Excelente ubicación para familias con niños pequeños, a solo 150 pies de la playa sin calles transitadas. La playa local protegida permite tablas de surf, balsas y surf.

In my opinion, the 64th St beach block is the best location in SIC. Short walk to Acme, CVS, Kix liquor store and a bunch of restaurants. A very short walk to the beach. The home was clean and adequate for 6 adults and 5 small kids. The host answered our questions beforehand so we knew what to pack and most importantly, what we didn't need to bring.

We met our daughter and her family for a family vacation. We drove all the way from Tampa Fl. The host were excellent communicators throughout the entire booking, answering questions about items I needed to bring. Upon our arrival we quickly noticed the place was filthy! Obvious the bathrooms were unclean, food left in refrigerator, and dog hair all over carpet. We knew the place was dated, but this was dirty. I contacted the host went to voicemail, me and my daughter went into high gear cleaning, not what I wanted to do! The host returned my call, I explained the situation and they got in touch with their cleaning team, who could not come until the next day. We had twins, 7 months old, so all over the floor, we had to continue cleaning. I feel we lost day 1 of our trip! The cleaning lady arrived the next morning and I will say she was wonderful, however it did not makeup for day 1. We also deemed the front deck and deck off upstairs master unsafe, the front railings were very shaky! We did not use either deck, that is on us, but be careful. The very best thing is the location and you know what they say about location, location, location, location! Easy walk to beach, especially with small children. Had the place been clean on arrival, I may have had a different view on many things, however it is not acceptable to arrive to a filthy place, especially dog hair everywhere in a place where pets are not allowed, luckily none of us were allergic, be aware it is very dated!

The location is excellent, easy walk to the beach, grocery, some restaurants and ice cream! We were comfortable. The hosts were quick to answer our questions. The only drawback was that the place was pretty dated.

We had a very nice time at this property. The living area was large and comfortable so our family could all be together in one place. It is just short steps to the beach. The host answered all our questions prior to the stay promptly. We are looking into possibly booking this for next summer.

We spent a wonderful weekend with our 4 generation family. The house was perfect for us. The owner was a lleasure to work with and the house was lovely. It was 2 houses from the beach a d in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a blast!

Wonderful location, just steps from the beach. This home is very nice with plenty of room. I would definitely rent it again.

House location is amazing - its an easy walk to the beach and local attractions (try the CupKing cafe fro great breakfasts and the pool side bar just across the street at Kix McNutleys).
It is an older unit, so it shows its age but not enough to be negative.
Parking is tight because of the competition for street parking during the week but was not an issue for us.

Had a great week at Andrew's place in SIC. I spent a whole lot of time in Sea Isle in the 90's, and loved the island. But Hurricane Sandy has changed Sea Isle forever. All the new "plastic high rises" have changed the landscape. But there are a few original homes left, and this is one of them. BTW, we had a heat wave and the AC worked great!

The location was perfect for us who like to bike, use the beach, and walk to our dining spots.
The house is spacious with outdoor seating on both front and back decks. It was not as clean as we had expected, needs some up-dating.

We had a very very nice time at this great house. Everything was there that we needed after we made a call that we did not bring our own linens and the owner was nice enough to help us out. Plus we have family nearby and they were able to help us as well. A short walk to the beach nice spacious open area where my family gathered frequently for boardgames and dinners. The owner and was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We would stay there again and we certainly hope to!
