This was an excellent experience. Home is clean and well stocked, including special touches that set it apart from other places we’ve stayed (e.g., google set up throughout). Host was very responsive throughout entire booking and stay.

Beautifully decorated and perfect size for what we needed. Limited lighting in the bedrooms in the evenings & ceiling fan not working in master bedroom which could be easily addressed. Some challenges with sugar ants in the kitchen on the last day - probably due to the amount of rain. Again, easily fix - just an inconvenience.

Condo was well located in Palm Desert, very clean and functional! Worked great for my family, including two kids. Sean and Christopher were communicative and flexible. Would definitely return!

Tastefully decorated, comfortable, updated (99%) condo in established well-known golf country club community in a central location, close to El Paseo. Living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and the two bathrooms all include many thoughtful details for living -- large comfortable sofa, great dining area with large table, seating for six and attractive modern chandelier. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Lighting where you need it. Condo also gets good natural light throughout and AC works like a charm. Full size washer/dryer (didn't use). Lighting (ceiling and task) is good, and where you need it. Patio is large and overlooks the golf course (north-ish? orientation, almost full sun in the morning in October, mixed in the afternoon) with views over the golf course and a small lake with fountain. Like everything else, the patio (a good slize) is thoughtfully done, with a lovely patio table with chairs for 6, plus 2 lounges and gas fire pit (though we didn't use it). This is clearly a condo "home" that is lived in by the owners, and not a quickly decorated "rental for show piece". A few things (e.g., tub in 2nd bath) have not been completely updated, but the livability of the home was a major benefit. Communication with owner was super easy - check-in and check-out. We finalized check-in details while travelling in Europe - couldn't have been easier. Thank you!

This was a great fit for four 60+ guys on a quick golf trip. House was comfortable and a great location near Paseo and our golf at Desert Willows Golf.

The property was situated in beautiful location, and was a short drive from great restaurants and shoppings. The space was very clean and well maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with. Would love to stay here again.

This property was PERFECT for a family weekend with our 3 yo, 6 mo and in laws. The house is updated and beautiful. Easy to check in and out of and Sean reached out to us mid stay to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely be back!

Peaceful and quiet country club

Well equipped home in a great location for exploring Coachella Valley. Great location on the golf course and we really enjoyed watching the golfers go by.

Everything about our stay was just lovely. We hope to return again!

This is a great location, wonderfully remodeled and decorated, close to dining and pool, made for a great visit.

We stayed here with my parents and 2 kids. We had family time together and did a day trip to the Palm Springs aerial tram. Great time, stress free. My parents went to the College of the Desert Saturday market and liked looking around.

Enjoyed the stay here. Was well stocked and clean. Had a great time.

The place was beautiful and beyond our expectations! Loved waking up and having coffee on the patio watching the ducks on the pond! Communication was great! We will definitely be staying there again!

Although the condo complex is a little older, the unit has been beautifully modernized: nice flooring and very updated kitchen. The complex itself is also very well maintained. Furniture, mattressses and bedding are all comfortable and the kitchen is amazingly well supplied. Lots of swimming pool options situated around the complex; and the unit was conveniently located to get around the area. Thank you for a lovely visit

Easy check in. Excellent communication. Property is nearby all. My family enjoyed the amenities (37 pools) and golf cart was a plus! Will definitely be back!

Only bummer was golf at the club is expensive and not readily available for renters, but there are lots of cheaper and nice alternatives close by, so it wasn't a big deal.

What a lovely property. Echo the other guest who said they hesitated about reviewing for fear it would become too difficult to find open dates;) The home, view and property are lovelier and larger than photos depict. It was perfect for a getaway with my parents. Grocery store, El Paseo and various golf courses are all within a 10 minute drive. The community is very peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for us. We had a wonderful stay, thanks again.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. We really enjoyed having access to the golf cart to experience the whole Monterrey Country Club area. Definitely will return again and highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for a few days and thought the property was wonderful! The setting was beautiful, with a pond and water feature in the backyard. Much of the home seemed remodeled, clean, organized and well stocked. The golf cart was a great touch to get around. There were multiple pools, that were heated with no one around. I’ll stay there on every trip to the desert.You can’t get more for the price!
