This stay was meant to get 5 siblings from Milwaukee, Chicago, northern Wisconsin and Florida together for an annual visit. We took good advantage of the Mexican restaurant, Pizza Hut and Kwik Trip within one block. Most of us walked the .6 mile walk to the hub of the activity at the Lake. We enjoyed a lovely fire in the yard. We hope this was the start of an annual tradition. The accommodations left nothing lacking.

We loved this stay. The property is great and charming, the location is perfect. It’s a short walk to downtown but you’re away from most of the noise. We would definitely stay again. The backyard is awesome to hang out in.

This was a perfect place for five friends to have a fun weekend celebrating birthdays. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of space for five people.

We had 10 girls stay the weekend for a bachelorette party! The house was super cute and clean, it was perfect for us! Not too far from downtown either! I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first family trip to lake Geneva and Karen was so helpful and amazing. The house is large, very clean, and perfect for us having a 2 year old. Karen was always in contact when we needed something and accommodating to our special requests. 100% recommend!

Our time at Karen’s Pedal Inn, was nothing short of fantastic. The outdoor area was perfect and the beds are super comfy. Highly recommend a stay at the Pedal Inn.

We were a group of 10 who traveled from 5 states to enjoy our yearly get together, and the house and backyard fit our needs perfectly. Plus, it was very charming and an easy walk to downtown which was important to us. Would definitely recommend this property and the owner was fabulous too!

We were a group of 8 young adult friends that wanted to just get away for the weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was so cute! The backyard was great and we made multiple bonfires and grilled the first night. Definitely would recommend this property for a group of people (adults or kids).

Since covid-19 a big party was out of the questing for the husband's "50" so renting a house outof town was the next best thing. This house was not only beautiful but really close to downtown and big enough for our entire family. Relaxing and full of memories a weekend we'll never forget.

Karen, the owner, was an amazing host and worked closely with us while we were in her home. She was very accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. The home is well-cared for, very clean and nicely furnished. It is also centrally located and very close to the downtown area. However, it is a little far to walk, but easy to drive to. The house is located on a major street and right next to a Mexican restaurant, which was convenient! The home does have multiple TV's, but only one has cable - in the living room area over the fireplace. The others are smart tv's where you can use Netflix, Hulu or other accounts. The only issue, which might have a bearing, would be no A/C in the bunk room, as well as very limited in the upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom. The only other issues, were no dressers in either of the upstairs bedrooms or the bunk room to unpack clothes. The upstairs bedrooms each have a closet. Overall, the home is very nice, and I think with a couple tweaks could be an excellent property.

It was our first family reunion and it was so fun and walking distance to the lake and downtown Geneva. Will definitely come back again!

We went to Lake Geneva for a mother-daughter trip for our girls graduating high school. The Pedal Inn was a fantastic stay for our trip. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was very close to town and we enjoyed shopping in the local stores. We also enjoyed the local public beach. The outside space was nice for sitting outside in the evening. The two upstairs bedrooms were a little warm in the evening, however, it’s an older home and always harder to cool the second story. We would definitely recommend the Pedal Inn for a stay in Lake Geneva. Karen was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you again for a great place to stay.

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pedal Inn. Great location which was far enough away to enjoy some quiet time but also close enough to be in the action within a 10 minute walk. Everything you need to cook a meal was on hand (less the food of course) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The patio was wonderful and the grill and fire pit came in handy. Everything was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The beds were comfy and the wifi worked great and provided internet TV for the kids during downtime. We'll definitely be returning for our next Lake Geneva getaway.

Was looking for a house to rent in Lake Geneva near town for 9-10 gals. This house certainly had all we needed! The girls can’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds were and the charm of this beautifully decorated home . Karen , the owner was wonderful to work with , easy to reach and so kind ! The gals asked , “when are we going back ?”

The photos don't do this house justice! This charming place has lots of old house character and it was a bit more spacious than I had expected. It was perfect for hosting my sister's Friends-themed bachelorette weekend. Thanks again, Karen!

We recently booked this property for 8 of us visiting Lake Geneva for our annual golf trip. The Pedal Inn was the perfect hosting place for our group. Quick 10 min walk to downtown Lake Geneva & within 15 min drive of two top tier Golf Courses! Would stay again!

This place is great - plenty of space for a large group, great outdoor space, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars in Lake Geneva!

There are so many great things to say about Karen and this property that I don't know where to start. From the time we booked this house for my bachelorette party weekend, Karen has been incredibly responsive - she was an absolute dream to work with throughout this entire process. She let me know as soon as we were able to check in (and this occurred even earlier than we had expected which gave us a few extra hours to enjoy Lake Geneva). The house was ADORABLE! Enough room for a large group (we had 10 women in the house and didn't feel cramped) and fun decor. It was a very relaxing space both indoors and outdoors. The gazebo, patio, and fire pit made for great evenings outside enjoying summer. The inside furniture was incredibly comfortable and gave enough seating for everyone. The house itself is in a very convenient location...you can EASILY walk to downtown in 10-15 minutes. There were plenty of towels, a good sized kitchen, and a decent amount of closet space for being an older home. Having a bathroom on both floors was very convenient. This was my first experience renting a home in this way and I will 100% do it again. It was perfect for a gathering of a large group as you could all spend time together while also having privacy all with the amenities of home. Overall, we had a great experience at the Pedal Inn and will absolutely be back when we visit Lake Geneva again.

We stayed here for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, with family coming in from various states. It was a fine place to stay and comfortable enough for about six adults and several children. Nine or 12 adults is a stretch unless you enjoy being cozy or don't mind sleeping in common areas. The house is very charming and set up for entertainment. If you are picky on kitchen gear, it may be best to bring supplemental gear. The outdoor area was nice, and we enjoyed a couple of evenings outside with a fire and BBQ. The grill was good but not super hot. Short walk to downtown - really no need to use your car unless traveling outside of the downtown area. The immediate neighborhood is not a postcard, but certainly safe and easy to find one's way around. Would recommend for most groups.

Great property with plenty of space and beds. Loved the proximity to downtown and the parking lot available!

A lovely place to stay. Abundant towels in spacious bathrooms. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking. During hot weather the AC does not reach second floor bedrooms.

We were celebrating a 60th birthday and there were 10 women! The outdoor area was perfect to gather together and the house had plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was a little difficult to climb in and out of....due to age! It is a quick drive to downtown area and a nice walk if you would rather go that route. Karen was a great and friendly property owner. Lake Geneva is a beautiful area and even though it rained most of the time we still had an enjoyable weekend at the Pedal Inn!!

Close to everything, parking was setup good and plenty of space.
