Villa Graziella is absolutely spectacular. The home is stunningly beautiful, has everything one could possibly need, and is very welcoming. Our host, Clementine, was wonderful and truly made our stay perfect in every way. The Villa was cleaned everyday and our towels were replaced with clean towels daily. The views from the deck were breathtaking! We had fresh eggs every morning from chickens on site. To understand how perfect this home is one must come and stay in it and see first hand. I highly recommend staying at Villa Graziella for an amazing experience in Positano.

The home was just beautiful with breathtaking views and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Carmenita is the ultimate host. She helped arrange a driver from the airport who also drove us into town each day for the beach club. She and chef Luigi made us an amazing 3-course meal the night we arrived complete with champagne and homemade limoncello. She helped arrange a boat tour along the amalfi coast as well. The place was clean and spacious and everything worked perfectly including the AC as it was quite hot outside. We will definitely come back!!

We (4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 9) stayed at Villa Graziella from June 24-28, 2024. It was a vacation of a lifetime.
Clementina, the host, is the kindest person ever. She helped us for over a year, from booking to our stay. She answered all our questions and helped plan everything. We felt taken care of before we even got there.
When we arrived, Clementina and her daughter Grace were so warm and welcoming. On our first night, Clementina's son Luigi prepared dinner for us. It was out of this world! So much fresh, tasty food that just kept coming. It was quite a way to start our trip!
The little touches made our stay even more magical. Clementina brought us milk when we mentioned we needed to get some for breakfast. She made a gorgeous cake and got balloons for our daughter's birthday. We got fresh eggs, homemade orange cake, and limoncello made from villa lemons. They even gave us Prosecco for limoncello spritzes!
The villa is stunning. It's high up on a hill, with a view that's nothing short of incredible. There's a bus stop right by it, which made getting to town and the beach easy.
The pool is small, but our girls loved it! They swam every day for hours, making it their own little haven.
Our stay at Villa Graziella was an absolute dream. Clementina and her family were wonderful hosts who made us feel like family. We hope to come back someday!

Our stay at Villa Graziella was perfect!!
Our host, Clementina, was unbelievably kind and attentive. We communicated before we booked and she answered all of my questions. Once booked, her attention was continued on making sure our stay was fabulous.
The villa is gorgeous and spacious for a family/group of friends. I wish we had planned more time to just stay and chill at the villa because it was that beautiful.
On our first night, we enjoyed an extravagant dinner made by her son with service from Clementina and her husband. We had meats & cheeses, grilled vegetables, pasta, fish, and a delicious lemon cake. The meal finished with limoncello from their home. Everything was perfect. We proceeded to have breakfast every morning at the villa. It was a perfect start to the day.
We chose this villa because it had less stairs than most accommodations in Positano and my father-in-law has a bad back. While the location was beautiful, it was a little challenging to get to/from with the taxis. We did not try the buses as it was raining most of our stay and we tried waiting at the bus stop only to get soaked. I think Taxi’s took advantage that it was a little further from town.
The rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds we stayed in throughout our travels.
I wish the weather was a bit nicer during our stay to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi but I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer!
We would love to stay here again in the future.

Pictures do not do this place justice! We booked as a family of 8 (4 couples). After we reserved, another family member was able to join us and the hosts graciously allowed us to add a bed. The hosts were very responsive to any question I had prior to travel and during our stay as well. They prepared us dinner the night we arrived and we all loved it so much, we booked them for our last night! Homemade lemon/orange bread, granola, milk, coffee and filtered water was all waiting for us for breakfast. The views were incredible and we felt pampered. You will not regret staying here!

We loved everything about this place, starting with the views from the terrace are breathtaking! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need! Clementina our host was so gracious and gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes! She also makes limoncello and it was delicious! The pool was amazing as well. The house is high on a hill, but you can taxi or bus down to the city.

We have been planning this trip for 2 years with very high expectations. Clementina and Aurelio were the best host. Their house is beautiful, clean, and elegant, surrounded by breath taking scenery. Clementina walked us through their home, assuring we would miss nothing nor need anything. The pictures on line are true but yet do not do this home justice. If you are ever wanting a wedding, they even do that. They cooked for us one evening, and it was amazing. They made sure we had a ton of food. Special thank you to Aurelio for taking care of me as he is a nurse. I needed his help after falling down a cliff away from their home. Thank you, the world over, Clementina and Aurelio. You both will always be part of our memories, and your names will be told when we tell everyone about our time in Positano.

