Location, quiet. friendly pleasant staff.

I spent the 1st hour and a half cleaning. Table was dirty, furniture and lamps were full of dust, which I cleaned. Refrigerator was gross and microwave was disgusting which I cleaned both.

Bugs were in the bathtub, All over the floors, and on the pillows, inside the top comforter, the sheets, the pillow cases. Ice bucket was filthy. The toilet paper holder was so dirty that it had so much mold on it and calcium built up . The corners in the bathroom had so much dirt and dead bugs. Floors were disgusting. Looked like the bedding hadnt been changed in months. That would not surprise me , as I witnessed them "cleaning rooms" when I was sitting in my car after checkout. They had a shopping cart and would go into a room and just spray something and make the bed. Totally disgusting. I told the woman who checked me in originally to come in my room so I could show her the bugs and she was so mad and would not come in and rolled her eyes and said we don't have bugs here. I was very nice to her and said maybe you should just take a look because it is really bad in here and we were not able to even sleep here last night. She said we don't have bugs and then asked me if I was checking out. I was so flabbergasted to think about the fact she totally disregarded the situation and did not make any attempt to make it right. Bur they charged me $91.90 and we were not able to even sleep in that invested bed full of bugs. I took pictures and would like to share them on Google as I am very involved with Google reviews. I also want a refund. I can't believe how rude she was and she did not care at all.

Convenient location to Walmart and Shoprite and restaurants.

The rooms were okay based on the price, but we asked for two non-smoking and one room smelled badly of cigarettes. There was also no coffee on the premises.

The price and location were great. The rooms were quiet and did their job.

The lot was well lit. The staff was nice.

The room needs to be completely gutted and everything replaced with the exception of the flooring. The air conditioner had a broken knob. There was a black mold like substance on the bathroom wall. The furniture with the exception of the TV was ancient and cheap. No coffee maker. No blanket.
