Staff is outstanding!

A/C in room barely functioning. Mold or mildew under the cushions in the room on the fold out couch. Pillows on the bed were awful. Absolutely not up to Marriott standards

Hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and surrounding area had plenty of food options. We would stay here again.

Freddie at the front desk was great and very helpful. Noon checkout time also nice. This hotel is very outdated. The chair in our room was so gross I did not allow my kids to sit there. Stains all over the carpet and the pool...ew. the online pictures are definately edited. There is food and snacks for purchase and the lobby is nice. Not what I expected from a Marriott.

Clean

Excellent for everything: staff friendly and helpful, amenities great, room and entire facility clean and made you feel comfortable, great breakfast. Etc. Can’t say enough. Best hotel I’ve been in on my 800 mile trip.

Perfect!

I hate to give reviews like this but the owners need the feedback for future guests experince. It was surely a top notch property in theday, but age is wearing it out . worn seams on carpet and general scuffs and nicks on woodwrok. But those things would not prompt a bad review from me. The bathroom does. The bathroom was pretty clean for the most part. But when i saw a hair in the sink and on further inspection one in the shower, I stopped looking. It is extremely hard to find them all I know, but so important to make the effort if you want a good cleanliness review.

My husband and I arrived on Thursday June 11 to the hotel at 6:30 and tried to check in and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes due to one of their employees being drunk and completely naked passed out on the floor down the hall from the lobby. We were then able to check in and we were both exhausted so we went to go grab something to eat and went back to the room and crashed. The second red flag was our door did not lock and we had to set up a blockade in front of the door, afterwards we passed out for the night because we were exhausted. The next morning my husband decided to try to take a shower and was horrified when he looked up and realized there was a significantly big sized black mold growth along where the "wallpaper" started and the ceiling. He checked the rest of the bathroom and found more mold. It looked as if it was about 2-3 months of growth and looked as if it had been painted over. Thank god he noticed and has dealt with black mold because I was already experiencing being stuffed up and a pain in the right of my chest, I was also extremely thankful due to the fact that I am pregnant. We then went down and reported it to the front desk (taking videos and pictures for evidence) and they agreed to switch us rooms. We then proceeded to move our stuff into the new room and decided to check just to be safe and what do ya know🙄 More black mold and a BLOOD stain on the bathroom ceiling. Immediately we left and got a refund along with calling the health department.

Freddie was a very friendly, courteous, gave me an option at what floor I’d like to be on. Had a very comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Loved the Starbucks coffee always available. Room spelled a little musty but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The weather was great, temp 87 with a wonderful 4th of July. I do like the Marriott for whenever i travel to Junction City.

Great

Was a wonderful stay during a very long road trip. Ava was super sweet and took very good care of all three of us, even getting us towels for the pool. The only thing we were a bit iffy about was the concrete on the bottom was breaking in the pool and scraped our foot, but we brought that to the attention of the staff and hopefully that will be addressed soon.

Pool was janky but other than that it was a great stay.

Served our purpose and very clean.

Satisfactory visit. There were a couple of families of kids playing at the pool while their parents were outside grilling. Parents did check on them occasionally, but they were jumping in and screaming, which made it a little hard for smaller kids to enjoy the pool. Screaming could be heard from the front desk area but no one ever checked. Parents did tell them to stop screaming because they couldn't tell if they were having fun or in trouble. Kids being kids, but it could have resulted in someone getting hurt with the lack of supervision.

I liked that this property was set off the road. It made for a quieter stay.

Super clean, large rooms, big lounges downstairs to hang out or eat. Would definitely recommend

Quiet and safe and Walmart 200 yards away and easy to walk to

We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating and super nice! Erica at the Bistro was exceptional and the lady who checked us in at the front desk was so nice !

Disappointed for the price. Room/furniture (sofa bed) was outdated and uncomfortable. Pillows were awful.

Great service but hotel was outdated and furniture was worn

The room we booked was unavailable so they comped us an extra room and discounted our stay. This was all done before we arrived. We had a queen and king room. Both were large and very comfortable. We plan to stay there again during football season. Oh and they had free Starbucks!