What an amazing villa located up in the quiet hills of Positano. We were 4 couples and the location, layout and amenities were perfect. 4 bedrooms and baths, the patio overlooking the sea and hills was where we spent most of our time. The pool just off the large patio was wonderful. The property is terraced with gardens where we picked fresh tomatoes and zucchini. There is a little village with restaurants and a market 5 minute walk away. Our host Clementina was beyond wonderful. Her family home is so comfortable because she goes above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need. We had a fantastic fresh dinner at the villa our first night cooked and served by her chef son. Clementina helped us with a driver and dinner reservation during our stay. We can’t say enough about this wonderful place and host!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The views were stunning and the hosts made you feel like family. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Also ask for Chef Luigi because he makes a delicious meal right at the villa. My family had a blast!

Villa Graziella was exactly as seen in the photos. The Villa was spotless and very spacious. The outdoor patio offers spectacular views. Clementina was truly the perfect host. She allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. She was extremely responsive through WhatsApp. Based on other reviews we too booked Luigi to cook in the Villa for us. Wow-There was so much food and all was excellent. Be prepared for a 4 hour feast! We didn’t have car so used the steps(1000+) and bus. The bus schedule is unreliable and sometimes full.
A taxi was 60 Euro one way. Overall Villa Graziella was a 10/10!

This property is a special place that cannot be matched. From the views to the vegetable garden and fresh lemons I don’t think this lovely home can be beat. Clementina and Aurelio are amazing people and very helpful.

Above all, the Amalfi coast is absolutely breathtaking and Positano is truly the epicenter of this region. With that said, the property was spectacular.....exceptionally clean and truly great accommodations. We had 7 adults and we never once felt cramped. There are 4 large bedrooms and a spacious living room with oversize sliding doors that overlook the coast. Just incredible views from the terrace. Additionally, there was a wonderful garden with fresh vegetables that we were free to pick. As far as our host, Clementina, she was amazing. Always available with immediate responses to my questions. She baked some wonderful desserts and left them for us daily along with fresh eggs and lemons. I highly recommend staying here!

This was quite simply one of the best vacation houses of our lives. I had booked this house as a surprise for my wife and friends for her birthday. From the first moments of communicating with the host, to the last hugs good bye it was amazing. The host family was more than helpful and gave the best recommendations, and even helped with bookings. We toured the area, took hikes, and ate at all the locations in Montepertuso, and numerous locations in Positano as well as surrounding areas. Trips to Capri, and Sorento were a breeze. Getting to the town was straight forward, either take the journey down the steps, or catch a cab. The cab pricing was reasonable for our group, and the host helped arrange rides whenever needed. We were overwhelmed by the views, and spent lots of evenings looking over the med, and watching the city switch to night mode. The pool was an amazing addition, and rooms all were nice. When we go back to Positano again, Villa Graziella will be our destination. Clementina and her family took a vacation that could have been a 10/10 and made it a 12/10. She is the perfect host, and we are so grateful for her generosity. We could go on forever about the trip and the house. If you are looking, just stop and book now. Trust me you won't regret it.

This villa is as it appears on line. It’s spacious, clean and beautiful! Views are incredible. Our host was exceptional! Clementina and her family were extremely responsive to all our questions re: the area. They provide breakfast items including a homemade orange cake, cereals, juices, nespresso and Lemoncello. Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Only suggestion, If you want to travel to the city each day or to other cities. I recommend you schedule a car service in advance. Will make the day easier. We had the most beautiful vacation at Villa Graziella. Upon entering, you realize you’re somewhere special. The whole property is stunning, from the views, to the garden, the pool, to the many outdoor lounge/dining areas. Inside, Clementina and her family have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. And it is spotless. We loved it so much that we cancelled our dinner plans the last evening and asked Clementina if she’d help plan a dinner for us at the villa. What a treat that was! Her son, Luigi, was our chef and the food was one of our very favorite meals of the trip. Thank you, Clementina, Aurelio, Luigi and family for sharing your beautiful home, food and culture with us.

