There are so many great things about the property & our stay. The house & space was perfect for our group of 8 adults. There was plenty of room &the rooftop veranda was an added bonus. The house was extremely clean, well decorated &up to date. It really was a pleasant surprise to have a set of toiletries in each bathroom, hand towels& full set of bathroom towels/beach towels. Diana was great to work with she was very accommodating for check in. She helped us unload our car with groceries & all. The trip was planned for my husbands 50th bday she helped me by ordering πcking up a cake &having a custom balloon arch set up. We did run into some issues during our stay.The hot water heater went out. Diana responded super fast & had someone out the same day to try and fix. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixed during our stay. It worked for about 1shower after being fixed & only heated enough to not be freezing. The AC went out in the primary bedroom the 2nd to last day. Diana offered to open up the studio on the property for us since the repair man could not come out & fix while we were there. Being we weren’t spending time during the day & only sleeping We stayed in the room & just kept the ceiling fan on. The house is maintained well & things happen. The important thing is how they’re handled. The thing that makes this only a 4 rating is the quality of mattresses. All 5 rooms were horrible, they all caved in the middle, one mattress is even broken. New mattresses would make this a 5.

The property in the second unit needs a new stove, and microwave. The apartment in the first-floor needs a good fan in the living room.
There were issues with electricity but it is expected in an island like PR. The manager followed through all our concerns. I will be back to PR, very nice island.

Pool was great. 1 min walk to beach and 2 restaurants. Sandy beach best for swimming. The house was perfect. Air condition in each bedroom but not in living room/kitchen. Would stay again

Diana and Rob have a little slice of paradise. The location is perfect, Sandy Beach is across the street & there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We rented the main house for the week and it was bigger than we expected, a pleasant surprise! Having the pool was great, though it didn’t end up being private for us. The people in the honeymoon suite up the hill ended up using it as well and we didn’t have the heart to tell them not too (that’s on us, but just a heads up that others might think it’s included with their stay too). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the AC’s worked well. The Wi-Fi upstairs only worked from outside on the patio and we did lose power quite a bit. For us it was an issue only because my husband worked remotely during our stay- for someone vacationing I’d imagine it being a non issue! Our favorite part of the house was the upstairs communal area with the hammocks. Great views and a great breeze!

This home meet all our needs and was clean and well stocked! We all enjoyed our time walking to the local eateries and surf spots!

We stayed with a group of friends (5 couples) and the house was perfect! The 2nd story with the 3 bedrooms had an amazing view and open lay out. Less than 5 minute walk to Sandy Beach and bars/restaurants. Dianna was great to work with :)

We had a fantastic time! Dianna was perfect,same with the house, the pool, and the grounds. The local bars and beach were nice and close, a quick walk which made it a great location. Don't forget to visit Jack's shack for some fish tacos, and make a snorkeling trip to steps beach. Gataratas waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking (40 min drive) and a sunset cruise on Katarina will complete your perfect vacation. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much

The property was clean and comfortable, easy access to the beach, good location. Children and adults liked having a pool there. Host was very helpful in finding transportation from and to San Juan.

Diana house was amazing so beautiful and big ! the neighbors were awesome with us playing music and enjoying the island. The waterfall in the back and how clean the house was my favorite <3 thank you so much!

Nice to have some restaurants and bars close by. One block walk to the beach and super close to Pools Beach and Parking Lots. The açaí bowls are the beat at Jakes Java also only a block away! Easy drive to Maria’s, Domes and Tres Palms.

Dianne, who I stayed with my first time in PR 10yrs ago is always extra accommodating. We stayed in a spacious 3br/3ba with balcony and access to the smaller pool. Kitchen came in handy as we cooked most of our meals and ate at the large family table on the balcony.

Beautiful and Relaxing!
8 of us rented the 5 bedroom house for a week, and had such a great time! Lot's of room, and areas to relax and visit in. The property is very clean and well taken care of. The view from the top floor pavilion is awesome! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, searching for beach glass, and watching the surfers. A short ride into Rincon can get you to different events and shopping, and an even shorter ride can get you to a fantastic place to eat and watch the sunset.
We made several meals at the house (in the fully equipped kitchen), but also ate out at several of the local restaurants which were all great. Our only difficulty was arriving at night. If you aren't familiar with the roads, make sure to arrive during the day as the roads around Rincon can be tricky to navigate (our GPS was spotty). Dianna was a very patient host, though, and guided us in safely!
This is a very laid back, relaxing location. The local people were so nice and accommodating. It does get a little bit loud on Friday night at one of the nearby bars, but really wasn't a problem at all to us.
Thank you Dianna and Gino for a great vacation! We hope to visit you again soon!

