House is gorgeous, modern, clean, huge and well furnished. We loved the very mid rectangular fire place!!!!

This house is everything (and more) it promises to be. The rooms are spacious and the floor plan is conducive to family gatherings. The location was central to where we needed to be while moving our daughter to the city. I would absolutely come back here.

Dennis was amazing never did he lose patents answering text and calls immediately which was extremely important Dennis truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. I have to say this is beyond the perfect location easy access to downtown NODA etc. The house is amazing master bedroom right off from kitchen privacy. The house clean smelled good. Television in all rooms. Parking private driveway or guest parking or street parking and the house location in a private culdesac nice if you have children. Lots of natural light. If I should return to Charlotte this will be the place. Thank you Dennis for being a outstanding host.

House was just like described. Plenty big for our entire group . Outdoor area was a plus for grilling and conversation.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this home. It was even prettier than the pictures, if you can imagine that, and the amount of space was fantastic. We went to a wedding at Whitehead Manor Conference Center and it’s only 7 minutes away so the convenience was ideal if you are attending a wedding there too.

Beautiful large home that is great for big families. House definitely has issues that I mentioned to owner who says he is going to rectify each and every one of them. Needs a deep cleaning and some small repairs.

Very beautiful home, pictures do not do this property justice. It could use a deep clean, because I have hardwood floors throughout my house I understand how dusty it can get. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was big enough for our family of 9 and everyone had their own space. We were close to everything we did which included Carowinds, Lake Norman and downtown Charlotte. Please know ahead you may need to pick up a few items for cooking if you have a large group like plastic wear. That type of thing doesn't bother us, but I know for some it does. We had a small issue with a bathroom door, which was resolved that day. I would rent this home again.

The house was filthy and in disrepair. Nothing like it appears on line. There was mold and dirt in all bathrooms, nothing was clean. It looked like people had been living there a vacated prior to our arrival. Trash can was falling apart with gum stuck to it, oven & toaster over extremely dirty. Missing smoke alarm in downstairs bedroom, missing one side of blinds top of stairs, door to upstairs primary shower does not close, trash & and junk in all drawers. Half eaten food in kitchen cabinets. It truly was a nightmare. They sent someone to clean during our stayed but it would take at least a week and a team of people to fix all that is wrong. Anyone would be crazy to stay here! It definitely is false advertising and should be taken off of VRBO.

The house is beautiful but the cleanliness was underwhelming. The cleaning lady was still there 45 minutes after our check-in time (which is when we arrived at the house). Being a small group of women, we didn't feel comfortable entering the house with someone there. The floors left our feet dirty and the towels were left in the dryer. To be such a beautiful house, the small details could have made a huge difference in our overall experience. Dennis was easy to get in touch with when we had questions.

Owner as well as crew were very nice/welcoming. Great stay!

We came to Charlotte to see our son and his family for the holidays. We chose the house because it was close to theirs and had such an aesthetic appeal. The house was perfect for our needs and we loved the high ceilings and open feeling. Dennis went above and beyond and decorated the house for the holidays so it would still feel like Christmas for our teenage son. It was a great stay! Thank you, Dennis!

Property is beautiful just as listed, and close to everything, shopping, grocery etc.

This house is very spacious! It was perfect for our family get away to Charlotte. There are 4 bedrooms plus another room with multiple beds. 3 1/2 bathrooms. Large gathering space & kitchen. Large back porch is lovely. The location was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay. Since Charlotte is not all open yet, we had plenty of room for family time & games in this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this house. Dennis was very gracious when we met him. I was a little surprised by the additional charge for an extra guest when the house advertised 4 bedrooms and our total was only 8 people. But the house was beautiful and well stocked.

Large, comfortable home perfect for our family gathering. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, convenient location to all necessities and short ride to downtown for a New Years Eve wedding celebration. Communication with Dennis was easy and it was a pleasure to be able to meet him.

We had a wonderful stay here. Would highly recommend; Dennis was great. My Only concerns were the amount of ants in the kitchen which I never got around to telling Dennis about; had I let him know I’m sure he would have taken care of it.
