All 16 of us girls slept comfortably! B unit was nice that both bathrooms were down the hall and not connected to a bedroom. There was a washer and dryer in the master in the A unit, but also in the locked garage area. While we didn't use them, the house had sooo much stuff for the beach. This house would be great for a family reunion or two families wanting to travel together.

This property was absolutely amazing. It had EVERYTHING you can imagine. And I mean EVERYTHING. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, surfboards, towels, chairs, and a wonderful wagon with huge wheels to make it easy to maneuver in the sand. Check-in and instructions were flawless. Lisa is super easy to talk to and very attentive. My family used the entire unit up and down and we stayed 10 days so the laundry was a must, and both units came with one. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy. We cooked about 1/2 of the time and we had all the appliances and cookware that we needed without being too much. We loved the outdoor space on the top floor. We kept inside after quiet hours and made plenty of reasonable noise so it's not like you have to whisper. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance of just about everything. We loved having Handel's ice cream and donuts from City and Seashore donuts. We all rode bikes to the pier and took the ferry over to the island and felt very safe doing so. It was so amazing and was like a dream vacation for all of us. My kids can't even believe the awesomeness of everything. Once we all save enough money, we will be back. Thank you Lisa for everything. There are not enough words to express how much we loved everything! Worth every penny!

Wonderful location. Less than a minute walk to the sand. A nice leisurely 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the Newport pier. The units are great. A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Units come with lots of beach toys and beach equipment...bikes, chairs, boards and wet suits. I can't say enough about Lisa Li. She made the whole experience a joy. Check in and check out, flawless. She wants her tenants to enjoy their stay and have a great time in her properties. Thanks Lisa.

Everything was perfect, we wouldn't want to change a thing. The house and location were spot on!!!

We were looking for a place where we could be by the beach and near Disneyland. This was a perfect location! Lisa was very responsive to all questions. We can't say enough about how great it was to have bicycles, wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. available. This was a driving factor in our decision making and it was perfect for our group. Loved it!

Perfect spot, close to the beach, easy to get to Anaheim and better than staying in Anaheim.

we had a weekend retreat with friends and the stay was absolutely perfect. Lisa was amazing to work with since day one! the home had everything you need to enjoy a weekend at the beach. highly recommended

The proximity to the beach was great. It’s an easy walk for little kids. The beach is very clean and far enough away from the pier to be quiet. The playground is directly across the street. The house was clean, well outfitted, and comfortable. We would definitely come again.

We booked both units to host 16 family members for the Thanksgiving holiday and to celebrate our wedding. We created countless memories over the course of our stay, in large part because of where we chose to stay. My list of compliments is lengthy, including the location just steps from the sand, the amenities, cleanliness, check in and check out process, the prompt responses from Lisa to our questions, the open spaces inside and on the deck for hanging out, bonding and entertaining, etc. etc. For our crew, the bikes were the best part. Kids used them during the day and adults used them to break away for a beverage at night. I’ve already told Lisa we plan to book again. Bottom line is you will not be disappointed if you book 121 37th Street!

Absolutely beautiful weekend getaway for anyone trying to relax near the calm waters of Newport Beach. Cleanliness and commodities of the venue are top notch and the property manager made our stay so much more enjoyable with great communication and accommodations. The beach is literally a few steps away with many delicious restaurants and food stops right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's property. Everything was as advertised. Both the upstairs and downstairs are well decorated, comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed watching movies at night after a fun day at the beach. The air conditioning was a very nice treat, something we haven't had in 20 years of vacationing in Newport. The outdoor patio on the second level was fun to play games and cards at night. Everything was clean, plenty of beach towels and the bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc made it easy to fly in and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa was excellent to work with and very accommodating.

Great experience in a very well equipped and clean home. Lisa gives great instructions and takes great care of this home. The air-conditioning is amazing, beds are comfortable, great TV's in all the rooms. Definitely hope to stay again!

The extra stuff was a huge positive. Having surfboards, wetsuits, shades, chairs and bikes available made a big difference.

Wet suits, bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards. all in good condition. Property well maintained, gracious and responsive host.

We love staying here! Everything we need!! Lisa Li is great and the property fits our family perfect! There’s even an infant seat on one of the bikes!

Our family had a great time at this property. The location is awesome, just a block away from the beach. It also gets you away from the nighttime boardwalk noise. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, lots of toys supplied for beach fun. Be aware there are two separate units -- they do not connect from the inside. Depending on your family group, that is a plus or minus. Great communication by property owner when needed.

We came to Newport Beach for a relaxing family reunion. We had 9 adults, 2 kids, 2 toddlers, and a baby! Everything that you need or want was here at the beach house!! There are books, games, beach toys galore!! Wet suits in every size along with surfboards, boogie boards , bikes (with every size of helmets), corn hole, beach chairs.... so many amenities!!!!We didn’t want to ever leave!Lisa Li is amazing and kind and hasn’t forgotten any details with her lovely beach house!We hope to make this a new tradition with out family!!

The units are beautiful equipped with everything you need. We very much enjoyed having bikes, boogie boards and beach toys. The kids were thrilled to find all the books and games. Easy walk to the beach.

This property is great! In a quiet neighbor and close to everything. Just a few steps to the beach and an easy stroll or bike ride from Newport Beach Pier. Great host with easy check in and check out process. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable space for your next vacation, this place is a winner. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. TVs in every room. Lisa let us stay six hours longer on departure day to make us not to have to wait too long on the airport for our flights. We can certainly recommend this house and would love to come back.