Diana, her husband and helper Rob are all amazing! The property is absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and they were taken care of immediately.

Great stay!
Location was perfect, the home was beautiful, and Dianna and company were excellent hosts. Very accommodating, and were quick to respond with any questions. At one point we went to grill and noticed the propane tank was empty. One quick phone call and 10 minutes later a fresh tank was being dropped off before we were even done prepping the food, awesome!

Great Location
This house is located within a short walk to Sandy Beach and also to great places to eat, drink and hear music. We were 2 families of 3 and rented both the upstairs and down ( separate apts) and there was actually plenty of room for all of us in the 3 bdrm upstairs. The house was modern and clean and there are different levels of the property where you could hang out. The waterfall and bar area were very nice with a tv and couches. We didn’t use the pool because even though it was very warm outside the pool didn’t get a lot of sun.
Diana and Gino were great and very accommodating.

10 of us thoroughly enjoyed a week here on yoga retreat... the Verandah was stunning and lush gardens create a very lovely atmosphere for our daily practices. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating! They were completely accessible and present much of the time as they manage the compound of multiple units. The ONLY challenge for my 70 year old guests was the night life sounds within a stones throw, and the property has quite a few flights of stairs throughout ... as it is built up on a hill providing the gorgeous view! Nice property and nice location!
We had so much fun. The place is big and plenty of room to spread out on the porches. The 12 of us never were crowded. There is no dishwasher. But maybe no places have dishwashers in Rincon? It’s a block to the beach and bars. We took excursions to other towns. The power and Wi Fi were spotty, the generator would turn on . But Diana came immediately to check and fix.

The house is great for a large group or family, having your own privacy each. Dianna was very responsive every time we had a question or need something. The house has a beautiful view specially if you stay at the second or third floor. Also has a nice pool.

We had a family of ten and we were very comfortable! Perfect for us. The pool was great. We rented both apartments ,they were modern and very clean. Fantastic Vacation
We spent a weeks vacation at the Oceanview Paradise and had a fantastic time in Rincon and the surrounding areas. I had invited my sister-in-law and her 14 old daughter. we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. It was updated and very clean. We had beach towels and use of the pool. we walked to beaches and restaurants. I would recommend renting a car. We had a great time visiting different areas such as Crash Boat beach Copa Marina in Guanica and the Luminescent Bay in La parguras. The property owners at Ocean view Paradise could not have been more accommodating and helpful with our vacation. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one .

Great property
We rented the 3 bedroom and the pool level 2 bedroom together. The property owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. We were there during the Superbowl and they have a large party for all their guest and local friends that was really great. The properties are very well kept and equipped and clean . I work in the Vacation Rental industry and I would love to have property owners like these . Great location to beach and bars.Walk to the beach is about 100 yards. The wave at sandy beach were closing out a lot and the other breaks are a short drive around the point but you do have to drive. Very frendly locals and a laid back and relaxing place to stay. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again in a second .

Great Property!!
We rented this property with the two units. One unit was upstairs with three bedrooms and one was down with two bedrooms. Both units were very up to date and nicely appointed. We were 3 women traveling with our kids so the two units worked out great. Pool was great to have but it did not get a lot of sun but with the beautiful weather we did not need it. The upstairs common area with the hammocks was good to get away and read. It would have been nice to have a ping pong table up there because we were traveling with teenagers. We used the grill one night to cook burgers and it was well maintained. The bathrooms were nicely done. We were supplied with a few beach towels and chairs which was great. We could walk to great restaurants and bars and that is one of the main reasons I picked the property so we could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. It was quite dark when we would walk at night so you may want to bring a flashlight. We did spend more time driving around than I thought we would. We had to drive to the grocery store and one day the sea was rough so we went to another beach on the island. We did a great horseback ride on the beach with, I think, Pintos in the name of the company. It is well worth it if you are somewhat adventuresome. It's a little tricky to find if you are not familiar with Puerto Rico so make sure you have GPS on your phone or get it with your rental car. However, when we couldn't find the rental we called Diana and she answered and told us right where to go. Diana was wonderful to work with!! We will definitely return to this part of Puerto Rico and hopefully this home!! Stop in at Casa Verde and say "hi" to Aca!!
