Charming Fort Myers Beach home suited for families
Hermosa casa de piscina ubicada en el extremo sur de la isla y está a pocos pasos de la playa. Esta casa de varios niveles, 4 dormitorios y 4 baños tiene capacidad para 8. Esta casa es el refugio perfecto para sus vacaciones en Fort Myers Beach. El nivel inferior cuenta con una suite de ley con su propia sala de estar, cocina, baño y área para dormir. Las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar se encuentran en el nivel medio en un diseño de concepto abierto. También hay un dormitorio y baño completo ubicado en este nivel. There was not a single thing about this property that we didn’t love. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had two teenagers who spent 90% of their time by the pool and they loved it. Short walk to the beach and the trolley into town was affordable. A lot of the businesses in the area are starting to come back but the island is still recovering. This property was stunning with zero issues and we were there for 2 weeks. Pet friendly is a must for us and the dogs enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck with us in the evenings watching the lizards outside the screen. Paradise.

Very nice home between fort myers beach and Bonita springs. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with his sister’s family. Three teens and three adults. We had plenty of room, fun at the pool and spa. Beach access close by and very clean and quiet. We shopped at Publix a mile from the home. Unforgettable stay!

The on line details were somewhat off due to the hurricane. There wasn’t a lot to do on the south side of the beach, but the house was great for us. Nice living area, pool and hot tub. The heater in the pool wasn’t working, but Michael had it up and running in a day. The view wasn’t great, but again because of the hurricane. This was a neighboring property not Michael’s. It was for sale so hopefully cleaned up soon. No complaints about the rental property itself. Beach was close and in great shape. Also bus transportation was available to the north and south of the property which we used a few times.

I would recommend this house for anyone who is thinking about doing a family vacation. My husband and I went with my son and his family (2 grandsons 4 and 2 years). The pool area is spacious, and the water was warm; the grandkids had a blast! The house is big enough so that no one ever felt we were in each other's way or space. The rooms are large as well are the bathrooms. The beach is a short walk (approx. 5-7 minutes), we walked every night to watch the sunset. They have beach chairs and a wagon to bring your beach stuff. The BBQ works well however the tank ran out of propane. We called Mike the property manager; he told us to go buy a replacement for the tank at Publix and he would reimburse us for the tank. I texted him the receipt and he refunded us over and above the cost of tank through the VRBO website. This house is just what you see in the pictures... you will not be disappointed.

The layout of this house is top notch! Perfect for a large family or multiple couples. The walk to the beach is short and the heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus for the chilly weather we had. Plenty of supplies are provided, very clean, and a very easy check in and check out process. Can’t say enough great things about this house and the property manager.

I cannot share enough great comments about this property. It was amazing for our family, and Mike was very communicative! The photos and descriptions are spot on, and the info folder was very helpful. There was plenty of space and an assortment of household items. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The pool/hot tub set up was perfect although we had an issue towards the end of our stay (Mike was on top of it though). The water level mark outside from Hurricane Ian was humbling, and knowing that so many renovations were down to restore the property was impressive. We look forward to returning for years to come!

Plenty of room, for everyone; we had eight total, seven adults and one infant, lots of fun in the pool, and hot tub!
Had a little hiccup with the air conditioning, but Mike was on top of it, called for service immediately!

Pool was great for kids since the deep end wasn’t deeper than 5ft, spa attached was lovely addition! There was a bunch of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, blanket, etc.) available for use. TVs had Disney plus and each bedroom was comfortable (although beds are on softer side). Lots of bathrooms which is always more comfortable for everyone. Less than 5 min walk to the beach, and just a min or two to the 7-11 for slushies! Would maybe recommend one more outdoor trash can since they fill up fast and trash day is mid week. Good location
The outside of the property was where we spent the most time. We used the pool and hot tub most of the time we were at the house. The tv and lounging areas outside were great as well. Had a few issues in the beginning but they were fixed within a short period of time.

Had a family wedding at the outrigger was half a block away enjoyed that it was so close. House was very clean nice that each room had there own bathroom. Pool wash clean and refreshing. Thanks for such a nice stay.

Not only is it very spacious but the layout is amazing!. I’ve stayed at many beach houses in my life, this one rates 5 star amazing! Verbo assigned Michael to us he did a beyond awesome job. You cannot go wrong renting this home it wonderful!

Fabulous home with a great layout for multiple couples. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms in main part of house. Lower level has an “in-law” suite that worked well for the person in our group that needed an office set up while on vacation. Pool, hot tub & lanai were awesome!

The pool and spa were fantastic!!
We spent 3 to 4 hours in the pool after returning from the beach, which was a very short walk from Beach Access 11. Outriggers was directly across the street and Pinchets was .5 miles south. We also had a 7/11 convenience store, Publix and CVS within a mile. The best part was having a bathroom for each bedroom for privacy. There was lots of outdoor seating but the furniture could use some updating. Also, the suntanning chairs need replacing. Overall, we loved the place and the location!!

Perfect for group of 8 friends
The home is very well kept and works well for 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The pool area was wonderful. Lots of space to sit in sun or shade and well equipped with toys. Location close to beach and easy access through Outrigger resort with a stop on the way home for a frozen drink. Location at south end of island is away from Spring Breakers. We wold definitely rent again. Only drawback for seniors: steps to get to main floor and more steps to 2 of te bedrooms.

We really enjoy this house and have stayed multiple times. The location is within walking distance of Tiki bar and beach.
The owner really updated the lower bedroom with a new love seat and shower. Very nice.
The manager has always responded to our needs promptly if anything needed.

I've learned that I'm too old for steps. 🤣 Perfect size for family gatherings. Rooms are larger than pics. Decor and colors are perfect for a Florida beach home. Pool is mostly shaded by trees. Nice stroll to the beach. Beach supplies are available. Great place!

Christmas vacation
We had a great time. The location and house were great. Out door area lovely and a lot of fun. Having beach towels accessible was nice. Plenty of bath towels and bedding.
Having toilet paper and tissues start up was nice. I would recommend having coffee filters available and possibly reusable storage containers. Traveling by plane limits the ability to bring/buy simple supplies necessary for the kitchen and have been available in other rentals we have stayed at. Just a recommendation.

Great location, non-existent manager response
The best part of this house was the location to the beach and the pool. The layout was perfect for our extended family however the efficiency had 2 tables instead of a couch. No where to sit. We called the manager about the non-working fans on the porch and issues in the downstairs shower but received no response the entire time we were there. Thank goodness we didn't have a bigger issue! The dryer was full of very damp sheets and towels, which is why there weren't enough towels in the bathrooms. Ants in the LR and no-seeums outside, even inside the screen. AC in efficiency spits out dark particles, hopefully not mold. Great location though, so we gave it a 4.

Perfect, peaceful and beautiful
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, clean and has a perfect location. Not too far from the peir but away from the busy beach commotion. The beach across the way was really nice and not too many people. Just the way we like it! The kids loved the pool! Well, actually we all did and the hot tub. Would recommend this home to a family and friends anytime. Quiet location, beautiful home and a safe neighborhood.

The place was great. Location was very close to beach. Pool was nice to have if looking to just relax. The WiFi did not work well. The power also went out for a half a day or so. Overall the place was great for a decent-sized group of friends.
