This condo is walking distance to a grocery store and several eateries. It’s a short drive to the beaches and Front Street. It’s a lovely and well-maintained stylish place.

I stayed here with my family. The place was clean and had all the amenities. The location is very convenient. My family was visiting from New York and they enjoyed their stay here for 3 nights. The property manager, Robert responded to all my queries on time. I would choose this place again if I come back to Traverse City.

Overall the condo was nice & clean. We had an issue with the internet going in & out but the owner was helpful.
My one issue would be it lists a hot tub under amenities, but there wasn't one.

Perfect sport for a girlfriend weekend in Traverse City celebrating our 40th birthdays! Only a few minute walk to pick up our winery bus tour and close to all we needed for a low key trip!
Condo was perfect for game night and bonding/catching up - plus close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Was exactly as described and just what we were expecting!

Great TC property
Very nice and comfortable condo, good location. Great kitchen, well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals there. Enjoyed the fireplace during our wintry stay, beds comfortable, bathrooms all really nice.

Wedding long weekend
Had a great weekend in TC! Property is about 1.3 miles from downtown restaurants. Was surprised there is only parking for one car weekdays and it sleeps 6-8 . Clean and comfortable . Host was responsive to billing questions.

Better than expected
The largest condo we have rented with a big kitchen/living room combo and 2 full bathrooms plus an additional half-bath. Good sized bedrooms too. Quiet neighborhood and could walk just over a mile to everything downtown TC.

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our annual eight person golf trip. The property was clean, spacious, and located close to downtown. The property manager was extremely helpful and easy to get in contact with, and I highly recommend this condo.

Very Nice Condo Experiance
This was a beautiful condo in a nice location. We were close enough to enjoy downtown out of the way enough to avoid the noise. Condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Manager was very easy to communicate and even worked with us when we had to change our dates due to work issues. Overall a nice condo at a great price.

Winter Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at this beautiful property! It was the perfect location, incredibly clean and comfy cozy! The kitchen was stocked good as we cooked most of our meals and the grocery store is on the same block! We had a blast snow tubing at Mt. Holiday and had an impromptu nerf gun war with the kiddos at War Zone. Tons of memories made! Thank you to the owners and property managers!

Girls weekend
This condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was easily accessible but I wouldn’t plan to walk to downtown TC. Grocery store nearby was helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a Traverse City get away!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This property is incredibly clean, wonderfully located and gives you easy access to everything TC has to offer. We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Check in was seamless!

Centrally located property with all necessary amenities
We rented this property for a trip new year weekend, we had 4 adults and 4 kids (age 2-4). The property was located close enough to everything we needed during the winter trip - but I would love to explore the area more in the summer. The condo was clean and surrounding area was quiet. The surrounding condos also seemed like rentals and the few people we ran into in the parking lot were friendly. Parking of one small vehicle was available in the garage + one spot in the lot - this worked well for us, any additional cars needed to be parked down town which would have been a hassle.
There are two rooms and bathrooms on the top floor, the Master bedroom has one bed, and could have fit a blow up mattress on the floor space, which would have been nice for the kids, but we were discouraged from bringing one. The second bed room had two beds which worked perfectly for the second family.
The main floor is open and had all the things we needed to cook breakfast and dinner a few days. The main floor is the second floor of the building and the stairs from the landing are very steep. We were a bit uneasy with the kids and would h e liked to have had a pet gate to easy our minds a little bit while they were running around playing, but we made it work.
Overall we enjoyed our visit and I would recommend this property for anyone who needs a centrally located spot to stay while exploring the TC area.

Stayed here with our children and another family for the Iceman race. It suited us perfectly and was close to everything we needed. Great place!

Nice stay for girls weekend
This property was very clean and well decorated. Nice showers and bedding. So happy we didn’t have to do our own laundry and kitchen was easy to clean up. It was a longer walk downtown than what we thought it would be but walked it anyway and houses on the way were nice to look at. Overall, great stay!!!

Great time, the condo was even better than advertised, clean comfortable and very quiet location. We were within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants and even the beach was close enough to walk to!

This was a great condo and we really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the downtown area and the grocery store right around the corner is super convenient. The condo was immaculate and plenty of space for 7 girls. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My only suggestion is to stock up on more TP and garbage bags. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and impressive
The townhome was so clean and had great taste. It was close to a grocery store so that was also helpful. The only problem was parking a 2nd car because the garage was not available. Great communication with owner! Would definitely book again!

Great Location and Clean Condo
We have stayed in Traverse City a few times. The location of this condo was perfect. One block from a grocery store, quiet area, short walk from downtown. The condo was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. It was also well equipped with everything we needed.
One small complaint was the hair dryer, there was only one and it looked and worked like it was a few decades old (so if you are staying here, I recommend to bring your own). Still 5 stars!
