Beautiful vacation home! Our week at Morning Call was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. It has every amenity you could possibly need. Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals made this home available to us after another of their properties, at which we had a reservation, had to have necessary repairs and wasn’t going to be available. They could not have been more gracious and accommodating to us. Highly recommend Morning Call and GSVR.

The house has fabulous beach views from several bedrooms! We make this trip every year, and one complaint about other houses is only 2 or 4 bedrooms have nice beach views. It was very comfortable and had a very well appointed kitchen. The elevator is a plus, especially when unloading and loading, or for those of us with uncooperative knees. We walked on the beach several times a day and access was easy. We're definitely planning to return. One chair had a broken leg, but we reported it. They offered to come repair it, but we were not short on seating, so declined.

Nice home with plenty of sleeping space. Our group had a great stay!Master bathroom doors need repair, guest got locked inside. More thorough cleaning required, some dirt on floors. Several toilet seats need replacing. Working can opener and additional cookie sheet that fit inside oven would be nice. Black knobs on stove comes off and makes it hard to figure out surface burners settings. Some appliance upgrades and overall TLC of house is needed.

We could not have had a better time. The house is perfect. Large enough for our crowd to all have private beds and bathrooms. The family space to hang out was comfortable and at every level. The place is huge but cozy enough we could all be together and comfortable to catch up on life. The kitchen is perfect and spacious for several people to be cooking so we could work together. We have been to several other places but think we found our perfect location for our annual gathering!

This property was perfect for our family and friends. The kitchen was very well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, and cooking pots and pans. Having washers and dryers on both floors was amazing and very helpful. The check in and check out process was flawless. We have already reserved the house for next year!

We loved the house! We are a family of 22 with ages ranging from 2-57. There was so much space, plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen had more then enough of everything! the 2-3 of every major appliance was AMAZING! The only thing I would recommend is updating the outside grill. We love to grill and it was a very small grill for the size of the house/family. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time. This was our first stay at Morning Call. Hopefully we will get our week next year as well. We did have a couple of glitches. The dryer on the main floor quit running our last night. There was blood stains on one of the upstairs beds. The doors stuck on the main floor. In all though it was a delightful experience.

We love the layout and roomy feel of this home. It's nice to be able to accommodate the 30 people this house sleeps without ever feeling like you are on top of each other; there's plenty of room to spread out. Having a private pool on the deck is a huge plus, as well as private beach in front of the house. Only things that I would mention that could be approved on would be an upgrade to the appliances, the ice makers couldn't keep up and stayed empty and ran hot, the mini fridge didn't cool well, and both dryers had some sort of glitch where they only turned on half the time. If a few upgrades could be purchased it would be perfect! We already have a trip planned to come back in August!

This is our 3rd stay at Morning Call. It has been a wonderful experience and great time. Everything is there for you(linen,washer dyer on all floors, plenty of kitchen space with every thing you need. Plenty of rooms. TV in every room If you are older and can't climb stairs no worry there are elevators. Again we had a wonderful time with private beach. On the decks there is a heated pool and all beach equipment. I guess I better stop bragging.Thanks for the excellent keep place to have a wonderful time for seniors also.

This is the eighth year five families have shared a week together. By far this was our largest group - 24 people - and the house was perfect. Bedrooms with individual bathrooms, priceless. The kitchen was stocked beautifully for cooking large meals, kitchen appliances, and laundry facilities efficiently planned. The pool was well located for socializing together and keeping an eye on the smaller kids. The location was amazing - close to town for the older kids to take advantage of entertainment in town but far enough outside of town we had privacy on the beach. And the view from the house, walkway across the dune to the beach, made our days of sun and surf even better. I appreciated immediate response from property management for a question. Without a doubt this amazing house significantly contributed to our best spring break trip as voted by the families!

Nineteen family members stayed at Morning Call March 2023. It was a great time. The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The location was great, right on the beach and close to dining and stores. We all enjoyed the heated pool and view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two sets of washing machines was a plus. The only wish was for a hot tub. If we head that way again, we will definitely stay at Morning Call!

Got married on the beach with just our kids and had a wonderful day. The house was spectacular. Perfectly located, more than enough bedrooms to accommodate our family. Every room had a bathroom can’t underestimate the value of that. The house had two or more of everything. Dishwashers, Refrigerators, cloth washers/dryers, bar fridges, ovens, microwaves, coffee pots, etc. Great room was large with large table to seat 12+. Many rooms have balconies and great views of beach. Can’t think of anything that we needed that was not there. Would love to return some day. A+ rating

We had another great trip with our girls group again this year, year #7! With 30 women many of them were hesitant about coming with that many women, but with the layout of the house and space available we were able to all spread out and have our own space. It's a perfect layout and perfect view.

Loved the quiet location. Lots of beach all to ourselves. Beautiful property with lots of room for a large group. Loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Plenty of refrigerators, I e machines, dishwashers and laundry for everyone. Dining chairs on outdoor deck have some mildew but everything else was very clean. Pool was wonderful. Lots of beach chairs and floats and sand toys available in the storage area. We had a large group and enjoyed a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for large extended family gatherings.

I can not say enough about how amazing this location and house was!!! My ONLY negative was that they didn't have beach towels there ( so make sure to bring some) and also the coffee mugs were incredibly small so I would like to request they get a more normal size for those. Out side of that I could not have asked for a better house and location! we will be back!
