El Outpost frente al Golfo de la casa de playa es un pintoresco, 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 cabaña de baño que duerme 12. Esta ubicación de Panama City Beach es ideal y la playa y las vistas del Golfo detrás de la casa son espectaculares.
En respuesta a algunos de los exámenes del año pasado, grandes mejoras se han hecho a la casa. Reemplazamos todos los revestimientos de suelos, pintamos todo el interior, reemplazamos todas las puertas del gabinete de la cocina, reemplazamos gran parte de los muebles, sustituimos todas las fundas de la cama, instalamos nuevas cortinas y reemplazamos todas las puertas exteriores. La primavera pasada, reemplazamos el revestimiento exterior y pintamos todo el exterior. Las preocupaciones que algunos de nuestros clientes expresaron el año pasado ya no será un problema. Las mejoras han marcado una diferencia notable.
El Outpost tiene dos espacios de vida separados. La parte principal de la casa duerme hasta 10 y consta de la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, dormitorio principal (king) con baño privado, un dormitorio de invitados con dos camas y un baño adjunto, y una sala de Florida con dos días Camas que es ideal para los niños. También hay un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Los otros dos dormitorios están separados de la casa principal, pero están conectados bajo el mismo techo (el acceso es a través de un breezeway exterior). Una de estas habitaciones tiene dos camas individuales y un baño privado completo. Es ideal para los suegros o los niños mayores. We had a wonderful time at the Outlook. We had a Chesapeake Bay retriever with us. We all loved walking the beach and touring around the strand of communities to the west. What a beautiful setting. The house is cozy, comfortable, and has a great back patio, less than 50 feet from the beach itself. What more could you ask for? I look forward to staying there again. I’d recommend it to anybody.

The house is as advertised with plenty of room and views to die for. The fire pit was put to good use and was a pleasant surprise. Leasing agency was great to work with and coordinated with CondoCierge for our grocery delivery.
The rooms were very clean and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels for our group.
Will definitely refer friends to this property and stay there again.

This property is by far the best in location. We could walk for shopping, restaurants and not to mention the beach was not crowded right outside of our back door. There were beach toys and a tent for the little ones located in the laundry room which we left and added too. There was plenty of room in the house especially with the two rooms located out of the main property. One of the rooms has a very small walk in shower in the main house so we advise a more muscular individual would have a hard time fitting but some of the other rooms are more equipped to accommodate. The grill is a propane not charcoal, we hit some confusion in communication but the staff corrected it right away!

We took my 90 yr old mother right back to the strip of houses she remembered staying at in the 70's. It was awesome! Steps away from the sand, beautiful sunsets, and sitting at the firepit in the evenings. Aaahh...fun times!!

This place was perfect for our multiple families. Clean space and comfy beds. Beautiful views of the beach that is just steps away. The outside fire pit was a great way to end the night. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs. The rental agency was very responsive with any questions we had. My only wish was the rental week could be Friday to Friday or allow the last minute purchase of extra days (in the event that it hasn’t already been rented the week before or after). Overall we loved the place!

We started out with a few issues. The half bathroom was never unlocked for us. The outside queen room bed collapsed in the middle. We were without heat in the twin bedroom the first two nights, and the outside Queen bedroom mattress collapsed into the middle. But other than that we had a very good stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the patio and front room.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and steps to the beach from the back door. We will definitely stay at this location again. Hardly anyone on the beach besides the few neighbors on each side. Honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. We loved it and had so much fun!

Great for our family vacation.
We went for my little brothers graduation celebration. There was 9 of us. The house fit us all very nicely. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The walk to the beach was closer than we expected. Our only complaint was that there was no shade on the outdoor porch. It was very hot and sunny all week and when we weren’t at the beach my kids (2 and 4) wanted to be on the porch. We couldn’t enjoy the porch for long during the day because there was nowhere to escape the sun without having to go inside. They did enjoy the sunroom though. Overall, it was a wonderful house with a short walk to the beach.

This house was great for our recent stay! It was perfect having the beach right out of the back door and the house was very close to lots of reataraunts and Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again!

We totally loved this place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors were very friendly. It was not overly crowded, away from all the condos. It was very private, although it wasn’t a private beach. But it was like being in our back yard but 10 times better.
We will be booking another stay bit longer!!

Pest control came while we were there so we picked everything up off the floor and had to relocate my 2 dogs.
Outside bedroom flooded. The management company knew the room flooded before we arrived. They did put sand bags around 2 sides of the room. Occupants stuff got wet and the room had roaches in it, small and big.
Toilet out side was out of service and filthy. Plummer came while we were there. He said the entire system was backed up under the house because the flap valve needed to be replaced. I insisted a plumber be called out. We arrived on Saturday and the plummer arrived following Thursday.
Charged $150.00 for each pet. Why? The same cleaning is required for one or two pets.
The patio needs a covering over it. A retractable covering would be great so the patio could be used if it is raining.
The gas tank for the fire pit needed to be full.
Only fits 10 people comfortably with one room having 2 queen beds but no closet.
The house was not as clean as expected. We payed nearly $7,500.00 for the week. 🙁