Our family of 8 stayed at Villa Graziella, from 8/13-8/20. Words and photos cannot really describe what a beautiful home this is. The view is amazing. This is the family home of owner, Clementina.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 with in-suit bathrooms and 1 large hall bathroom across from the 4th bedroom; washer/dryer combo in one of the bathrooms; and a nice kitchen, that was stocked with basic necessities: coffee, eggs from the on-site (but unobtrusive) chicken coop, milk, yogurt, bread and some juices. The spacious outside patio runs the length of the home. . There is also a refreshing freshwater pool and outdoor shower. (Note, there are about 2 flights of stairs to get down to the property). They have a small lift that can bring your luggage up and down for you. The views and the peacefulness of this home will be hard to match.
Below the patio, are two additional seating areas, and a large vegetable garden and multiple olive and fig trees.
We requested a home chef for our first evening as we knew we would arrive late after traveling from the US. There is an outdoor kitchen on the property. Luigi, Clementina’s son is a chef and made an unbelievable dinner. It included vegetables from the garden and seafood he caught that morning. We tried to book him a second night for a pizza dinner, but he was busy. In high season, everyone is working very hard, so plan ahead.
Clementina, was always very helpful - a WhatsApp inquiry away. One day, Luigi and assistant were picking all the tomatoes and making homemade pasta sauce in the outdoor kitchen.
The property is high above Positano. You can walk down or take a bus from the top of the driveway - it can be very crowded in high season. We usually cabbed back up. There are two nice restaurants, grocery store and a small pizza parlor about a 5–10-minute walk from the house. I would not recommend renting a car if you have not experienced driving here before -it is daunting. We were happy with the cabs and public transportation once we figured it out.
It is truly an amazing home and a wonderful place that let our family be together, but with lots of space to have alone time as well. Do not hesitate to stay there. I already want to go back.

Villa Graziella is one of the most incredible places that I have ever stayed. We had big expectations, and the listing just looked too good to be true, but can comfortably state that it exceeded every single expectation and it is even better than the pictures suggest.
The property itself is gorgeous. The smallest details provide such an authentic Positano charm. The terrace was one of the main selling features for us, and it was it is even more spectacular than I could have ever imagined. We spent a huge amount of our time socializing in one of the many seating areas, very strategically placed for optimal sun/shade exposure. We had 3 children (aged 7, 10 & 13), and they spent several hours in the pool over the week. The kids also loved picking us fresh tomatoes from the garden below the terrace
Clementina was responsive immediately and helped us organize every detail from train station pick ups, to tour group suggestions to restaurant reservations. She met us upon arrival and, she & her family made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She had limoncello (made from lemons on the property), homemade orange breakfast cake, and fresh eggs waiting for us when we arrived. When we discovered the stores were closed to get wine or beer (since we arrived Sunday afternoon), she went out of her way to get us enough to last through the day until the stores opened Monday. We organized a 5 course meal to be made for us on a special evening, and it was such a unique experience.
The location is perfect as it is out of the touristy parts of Positano, and provides just the most incredible view and sunset. We were not sure about being higher up in Positano but quickly realized that it was the perfect balance of a quieter more authentic Positano experience, while being in a very touristy area. There are 3 restaurants very nearby (2 walking and 1 free shuttle) that were just exceptional. Our children played in the square nearby with local Italian children while we ate our meals
We used a local driver, Antonio, who Clementina introduced us to, that made all the logistics so much easier.
We were 2 couples and 3 children and the layout was perfect for us. The house itself is huge, very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. You likely won't spend much time inside though.
It was a truly incredible week, and my family looks forward to going back again in the future. Thank you Clementina!

The home is as advertised. Very beautiful and sits on nearly 10 acres of land that grows almost everything. The owners are absolutely the best part of this home. They take care of all your needs and you should take their advice on where to eat! Grocery store is 5 minutes away. They will arrange for taxis and private transportation as needed. Clemy is awesome and a great cook and her husband is also of great help. You will not be disappointed! If you drive this is the best place to leave your car. Driving around Positano is not needed but If you insist then this is where you want to be!

Stunning views and lovely property
Our family had a tremendous time staying at the Villa. The views are exceptional. Our only disappointment was to learn just how high up we were located. The cost of vans/taxi's to/from the main shops and beach was exceptionally expensive (there were 8 of us) and we were not in any condition to walk the 15,000 steps. We loved the property and the owners were beyond gracious in every way. High recommended.

Perfect Positano villa
For adult couples stayed at Villa Graziela.. If I could have given 10 stars for how wonderful Clementina and Antonino are I would have. From the moment they met us upon arrival until after our departure they were kind gracious and treated us like family. The Villa itself is beautiful and appointed in Positano colors and decor. The kitchen had everything we need and more. Clementina had left us her own homemade lemon cake, homemade limoncello, and a bottle of Prosecco. She encourage us to treat her home as our home. One of the bedrooms is rather small but we may do. The most beautiful part of the villa is the back patio area which looks out over an immaculate garden out to the sea. We spent almost all our time out there. There is a wonderful although somewhat small swimming pool to lounge around also with excellent views. Everywhere we went there was the smell of honeysuckle. We had arranged prior to our arrival to have a chef come to the Villa to repair our dinner. Little did we know that this was Clementina and Antoninus son. The family made us one of the best meals we had of our entire three week trip of Italy. He created a wonderful meal completely on wood burning fire including Seabass he had caught himself that same day. Words cannot say enough about how wonderful this villa is in most especially how wonderful the hosts are. The only negative about Villa Graziella is the parking. However this is typical for that area. If you are driving your own car and feel uncomfortable I am sure they would be happy to park the car for you. Once we were there we did not do a lot of driving. We did take a boat tour to Capri Island but Clementina graciously helped us schedule a shuttle service to the port. Overall it was one of the best parts of our trip which included Rome, Florence, Assisi, and Castel Gandolfo. If I were ever to come back to Positano or the Amalfi coast I would definitely stay at Villa Graciella.

