Chimeneas:

Preocupaciones comunes:

We had a great time’n

This is a beautiful property nestled in the woods high on the mountain. The listing is accurate but let me warn you about the final turn on Bonnie Lane, the dip is FIERCE! You must put your best driver behind the wheel! LOL. The freezer was stuck shut when we arrived, I called and Robbie, the maintenance guy, he was there in 15 minutes. He was pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was not clean. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Very good. Needed more than 1 trash bag for kitchen. Master bath shower could have used a hand rail...very deep and awkward to climb in and out to shower.

Overall a nice cabin. The tub/shower in the master bathroom on the mail floor was another story. It was very hard to get into for a person with short legs and the jets in the tub didn't work. Water pressure in all the bathrooms was low.
Loved all of the outdoor seating, the fireplace and the multiple utensils in the kitchen.

The family had a wonderful time at the property. It was real close to the wedding venue at the Trilium

The overall cabin was clean, but one of the family members did find a sock from someone who stayed previously.. unfortantly (no fault of the owners im sure) i believe its just the location of the cabin but the water smelt like sulfer so anytime someone took a shower, washed their hands or used the restroom the whole cabin stunk. Thankfully we were there mainly to sleep as we were out on the town most of the time. We did love the outside speakers! It was nice to listen to music at night and relax in the hot tub!

Hot tub and pool table were nice to have, since it rained
3 out of the 4 days we were in town. If you happen to be coming in at night most likely to miss the road .Area has little to no light once you start on the way up the mountain,
of course that is nothing against the house. We did have several windows unlocked and down, didn't notice until the night sound of crickets or frogs started coming through bed room windows.

Perfect Getaway!
What an amazing stay! We had 7 adults ranging from 18 years to 79 years old. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub and played pool each evening. The cabin is in a perfect location- away from the busyness of the area, but not too far away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great family time!
Had a great time! Saw bears (Mama and 3 cubs) almost ever day! Once even feasting on our trash 🤨 as our trash bin had no lock. (So we got one) did not want to pick up that again.. really did enjoy our time there and most everything was wonderful! They do need a new dishwasher ASAP! Shower was a little scary to get into in master bathroom as it is a whirlpool tub also
Thanks Harriet

Update ideas
It was fine. The only thing we thought was that the furniture (chairs in the living room) could be updated. One of the beds up stairs needs a new mattress.

Clean and Cozy
This fit four families fairly comfortably and was very well kept. The road pulling in and parking area were extremely steep, though.

Family Getaway
The property was perfect for our family getaway. It was close to all the attractions, and also far enough to get out of all the craziness in town. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice but could use some repairs
Layout of the home was great for a double family vacation. I think the owners could do some repairs on the ceilings in the bathrooms and showers. Also the hot tub was not clean therefore we could not enjoy it, there was no yard for the kids to play.

Great weeks stay
Had a great weeks vacation!! Loved the location....road to get there was a little nerve wracking, but my husband didnt mind it. Located about 5 miles from town (10 mins)....far enough to feel private but close enough to get downtown quick. Hot tub was lovely. Could use some new living room furniture (2 chairs are comfortable but worn)....house sleeps 14 but living room only seats 5. Also could use some more fry pans in the kitchen. Some other reviews had some issues with cleanliness, but overall we thought cabin was clean and nice. Working TV in 3 of the 4 rooms (4th room might have worked, not sure my kids used their phone instead of the tv). My kids loved the LED lounge (lighted loft) that had plenty of video games. Air conditioning worked great. A few more safety bars in the bathrooms would be nice for elderly guests. Would definitely stay there again though!!!

Summer 2021
We had an amazing time. The cabin was spacious, ample supplies for our cooked meals around a large family table, and overall fabulous. My only recommendations; organization of the kitchen and a kitchen size trash can, a large can on the pool table deck area, and repair/maintenance of outside deck. The nails are dangerous to us "Florida barefooters" . Nothing significant to complain about we had an amazing time and my whole family loved the Smokey Mt. Lodge. (Accommodation of 14 guests ranging from 65 to 2 months old for 4 days)

Cleanliness
The cabin was amazing but we had to call to have them cone back and clean because the floors werent clean. 1 bed out of 6 needed to he changed because the bedding was dirty. The head of housekeepers came right out and recleaned to make things right. The rest of our stay was amazing.

Driveway (Bonnie Lane) made me nervous. But not my husband or dad. Cabin was very spacious. Hate that we had to head home! Would definitely stay here again.

Great time without hot tub
We had a great time the only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work . I contact the property manager and she can out immediately but it wasn’t resolved before we left. Still had a great time

Not clean
I rented this cabin in hopes to have a safe vacation due to covid. Upon arrival the cabin had 0 curb appeal. It looks very unkept. Leaves probably a foot thick in the yard on the sides of the cabin. When we entered the cabin appeared very beautiful, but right away did not smell clean. I could have lived with that. For the sake of time I’ll list all of the things that led us to spending the first two and a half hours cleaning before we felt comfortable vacationing in the cabin. The carpets and rugs had not been vacuumed and the carpets were nasty. The surface of the dining table was still greasy and had food residue from previous occupants. The family room upstairs hadn’t been touched. There were crumbs everywhere. Cushions in the floor. Upon opening the sofa bed it still had the dirty sheets(bottom sheet and wadded up top sheet)on it from who knows how long ago. They were super stained and just gross. All showers and tubs had soap scum and hairs still in them. The hot tub clearly had not been drained and cleaned. There were two leaks in the roof. Under the beds and in drawers were candy wrappers, finger nail clippers, dirty socks etc. The longer we stayed the more we found. We checked in at 4pm. Found a few of these cleanliness issues and wiped everything down, swept the rugs and carpets, and stripped the sofa bed and washed the sheets. By then it was around 7pm and I called the number given to report the state of the cabin and the leaks. I asked for someone to call me back. A call back was attempted but I was busy getting my toddlers and infant ready for bed and wasn’t able to answer. A lady name Mariah texted me asking me if I wanted her to send the cleaners back out. When I received the message at this point it was already 9pm. My children were in bed as well as my elderly disabled grandmother so I texted back and declined to have them come back out for that reason, along with the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and I didn’t not feel safe being in that close of a proximity to cleaners who I had no idea if they’d been exposed to covid or not. To feel safe I would have had to wake up my children and leave and at least go outside at 9-10pm so they could clean the cabin that should have already been clean. I respectfully and reasonably asked that the $165 cleaning fee they charge be refunded to me and Mariah refused claiming it was policy and ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE. A cheap motel would have been cleaner.

