The rooms were great and the house was perfect. The only issues we had were the parking in front of the house. On arrival, there was very little space in front.

Very nice home just a bit hard to get a close parking place if you get back after 6 or 7 pm. I think they should put curtains on bedroom window so daylight doesn’t wake you in the mornings. But overall a very nice place quiet neighbors. Barely saw them. Enjoyed our stay and visit with family.

We liked the home a lot and the place was clean and ready. Minnestay is the property manager, and they demanded separate credit information in advance, required pictures of our drivers license and credit card or they wouldn’t issue entry information. They even asked for it a second time after it had been provided. Then the combination to get into the property didnt work. It was an unhelpful extra layer. Lance, who appears to be the property owner, was very responsive, although he also appears to be Minnestay.The property seemed a bit overpriced for the market, and perhaps why it was available on short notice when most similar properties were unavailable.

Main floor flat was clean, comfortable with lots of character. Nice kitchen, furniture & fenced yard. I walked the dogs around the neighborhood every morning for our week stay. Check in was poor as they put our code on the upstairs flat door pad & I had to convince the office we were renting the main floor flat. She apologized & problem was resolved.

So much care and consideration has gone into this home. We loved spending mornings in the screened in porch. Kitchen was very small but ok since we made simple meals.
I think it was a stretch calling it “Uptown”but location was great for parks, grocery stores and access to the amazing lake.
We would stay again.

We found this property well-suited to our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery and dishware and has pretty modern appliances. There are built-in AC units in all of the rooms we used. The bed was very comfortable, and the larger bedroom was far enough from busy Nicolette Ave. that we didn't hear street noise. We enjoyed the various streaming services available on the large TV in the living room.

Comfortable and communicative
We had a lovely stay with Minnestay and will definitely use them again. We had a little trouble entering the unit but someone was immediately reachable to help us and the same was the case when we couldn't get the TV working. Someone was immediately ready to help. Communication was the best part of this rental.

Great place for a family gathering in a convenient location to the interstate and Uptown amenities.
We stayed here Easter weekend for 2 nights as a family since my older kids attend the U of MN (we are a family of 6 but only 3 of us stayed overnight). We didn’t venture out to restaurants as we just wanted to hang as a family with some home cooking. The kitchen was well stocked and has a place setting for 8. I made all our meals here and we had a great time hanging out in the living room and dining room playing games I had brought. The management team was very responsive to an unfortunate leaky kitchen faucet Easter morning, and the owner himself was there to fix it within 40 minutes. The linens are newish and plentiful, and overall the house has been nicely refurbished to enhance the character of an older home. The pictures adequately represent the house. I would definitely stay here if ever such need arises again.

We had such a nice stay at this beautiful home, just a 25’ walk from Lake Harriet and Bde Makaska. Incredibly comfy beds and very responsive owner - thank you for helping us with the radiators!

First Family Visit
We flew to Minneapolis to visit our daughter for the first time since she moved here. Not knowing the city, we were nervous. But this unit had such good reviews that we grabbed it. We were not disappointed. Clean and beautifully decorated. 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Responsive management. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful place
This is a lovely apartment. It has everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is apparent that a high level of care has been taken with all details. The apartment was immaculately clean. The beds were excellent and we also enjoyed stretching out to relax on the sumptuous leather couches. A well-equipped kitchen and a lovely dining room. Tasteful decor throughout with many thoughtful touches. Enjoyed exploring the restaurant recommendations that the hosts provided. The property management is excellent. Easily one of our favorite vacation rentals of all time!

Great Place!
Clean and spacious, nice comfortable bed/furniture. Good linens and towels. Loved the decor, especially the built in wooden china/book case and the wall of masks in the dining room. Great kitchen, although we didn’t cook. Loved the neighborhood, walked a block or two for dinner at “Young Man” delicious Malaysian place and can’t recall the name, but a really good pizza/empanada place (Boludo?). You park in the street in front of the house, we never had a problem finding a spot right out front during our stay. I would stay here again, highly recommend!

Cute and convenient
Our family of 4 stayed in this cute, 2bd 1ba duplex for a week while exploring Minneapolis. Everywhere we wanted to go - Bde Mka Ska, Mall of America, Lake Nokomis, Como Pool, Minnehaha Falls - was only a 5-20 minute drive and Target Field and Vikings Stadium were both transit accessible. There are a few things that would have made things easier like more silverware and a dish drying rack, but otherwise it was a great stay. Totally recommend!

Minneapolis Meandering
Our short stay at this home in Minneapolis was quite pleasant. The house was well stocked and very clean. The location made getting around easy. Parking was somewhat scarce and if we hadn’t had help from handyman, Andrew, we wouldn’t have had TV. There should be instructions as to how to use it.

Mother daughter fun
My adult daughter and I enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing time. Beds were great, ample blankets, towels, toileties etc. Well appointed kitchen. Location was safe and convenient to shopping, cafes, and a park. I highly recommend this property and management company.

There was an amazing "binder" with all sorts of directions, information, and helpful local details. For a girl NOT from a snow area - insight on how that is handled (which streets/when) was awesome. I would not have even thought about it!
We had a small issue with acquiring the key - but it was quickly and easily resolved. I did wish the phone tree was a little better/obvious for how it worked (that a message would be immediately responded to). Regardless - I was able to talk to someone and have the issue resolved in less than 10 mins.
Parking was close no matter the hour. The coffee shop down the street was a great local place. Great/easy access to anywhere we went. Would totally stay here again.

Home away from home
The large dining room table served as "office central" for research that had to be done during our stay. The living space was quiet; there was room to relax, do yoga, converse. Comfortable beds. Property management staff was excellent, very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend this property.

Nice Stay
We were in town for vikings game and Lance's property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, cozy and quite. There is a tenant in the above unit but we hardly noticed. It is an older home but it had great character. Although it was late October, the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy some time in the sunroom area. Would rent again.

Our stay in Minneapolis metropolitan area was very pleasant. The house is extremely clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable and accommodations were better than expected. There were numerous cafés within walking distance.If I had to recommend one thing I would ask that they provide better lighting in the kitchen. Other than that our stay was wonderful .

Super nice property in a great location. Lance is an excellent host. I helped my friends from China secure this reservation, and they had a wonderful time and were so impressed with the property. This was their first exposure to a single family home in the U.S., and they loved every part of it. Thanks to Lance for taking such good care of them. Charming litttle house
Enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were nice. Good location. Old house but you really didn't notice unless the neighbors upstairs were walking around hard on the floor/ceiling.

Wonderful place, wonderful stay!
We've stayed at this VRBO a number of times, and it never disappoints. It's spacious, clean, close to major highways, and always comfortable to come "home" to. Lance is always available should any issues arrive, and we're always greeted with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We had a Sunday brunch with our kids and granddaughters, and the dining room was the perfect size. On top of it all, there's an great sunroom, perfect for relaxing and reading the morning newspaper or taking a nap. Wonderful stay, in all aspects!
