Beds confortable but pillow really too hard.
Kitchen with limited space and equipments but convenient. Well ventilated apartment, balcony very interesting. Located very near the boardwalk.
Unfortunately we had cold and windy weather and noise from the front building they were refurbishing every day we stay there.
What I did not like was when I reserved there, it says that we had access to a washing machine for our clothes. But Olga says it is not available. I think this is not fair.

Great place that was well stocked, organized and clean. Olga was awesome and made check-in a breeze. Well equipped with whatever you may need (especially if you’re flying and can’t bring much.) But it’s the location that makes this rental great. It’s on the south side of Hollywood Beach which is on the quieter, family friendly side…but just a short walk up the beach and “broadwalk” and it’s very lively. Very happy with our weekend trip.

This unit was just as pictured and very clean! Had everything we needed for our brief winter getaway. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the screened in deck with a great breeze. Very quiet location and just a very short walk to the beach. Lovely!!🌴🌞🐚

The place was perfect for me and my wife. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plus, being less than a minute from the beach, made walking very easy. My wife and I will absolutely be back!

Never rented Vrbo before! But very satisfied
We had never used Vrbo so we were skeptical of course. But everything went great! The property is amazing, Olga was VERY VERY helpful and great to deal with. We met the cleaning staff which was also very nice and friendly. Couple of steps away from the beach which was awesome (we are from Mass so this was heaven!)! Walking distance from great food and a small little convenience store! We rented a car because we really wanted one day at Miami Beach, but Olga also helped by sending the Hollywood parking permit info! Perfect for a couples getaway. Had fun and will return if dates are available again!

It is right next to the beach and boardwalk, the home was clean, and had basic amenities, along with some handy things to help the comfort of your stay including pots, pans, coffee maker, soaps in the shower, some toilet paper, etc. (don't forget to buy dish soap though, as that is not provided and there is no dishwasher). Olga was extremely helpful in giving advice prior to our stay. We felt safe with the locks included on the property, we appreciated there was recycling, and we used the screened in porch so much! Loved eating outside and it is so spacious. Loved sitting out there to eat and wind down at night. Wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to others.

The location was literally steps from the beach at the beginning of the broadwalk. There were B-Cycle bikes for rent nearby, which we used a couple times to visit the nature reserve along the beach, which was beautiful. Anybody looking for good food, should go to Hollywood Brewery. I had a fantastic time. The location was great. The only thing I didn't like was the intensity of the overhead lights. We used the LED lamp next to the couch to light up the living room. To turn the light off, you press and hold on the power button. Thanks so much!

Steps from the beach
The location was literally steps from the beach at the beginning of the broadwalk. There were B-Cycle bikes for rent nearby, which we used a couple times to visit the nature reserve along the beach, which was beautiful. Anybody looking for good food, should go to Hollywood Brewery. Perfect for a couple to enjoy. Only downside is parking if traveling by car. Otherwise mins from everything. Conveniently located near many beaches

Everything was just as advertised. Less than a one-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Super clean, all equipment worked, well-appointed, everything we needed to enjoy the city and the beach. Great experience!

seeing the Lantic ocean for the first time
The property was great it was only a half a block from the beach and it put me right in the middle for what I was doing in Florida. The owners are wonderful people and worked with my needs on extending my stay. When I come back this be the place that I picked to stay next time. Just liked it a lot.

We regret renting this property. There were problems from the get go. Although Olga sent us pictures of the check in process, the gate to the courtyard was difficult to find and open. A car was parked there so tightly we could not squeeze past to get the suitcases thru the gate. This car evidently belongs to either her housekeeper or the housekeeper's boyfriend/husband. I mention this because someone constantly informed Olga of our comings and goings. Minor issues such as failure of the gate to latch completely (and a gust of wind opening it a bit later) were promptly reported whereupon we would get a curt text telling us to shut the gate. Another time we had rented bikes for 4 hours and wanted a brief mid day respite so we entered through the other gate to park the bikes in the courtyard while we ran upstairs for water and a short break. We got another curt text telling us to leave that gate alone and only use the other gate. . Honestly it felt like a nanny cam was installed in our appt monitoring our every activity. Four days into our stay the refrigerator, microwave, and several outlets lost power and we didn't notice until late at night. We texted Olga who told us to check the breaker box. None were flipped so there was nothing we could do but hope our food didn't spoil.Turned out, the breaker for our apt was actually located in another apartment. That and the fact that the frig and microwave were both plugged into the same extension cord made us wonder about a code violation.There was also just an unwelcoming vibe in the apt. Several signs were posted warning of potential fines, including (and I kid you not) if something happened to the toilet that the plumber diagnosed was an "act of God" we, the renters, would pay the fine. There was a $50 fine for leaving one speck of garbage, a $100 fine for leaving a light on and so forth.Not wanting to incur any fines, we left the apt in immaculate shape and even stripped the beds and left all dirty linens/towels conveniently on the floor. However, Olga got the last dig in by sending us a picture of the sheets claiming that we had left a stain on them and she was going to charge an extra $39. She also claimed she had had to pay for repair to the gate. After texting back and forth she finally relented but it was the final straw on a most unpleasant stay.Our advice? Avoid this condo like the plague or be prepared to be monitored and fined for imaginary infractions.

So misleading!
My stay was for 10 days for my moms birthday. Let’s start with I walked in through the back fence to the room with NO lighting because the motion sensor on the back light is broke. I was unable to get the key out of the nonfunctional lockbox that the owner herself had to come and attempt and even she struggled for at least five minutes with the lockbox before she was able to get the keys for me. The building is extremely old. I’d be surprised if it’s even up to code to be used as a vacation rental. The stove did not work. Had to contact the owner and advise. She said someone would come out the same day to replace it. That didn’t happen. Next day they come and replace the stove with another outdated stove that also didn’t work. On the third day we finally got a portable two burner countertop stove. We had to ask for a blender since there wasn’t one in the kitchen to at least make breakfast shakes while we couldn’t cook. The place does not have central ac but does have two annoyingly loud window units. The place is small and you can’t hear one person from the living room to the room from the sound of window units running. She has construction going on in the other rooms that was extremely loud and defeated the purpose of a “relaxing” vacation. Who wants to wake up to a saw going at 7am? WiFi kept loosing connection. Could not watch one 45min show without getting kicked out due to poor connection at least 4 times. Last but not least the cuts on my mother’s leg from the corners of the bed frame. That frame takes up more room than it has to offer. Two people cannot walk by at the same time. One has to wait for the other to pass in order to get to the restroom. If you have kids I definitely do not recommend you stay here. That bed frame and children is an ugly accident waiting to happen. The location is great! No beach view but you can’t beat the 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely plan on going back! Definitely won’t be staying here!!

The bed is amazing. Beautiful big screened porch with some view. Nice fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Beach and bike share kiosk steps away. Plenty of on-street parking (printer in apartment to print week-long parking pass to use anywhere in Hollywood). Quiet, south end of Broadwalk.

Excellent place to stay!
This apartment was great! Steps from beach on the quiet end of the boardwalk but still able to walk everywhere. Wonderful screen porch with view of inter coastal. Olga had everything we needed for a great stay. We will go back to this place anytime! Excellent!!