The cabin looks nice when you walk in. As you start to accommodate yourself and look around we did notice it was NOT cleaned properly. We tried to use the blender and it was sticky from prior use. Our toilets were also not cleaned. I would have given it 5 stars if house keeping did a better job.

The property is very nice. I was not impressed with whoever cleans the house. They didn't do a very good job. The tv in one of the bedrooms would not come on or I could not figure out how to work it. Not sure which.

Smokey Mountain Lodge
Was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Liked that it was decorated for Christmas. Was shocked at how steep the road was. Especially when turning on to Bonnie Lane. Was disappointed when a used diaper was found under the bed in the downstairs double queen bedroom since none of the kids are in diapers. All in all a great time with my daughters and their families.

Worst vacation
Check in was at 4:00. We receive a phone call at 3:55 informing us we can’t stay due to no power no water and no cleaning service. After trying to call management, karlee , we were informed that we could sit in a dirty home full of others mess, medication, and filth while we waited to see if we would ever get electric. They knew about this for 3 days prior to our check in an never once called us! We had an infant in our family! It was freezing and the owner expected us to sit in a home with no power no water no nothing o she didn’t have to refund us our money! My mind was blown at the poor customer service and the condition of this cabin! Beer tootin cabins will never receive mine, my families, or friends business! The owner refused to help us locate a place to stay! After the Awful Check in she then later text me and informed me that we would check in the next day to the cabin she had ensured us power was restored and would be clean! The next day we contacted her after three hours of attempts she told us no she would just reimburse our money on a weeks time! This was the worst experience ever! We were out of state with a large group! No apologizes from her! Do not stay here! Trust me it is not worth it! Worst management team, poor communication! I have photos of conversations, the filthy cabin, lack of communication, and the overall cost of getting a hotel the night of due to her inconsideration to others!

Abominable Snowman
Everything was great when we arrived on the 23rd. Location and cabin was nice. The water system was file. Smelled like eggs throughout the house so we didn't drink, cook, or brush teeth with it. The 24th is when everything went wrong. The power went out about 7 or 8pm and never came back on. We were freezing. There was no water. It was like 16 degrees outside with snow. No response from manager. We found out everything through our neighbors that even the water was on an electric pump and the fireplace ran on propane so eventually it was going to run out. We left on the 25th when the roads were half cleared. We ended up leaving stuff cause we had to hike uphill to load. I still haven't heard from property manager assuming it's because their still snowed in with no water. They need to invest in generators. Even if this happened in the summer the tenants would be without water and air. Other than the electric and water smell, everything was cool. The area is a great place to visit and stay. I would stay again if they get a generator. My 1st cabin experience and i learned a lot. It was definitely an adventure. I hope the property manager contacts soon cause I need a refund for at least the last day and some items mailed back. My nephew left his phone, brush, money, some other things but we can do without most of it.

Great stay
I loved the fact there were bathrooms in each bedroom, plus a half bath on the main level. This cabin worked out well for my family. The hot tub was on the deck outside of the living room which was great for us. The kids loved it. We had five adults and five kids. There were plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Could have used more mixing bowls as there was only one. We would stay again.

Beautiful Cabin. Clean and very comfortable.
Cabin was very well equipted, it was even decorated for Christmas. Kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals. The information listed was everything stated and was close to everything you could want. Ate at some great resturants and we had an amazing time in Pigeon Forge. Would definately rent again. The only drawback was the steep hill down to the cabin. It is a little tricky.

Great Cabin
This place was great. Far enough out to get that true mountain feel but close enough to town to get there easily. Kitchen was well stocked and cabin was very clean. The road leading down to it was a little steep but still very accessible.

The water was awful had a smell. Dust/spider webs everywhere inside on lights stands corners. Felt not as clean as should be. Dust trash in corners. Had garbage pile up due to number of our party. Steep hilly area.

Wonderful Trip
We stayed at the Smokey Mountain Lodge and it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed not having to go to an office to check in and out. The cabin was very roomy. We had 8 adults and we all had plenty of room. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. The path leading to the cabin did have a lot of twists and turns and steep hills but we had no issues going to and from. I will definitely book here again. We absolutely loved it!

A Great Time
This is a wonderful cabin and we all had a great time! It's well equipped with plenty of linens, appliances, silverware and had ample space for our group of nine. The led lights were a hit! The hot tub and pool table were enjoyed....and the cabin layout was phenomenal! Three porches to choose from gave everyone some privacy when needed. We had four teens/young adults and five adults in our group.
The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review all the way across the board was the lack of level parking and some minor maintenance (the tub faucet in the upstairs king bedroom constantly drips....there are some corner guards detached from the walls and light bulbs throughout the cabin need to be replaced. The hosebib behind the hot tub is leaking and cannot be shut off)
If we are back in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area again, we would absolutely rent this cabin again.....we all had a fantastic time......thanks again!
