Our family of eight adults (three married couples and two bachelor brothers) and an infant stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2024. The condo was exactly the type of space to give each couple their personal space and the brothers shared the bunk bedroom. The kitchen and living space allowed us all to meet together and play games or watch TV/movies. There was not a lot to do at this time of year in Colorado, but we enjoyed spending time together as a family in the condo, playing board games that we brought along, taking walks on trails around the condo and cooking together. We used the hot tub but did not see anyone using the pool because it was only 50-69 degrees while we were there. The free shuttle service was amazing! We had our own cars (because the property was not full, and there were plenty of visitor parking spaces at this time of year), but the shuttle service was able to pick us up as quickly as we could get out the door in just three and four minutes! That saved us from having to park at Beaver Creek Village, we just got off the shuttle and walked around. Even though nothing was open (no gondola, no scenic drives, no alpine slides, high-elevation trails were still muddy or had snow), we all agreed that this property was a perfect place to meet up and spend time together, and we all want to do it again sometime. I highly recommend this property.

This was perfect for what we needed.

This is a spacious townhome with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it! Also, the owners weee very responsive e when we had questions or needed assistance.

Only one of the burners in the kitchen works. The pillows and mattresses are old and not comfortable. The bedding needs to be updated to something more sanitary that is all washable. The room closest to the front door has terrible insulation and was very cold no matter how high the heat was set. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room is very cozy.

Very nice accommodations. Clean property and a great area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The Pros: Quiet, comfortable, walk to a trail to a lift, convenient bus on call to Beaver Creek (we didn't use the app). Cons: Expensive for the area, lacking essentials like soap for the showers. We would rent again if it was less expensive. We found a similar home in the neighborhood for the same time next year for $1000 less for just 3 nights.

The place and location were EXACTLY what we wanted in a mountain ski house for multiple families coming together to ski and hang out. The process for booking and check out could use some streamlining, however. We received multiple emails after booking for confirmation, contract signing, etc - none of which had any helpful information. Prior to check in we then received “arrival instructions” that were scant without any mention of number of parking spots leaving us to make a lot of guesses. Finally, there were ZERO instructions for check out. In fact the cleaners arrived at 9am and informed us check out was at 10am (then again at 9:45) - causing us to scramble. I’m still not sure if we did everything right but did our best to clean up, take out trash, pile towels, etc. With a few tweaks, this listing would be top notch.

This place was nice! We had all that we needed for the most part. A couple of the humidifiers didn’t work but we managed. The location was really nice! Short walk to the slopes. Communication with the property manager wasn’t great. We had a few couple of small issues and tried to get in touch with them and the office at the complex but there was no answer so we figured things out on our own and we were fine. The shuttle service is amazing!

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This place offers tons of space to spread out. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The openness of the kitchen to the living room offered up a great space for us all to hang out together. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The walk to the catwalk to catch the ski lift was very easy. Now that same cat walk coming home in the afternoons is very difficult for snowboarders. But that is NOT the fault of the townhouse owners. Just the way the catwalk is. We still made the catwalk our main way to and from the mountain for skiing. The bus service is top notch. Picked up right at the front door of the townhouse and dropped off as close as possible to your location of choice. The location of the townhouse is great. Super easy to the mountain/village area for eats/drinks/shopping and activities but away from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Large vacation home. We stayed in summer so didn't take advantage of the ski amenities but we appreciated the proximity to Avon town center. The layout is a bit odd but it worked ok for us. There is one main suite on the upper level and all of the rest of the bedrooms are in the basement. The main floor is a large living/dining room and kitchen.

Overall a Great Stay
I want to first start by saying we had a wonderful stay and some of the items may just be nit-picking at this point. My family came up to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday, we rented 3 properties total in the community so that we were all semi close together.
This one was the least clean out of all of them, lots of spider webs throughout- 1. I understand it is in the Mountains, and who knows the last time it was rented, but the home could really use a deep clean. There was hair caked on the stairs, like they hadn't been vacuumed in months- although the hair blended in with the carpet. I might not have noticed, had I not dropped an earring on the stair.
The kitchen was decently stocked but we couldn't find a simple hot pad to remove trays out of the oven. Luckily we had other properties we could borrow them from or the kitchen towels would have been destroyed.
We made due between the 3 houses we had in regards to everything we needed and I thank you for allowing us to stay. Such a beautiful community! I hope they were able to get the pool heater fixed, even in the middle of June, man was it chilly!
If you get the chance to go rent a pedal boat or paddle board at the little lake they have right down the road, do it! Totally worth the money!
Also, if you are even slightly active, go for a hike, the views are to die for!

