Nothwing 150 Newport Boulevard, Pasay. On check-in day, I was emailed to proceed to 101 Newport Condos, west wing entrance, without any explanation and without seeking my prior consent for the change. At the property, when I asked about the change, the contact woman offered no explanation, instead had arrogantly told me repeatedly not to get angry, when I was not even angry at that time but was only asking about the change. The person she sent to meet me at the lobby was no better. After much discussions, he told me the Unit at 150 Newport had aircon problem the day before, but when I asked him to check if it had been repaired, he told me it would take their company a long time to have it repaired (I suspect it was a lie). When I pointed out the differences between the unit I booked and paid for against that being given me (among which are: booked/paid unit was at 3rd floor, has balcony, 3 separate beds, the ads said 'full apartment' - offered is at 9th floor, has no balcony, only has 1 queen bed with pull-out and one big sofa with pull-out, and was a studio unit), that person arrogantly snapped saying "sige, dun ka nalang sa unit na yun" (the unit which he earlier said has no aircon) without giving any alternative if that unit indeed had no aircon. Tired from the travel getting there and of the discussions, I just accepted the key to the unit and asked him to turn on the aircon, and tried to rest. However, more than 2 hours later, the room had not cooled even a bit even with the aircon running at cool, 18 degrees with fan at high. I tried many times to call the contact woman but she did not answer any of my calls.

It clean , nice location. The host was so nice. They have a small kitchen but we didn’t use it for we were only there for 4 hours since we have very early flight. We just wanted a place to freshen up and relax .

The toilet light is so dark, I got different room not as good as I saw online.

The location. Generally the room was comfortable.

The main door lock system was defective. I had to call assistance once. And did not lock the door when going our, henceforth.

We actually liked nothing in particular about this place. It's walking distance from the airport, that's about the only thing.

We were redirected by the host and ended up staying at a different place than was shown on booking. The apartment was in a bad condition, it was dirty and ugly. Old food was left in the fridge and dirty laundry was left in the washing machine. We actually took photos about all the bad details and wanted to send them to booking as a complaint. It was among the worst stays of the entire trip!

The ambiance is amazing and the unit was very minimalistic which was my brother-like.

A spacious room packed with all the necessities you'll need. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. It's a walking distance to the airport. The host responded to the message promptly and the condo caretaker helped us check in without a problem.
