- Sofá cama para sala de estar con sofá cama Queen y TV de pantalla plana HD de 60 "(con acceso directo al balcón)

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Sunrise 1604. The condo is lovely and comfortable, clean and well kept, access to the beach is perfect, parking is easy, and the communication from the hosts was terrific!

We visited PCB to see our family that just moved to Tyndall Air Force Base. We loved our nine days that we stayed at 1604 sunrise it is close to everything we wanted to do and see. We also loved the private beach, the pools and the hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again. we had one hiccup and the property owners immediately helped on Easter Sunday of all days. Thanks again to the owners.

This condo is amazing. We have stayed PCB five winters and this was our best experience. The owners went out of their way to have items available that were useful and way above what you would expect. The owners were responsive to all of our questions which actually very few as they anticipated all of our needs. Look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed pretty much everything about our stay EXCEPT that the elevators continually broke down. Imagine having to walk up/down 16 floors multiple times per day...or wait 30+ minutes for an elevator.

We highly recommend this beautiful condo! It was very clean and included so many things that were very useful for our stay. The condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The pools were absolutely amazing and spacious! You will appreciate having a parking garage underneath for easy access as well! We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in this unit for the month of Feb. It was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and had some extras and personal touches that weren't expected. The owners always responded promptly to our communications and were very accommodating. My daughter and her family stayed with us for a few days, and I asked them for comments. They all said "loved it." So, if all of us in the age range from 11-85 were satisfied, this unit warrants 5 stars.

The overall experience at this place was wonderful.. The owners were very responsive and super polite. The accommodations at this place were fantastic.
Very clean, nicely decorated, great sleeping arrangements, I could go on and on.
This was perfect for our family.
Overall resort experience: we went on a holiday week - 4th of July. Expect to wait for elevators or have 1-2 pass by full. It is what it is with a place this size.
The bottom floor will be damp and hot from folks coming in from the beach. It comes with the territory.
Both of the above are not in control of the property managers, but you should be aware.
Highly recommend this place and these property managers.

Harold was the best, always quick with all my questions. He treated my family and I very well. They had to do maintenance on the complex and had to shut off the water. Harold was super about the situation and had 2 cases of water to our room.

Our room was very nice and decorated nicely also. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Any questions I had, were answered extremely timely. I definitely would recommend, and would gladly stay here again.

Really great property
This is a wonderful property. Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The addition of the 4 beach chairs is a really great value and was very much appreciated. The condo had just about everything you could ask for. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, good seating options, and a great balcony.
The view is fabulous! Nothing like making breakfast and looking out across the water and blue sky in the morning to make you feel happy!
The parking is great. So nice to have it directly under the building. We never had a problem finding a spot on one of the several levels. The elevators were only a problem on Saturday and Sunday when there was an influx of people coming and going. All of the other days, they were fast and easy to get to where you were going. There was not any problems with noise, either. Also, the pools were big enough that they were not over crowded. My husband loves the beach and I love the pool, so I would go to the pool several times to cool off. I never felt overwhelmed by crowds or screaming kids.
We were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this unit!
This has nothing to do with this unit, but vacationers beware of the traffic! It takes forever to get anywhere unless it is first thing in the morning.
Enjoy Panama City Beach, and rent this unit!

Great location to be in the middle of it all at Panama City Beach! Owners were very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Condo size was just enough and the views are spectacular! Would definitely stay here again and again!

Great location, but lots of condo rules
Condo was clean and very nice. Though under the beds weren't clean. My toddler threw his toy under them and we had to clean it off. Good location close to all the fun stuff in PCB. Wish there was carpet. That is just personal preference though. Comfortable beds and bedding

Perfect beach getaway.
This is a very well maintained condo that has amazing views of the gulf. Kitchen is great, we made most meals there. Easy to walk to several restaurants and Starbucks!

Great Condo, Super Clean. Amazing!
This was our first stay at this condo and we will definitely return! Communication with owners was superb and they were very friendly. Condo has everything you could want. It was Super Clean which was very important to us! Great location and the 4 Beach chairs and 2 Umbrellas were a real plus. We will return for another Girls (sisters and kids) vacation again in the future!

A Wonderful Stay
This unit is exactly as pictured. Overlooking the Gulf it is tranquil and quiet. The condo is appointed very well and is a joy to visit as a guest. We had a few visitors over the time we were in residence and everyone enjoyed their time. The inclusion of the beach service is a wonderful addition. The convenience of the location allows you to walk to restaurants and shops along Front Beach Road -- although Panama City Beach would not get the highest walkability index due to poor infrastructure (sidewalks, etc.). We enjoyed our time, the hosts were responsive to any questions we had, and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a well appointed condo in a building with lots of wonderful amenities.

We loved everything about this condo and our stay in Panama City Beach. The condo was the perfect layout, well stocked and had great amenities. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Walks on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Harold and Elaine were so easy to work with and always available for any questions.

Exactly as described
It’s not often that properties are accurately described on VRBO. From the cleanliness of the unit to the views of the ocean, this condo was perfect in every way imaginable. It was perfect for my family of six (4 adults & 2 children). Communication with the owners was easy & they stood ready to assist shall a problem arise. We enjoyed our vacation & when we plan to return to PCB, unit 1604 will be my first choice for housing.

Awesome Condo and Vacation
We were looking for a fun and relaxing vacation and condo unit# 1604 was perfect. It literally was a home away from home but with a magnificent beach view. The condo had everything we needed for our stay! It was clean, beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures we saw online. It was fully stocked with everything, roomy, comfortable and in a great location to restaurants and shops! This condo was perfect for our family of 5!! The Voss’s were very easy to work with and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay!! We had a great time and made lasting family memories!! This was our first time in PCB! We would definitely come back and stay at unit 1604!!

Perfect Condo in Perfect Location
The condo was everything we expected. The location and view are amazing. The condo was appointed with wonderful furniture, design and comfortable beds. The kids (4 and 6) thought they were hot stuff in the bunk room. Also, the condo was well appointed for cooking a lot of meals. It was a wonderful stay.

Excellent property
The property was well kept and very clean. All the beds were very comfortable! Maybe the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Front bedroom got a little warm, but many fans were provided and my kids slept just fine. In PCB one thing we’re always concerned with is the elevators in the condo buildings. Other than at check in and checkout times, these were no problem at all. Harold and Elaine were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beautiful, clean, fully furnished & tastefully decorated condo with exceptional ocean views (it’s right on the beach!). Many extras were included: paper products; soaps i.e., dish, dishwasher, laundry, hand & body; kitchen spices & more. The owners were very accommodating & accessible. Would return in a heartbeat!

You can't beat the location. Within walking distance of at least 3 beach bars/restaurants. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. I would highly recommend. The owners respond almost immediately via e-mail. We didn't need anything during our stay...the communication was pre/post trip via e-mail.

Very Accessible to Frank Brown Park