Beaver Creek Paradise
My group and I had the most wonderful stay in this rental. I do not have enough great things to say about it: it very comfortably slept our group with plenty of room, clean and beautiful property, transportation was very easy (picked us up at the door), close to the slopes, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location close to everything, and only a short shuttle ride over from Beaver Creek. I can not wait to re-book this lovely stay next year for our annual trip!

Overall was very stinky the sheets and carpet all smells bad and no any hair shampoo or conditioner available. I will never come back to this place

Spacious, comfortable and convenient
Our family stayed at this property in March 2021. The condo was spacious and well-stocked. Check-in was easy with a pin code and they accommodated our request for an early check-in. Management was very responsive to our questions. It was a few minute walk to the hot tub. They could use a few more outlets, but that was just a minor note. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Unicorn in BC
Immaculate and affordable accommodation with more than enough space for our party of 7. Townhome is end unit and nicely situated for ski in/out trail. Even with warmer temps and receding snow, we were still able to access the lift. Afternoon pit stop at the Ritz on the trail home was a daily ritual. Beginners may choose to take the door to door shuttle service into the Village. Shuttle great for evening rides up to village as well - we never had to wait for more than 10 minutes. Really enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Great value for a family vacation in BC. Would definitely book again.

Meets needs for big family
Good location inside Beaver Creek resort gate, the walk out and ski in location was convenient. We had a large family group so the 4 baths and bedrooms worked well for sleeping, and showers with a great hot water heater. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and dining for a big group. The unit is not new but satisfactory & budget friendly. Cleanliness of baths could have been better, no toiletries are provided, and full week stay required us to buy extra household supplies like dishwasher detergent & trash bags. Good value and location.

Wonderful experience
Great place for family to gather. Very accommodating - brought us firewood for arrival of snow. Plenty of room and everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy; kitchen and dining area were perfect for family meals, conversations and games. Enjoyed tennis and hiking nearby. Would highly recommend!

The home is very beautiful , spacious and well supplied. Could not use the ski trail for "ski in ski out" as it was very difficult. The shuttle service instead was convenient.

Spacious and Comfy Beaver Creek Townhome
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this corner property. The 4 bedrooms easily accommodated our big extended family, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/pots and pans/plastic ware for leftovers. The free shuttle service to anywhere on the Beaver Creek resort was a huge benefit (it also dropped us off at bus stops for the free Avon bus service), and we made great use of the pool and hot tub, too, and appreciated the towels provided in the home for that use. The owners were promptly responsive to emails/calls/texts about minor issues/requests. The townhome is on a closed loop street, so outside traffic is minimal. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful property- everything the summary said it was. Will go back.
Had our family together for a ski trip - first in a long time. Three adult kids and three grandkids (4 to 18) so room arrangement important. This property was perfect for each family. Loved having the Beaver Creek shuttle pick us up at the door to head to the slopes. Living area and dining area perfect for the ten of us. We would definitely come back here.

Wonderful stay!
We were 6 adults and 4 children for this stay and the place was comfortable for all of us. The family of 4 was able to fit very nicely in the upstairs loft (King and 2 twins). Our only complaint would be that it is a loft and if people were up late talking downstairs we could hear everything since the loft isn't completely closed in and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that the kitchen was great with everything we could possibly need, the living room and back room were great community spaces for gathering and playing games. The hot tub was huge and very accommodating and just a short walk from the condo. The Beaver Creek resort bus stops directly in front of the condo which is absolutely wonderful! That made mornings so easy and when we were exhausted from skiing in the afternoons the drop off was hassle free. Communication with the owner was also quick and easy and they answered any and all questions we had. We would highly recommend this place for a stay in Beaver Creek and we all agreed we would come back again!
