Great stay for the price. This was a marriott that is now run by the brand it is now. It still has many of the upscale features. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed after a K-State Football game. We checked in before the game and the desk agent was very professional, but the desk setup was not very efficient. He had to go to another room to get printouts for us to sign. The breakfast on Sunday morning was not elaborate, but met our needs. My only complaint is there was a cleaning odor in our room that gave me a sore throat.

He had to go to another room to get printouts for us to sign. The breakfast on Sunday morning was not elaborate, but met our needs. Not sure why this was such a good rate. The same rate as a rundown roadside motel. This is a nice place. VERY quiet on a Sunday night. Right next to the walmart - walked to it for provisions. Clean, comfy bed, cable channels, nice hot shower with great pressure.

Clean and spacious, plenty of closet space and drawers. Definitely need better lighting in the parking lot. A couple of signs in the parking lot stating that Management is not responsible for damage or theft to personal vehicles, not exactly what I wanted to see in parking my 2024 vehicle. This place has a lot of potential if the outside environment is upgraded. Also, on their website it said Free breakfast, but it was a paid breakfast🙁

Whenever I come to JC, I choose the Marriott. I appreciate the rooms are always clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is close to some necessity shopping and some decent dining options. Thank you for providing a place to stay that is comfortable. The outside seating is wonderful!

I was told to park around the back of the building. All the lights were off in that lot. Told the front desk. They said they had a bad lightning storm and had electrical damage.

We were caught in a severe weather alert with heavy rain driving through Kansas. I called to let the front desk know we had an ETA after 1am, Mia was so kind as to set us up for that late check in! Large comfy King room. Courtyard Marriott is always fantastic with the 12 noon checkout time, that extra hour (compared to other hotels 11am) really helps, so convenient. The facilities were nice and stocked. We picked up some food bc the dining was closed temporarily and were able to sit in the community area. Tiara at the front desk was so kind and helpful, she's much appreciated and had great energy, she really made our day for our next segment of a very long drive across country. Overall kind staff and nice facilities in a safe area, shopping and eats across the street.

The first room we were in had a problem with the air conditioner leaking but they put us in another room right away which was a nice clean room and the air conditioner worked great. For our troubles they gave us two free breakfast coupons. Freddie at the front desk was great, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy for the air conditioner was very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.
