Im a non smoker and the staff planted one lightly smoked cigarette in the toilet and charged me 25000 for smoking. All the staff are trained to scam the guests.

Im a non smoker and the staff planted one lightly smoked cigarette in the toilet and charged me 25000 for smoking. All the staff are trained to scam the guests. I believe the company will go bust soon and hence they scam the guests to make money.

Rooms were spacious. Good location. Breakfast was good. Price.

Initially they put me in a room that smelt like an ash tray. There was an air purifier they were using to mask the smell. This was after I was told it was a non-smoking room and would be charged extra if “I” smoked in there. They did however change my room, when I mentioned this issue to them. The new room didn’t have an air purifier, so they were aware of the cigarette smell. Also, the breakfast is included and made to order, on a number of days they ran out of my breakfast preference.