Trip of a Lifetime!
We recently returned to the US from a a 10 day trip to Southern Italy. We had 8 adults on the trip (me, my wife, our three daughters and their significant others.) We stayed in some pretty nice places during our journey, but our favorite stop was the Villa Graziella in Positano. Starting with booking and communicating with the owner, Clementina, all the way down to her recommendations on where to go and what to see while there. She connected us with a family member that has a car service and he too was very helpful on our trip. The views are spectacular. The house is well equipped and we were extremely comfortable there. There is a small market and a couple of restaurants within a short walking distance for the real “local” experience. However we planned boat trips to Capri, dinners in Ravello, private beach day in Positano all with this villa as the home base. The place is so beautiful that you will need to plan at least one day just to hang around and enjoy the property.
The family that owns the place are such sweet people and will make your stay enjoyable.
I’d give this property my highest recommendation and would certainly return. I thank Clementina for helping us make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Fantastic Property
Many thanks to Clementina and her lovely family for renting us their spectacular villa with breathtaking views, spacious rooms, amazing hospitality, food straight from their garden, and even a delicious home-cooked dinner. A life changing experience...truly. We just enjoyed 5 days at Clementine and Arujo's home- Villa Graziella- over Easter weekend. It was our favorite part of our inaugural 10 day visit to Italy. We could not have been made to feel more welcome- from Clemantine's freshly baked orange bread and Easter cake, to the fresh eggs and lemons brought to us daily. The villa and views are even more amazing than in the photos- extremely comfortable and luxurious, but also quiet and so representative of everything authentically Italian. Such a charming and expansive getaway from the bustling town of Positano and the waterfront which it picturesquely over looked. We will stay in touch with our new friends, Clementine and Arujo and their family, and be forever indebted for their hospitality. You will not find a better place to stay on the Amalfi Coast- feel free to message me on here and I will gladly continue to laud this amazing place- Villa Graziella!

Perfection in Positano!

The property was drop dead gorgeous. Worth every penny. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was seven friends and I, and everything about the property was fantastic. The pool, the rooms, the balcony with the view, everything was fantastic. Clementina was our host and she was so hospitable. Her husband even brought us two cases of water for free. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Positano, no need to look further.

We can not say enough amazing things about this home. The owners were easy to communicate prior to arrival and very accommodating to any questions we had. Once at the home the attention to detail in care for the property was evident with each part of the home. We felt welcomed, comfortable and safe in the home the entire stay.Having a kitchen with fresh eggs, homemade lemon bread and bowl of fresh fruit was more than we could ever ask for. A large kitchen table was excellent for family game time while the outside patio lent itself to an amazing dinner on the patio with a great bottle of wine, excellent food from the local market or even an amazing meal from a restaurant very near the home; Costatino's. Moving to the outside pool area was so enjoyable and an easy way to cool off from the summer heat and an easy way to see the stunning town of Positano near the sea. The beds were comfortable, which is strangely an unusual thing in all the places we have stayed in Europe. The two bedrooms facing the patio had an amazing sliding door that opened to the patio, which did include a screen door to keep bugs out. Our family enjoyed that feature greatly. Moving to the patio we were able to enjoy the lounge chairs, patio swing or amazing ceramic table top that was made locally specifically for the home (Villa Graziella). Having a jetted-saltwater pool to cool off in, gardens surrounding the home, a magnificent views would make any heart happy. We look forward to returning with our family and having the time of our life again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stunning views, very clean villa!
Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Positano! Clementina was there to greet us and show us around. Her home is very clean and very spacious. The pool was so refreshing after a full day of site seeing. We walked the steps to town but didn’t brave it back up at the end of the day. We did walk up the hill to a beautiful dinner at La Terra, (recommend by Clementina) be sure to call for reservations. She was also able to give us the # for car service that we used multiple times. They were very reliable and €25 one way for 4 people, less than a cab. We would highly recommend this villa for your stay in Positano.
