Difficult to find, initially. The directions could use updating. Ski in/out, but ski in was uniquely challenging (steep with quick stop). Otherwise we were pleased with this unit.

Our 2nd time staying in this unit. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! We were greeted by fresh flowers, chocolates and wine and the one very small issue we encountered during our stay was swiftly taken care of.

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom. It is not a 2 bedroom. The second room is at best a den. No window, no closet and extremely small. Not appropriate for 2 adults to share the bedroom which is what I had planned on. My second adult son had to sleep on the living room couch which was not a sleeper but we made do. The condo also needs tlc. Towel racks falling down and extremely low quality sheets with many stained. Limited dishes as well. I love the beaver creek location but would not recommend this condo. Xbox controllers did not work. We had to purchase batteries for all equipment. Not what you expect from a supposedly luxury condo. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom with space for small kids it might work but it should be accurately described in the listing.

The flowers and bottle of wine were a nice touch. However, the sheets, pillows and blankets had stains on them. We tried to wash the pillow covers and even the pillows were stained. Despite that, the location was great for skiing and shuttle to town.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and cozy and very convenient to veto the slopes either by skiing or bus. As mentioned, the 2nd bedroom is small and gets warm, but we used the portable fan and it worked very well. Would stay again for sure!

Excellent Amenities and Condo
We very much enjoyed staying at this property. Excellent amenities awaited us upon arrival - including a bottle of wine and flowers and the fridge was stocked with water. The owner and manager made everything easy for us as guests and quickly responded to any questions. The property is truly ski-in and ski-out and the locker room for your skis, etc. is very nice and located perfectly. The shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village is very helpful for going out later at night for dinner or if you would rather ride to the village and ski out from there. The ride app is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this property and we will plan to return. Thank you!

Great place, but not exactly 2 bedrooms
Super comfortable with loads of amenities, great location, and responsive management.
Master bedroom has a very comfortable bed too.
Only drawback was the 2nd bedroom which while sizable and well appointed is lacking in both a window and a closet. A nightlight was provided to keep it from being too dark, but there was no where to put dirty laundry or a suitcase so it made the room feel smaller and less tidy than it otherwise would..
That said, we’d still be pleased to stay here again. We would just plan accordingly.

New Years Eve 2020
Our family enjoyed a wonderful ski trip to Beaver Creek between Christmas and New Years. The condo and entire complex was very nice. The location of the condo was great with easy access to BC village, Avon, and Edwards. The garage parking was nice to have. The ski locker on the main level and ski lift just outside the door made the skiing experience a breeze.

Winter Haven
The location of this property is ideal for ski lovers. Ski in/out as long as Leave the Beav is open but shuttle service is also an option and very easy to use.
The condo is ideal for a couple as the master bedroom and bath are very nice and have a great view of the ski lift. The second bedroom is extremely hot as noted in other reviews as was not ideal for our 2 teenagers. The floor fan provided very little relief and since there is no window in the second bedroom we didn’t have an option of cracking it for fresh cooler air.
Overall unit is lovely and the property manager was very attentive.

Perfect location, great amenities, and Liz had awesome recommendations
Had an amazing stay at B204! Condo was in great shape, master bed was super comfortable and master bath was huge! Had everything my group and i wanted/ needed. Located at the bottom of "leav the beav" run, was able to ski right up to the locker room. Not to mention, the locker room is directly beneath this condo. Ski lift is right outside the condo and was able to ski right up to it. Locker had plenty of room to store 4 sets of skis, boots, and helmets.
Really glad there was a garage to park our car in. On the day we left there was 12+ inches the night before, so waking up and not having to worry about scrapping our windshield, etc.. was great!
Even though Liz has no control over the amenities, the hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes and pool was heated to 90 deg. Pool tables and table football in game room were fun as well.
Liz was great as a property manager. She had easy to follow directions on how to access everything; condo, locker room, locker, amenities, and garage. Liz also had a huge list of activities, restaurants and bar recommendations laid out for us. A few examples: zip-lining, golf, kayaking, ropes course, fishing, etc.. I will most definitely be back to take advantage of what she recommended.
Highly recommend staying in this condo or atleast staying in one of Liz's other condos that she manages! Great value for everything that you are getting.

Perfect location!
We loved staying here. Liz was wonderful to work with! This is a true ski in/ski out and so convenient with the lift 15 right out of the ski locker valet area. The ski shop and lift tickets are just right there too, few feet from the lift entrance. The 2/2 condo was perfect for our family of 4. We came back to have lunch after our morning ski runs and returned to ski after lunch. This complex is located at the beginning of Bachelor Gulch and truly easy to get to Beaver Creek Village and Arrowhead. We plan to return. Thanks Liz!

Excellent condo, felt like home. Water, flowers, and bottled water waiting for us when we walked in. Ski in, ski out, with a locker room for you to store your skis, boots, helmets, etc. was the best. 2 showers, and a BATHTUB!! Beaver Creek shuttle at your fingertips. Well appointed kitchen, Coffee included. And, nice beds. We loved it.

Beaver Creek is amazing and this condo was perfect for our family of 4
The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. The complimentary water and wine was a very nice touch. The location was perfect - It was very convenient to the Lower Beaver Creek Express Lift. We visited near the very end of ski season, so there was no longer any snow just outside the condo, but it was only a short walk from the ski lockers to the lift. The snow cats were pushing snow down the mountain to ensure that the lift could stay open. Many days we started by taking that lift and making our way over to the Red Buffalo Park area - it was very easy to get across the mountain. We would end our day at the base of BC and enjoy the free cookies and live music, and then we would take the Bear Route bus back to the condo for a dip in the hot tub before dinner.
For anyone renting the condo, here are a few tips:
- The BEAR ROUTE (free bus) will take to you to and from the village and runs regularly throughout the day. You can also book the free DIAL-A-RIDE shuttle service that is available, but we found it easy enough just to take the bus.
- Hairdryers are available in the condo. I wasn't sure about this before our trip.
- Initially we didn't think there was much room to store clothing in the twin bedroom, but then we noticed the drawers are built in to the beds.

The property is very nice but the mountain had a claimed 18” base, which was being generous.
Had a place at St James for years but forgot how unforgiving this mountain is when there is a lack of snow. While this was ski out by virtue of the lift at the condo, that only got to to Bachlor Gulch and you could not traverse to any other areas. 80% of the mountain down and the 20% that was open was very poor.
Not ce 2 bedroom unit slthough no Clear set or dressers in the second bedroom. One of two hottiubs did not work the entire stay which meant no tubbing as their were slways 10 children under 12 and 5 fathers in a tub made for 6 people.

Perfect Get Away
I have a family of 4 and this was the perfect condo and location for a our vacation. The condo had everything we needed and was close to the shopping/restaurants in the Valley. We went for hikes out our back door and even saw deer outside our window. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Condo with Ski In/Ski Out
Our family had an amazing vacation in Beaver Creek! The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds all within steps of the ski lift. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We played pool and chest in the main lobby after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly and having the ski locker made it easy for us and the kids to hit the slopes. I highly recommend staying here!! Liz the owner is very responsive and a wonderful host. We are already talking about our next trip out here and we will be staying here again!!
