Staff were very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable

The breakfast buffet was not stocked at all. Enough coffee which was great but breakfast foods /choices were offered but not ordered to serve guests . The pool was not clean to swim it did not smell like chlorine and seemed to not be filtering because there was hair and debris floating.

Friendly staff

Not the fault of the staff, but unfortunately some guests are direspectful of the rules and do smoke in the rooms, so despite the fact that it is non-smoking rooms only, ours had a strong smell of cigarettes. Very annoying. It was the last room available, as it was a busy weekend, so we had no choice.

The check-in staff was friendly, but she did not have a mask on, which made me doubt there were any COVID measures in place.

The room was not very clean. The carpet was gross, and the floor squeaked very badly. The people below us must have hated any time we walked on the floor. The sheets were thin and old, the beds were poorly made, so I had to remake the bed myself. The mattress pad underneath was full of holes and just needed to be in the garbage. There was a thin blanket for our top blanket. That simply was not going to be warm enough, but they informed us they had no extra blankets to give out. We had to go across the street and buy blankets. This room was entirely too expensive for the quality. This is by far the worst quality Best Western we have ever stayed in.
