Amazing apartment for a weekend stay

Ten minute drive to Beaver Creek! Lots of good food within minutes, even walking distance (don't miss Avon Bakery & Deli or Bob's Place!). This townhouse was clean, roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing after our full ski days on the ample comfortable seating in the living room (two full couches plus a wide chair that two of our young adults could share) in the evening. We were a mix of three 50+ adults with five college/young adults. It was so nice that all 8 of us could sit at the dining room table together for dinner and conversation. The sauna in the garage was a nice bonus! We chose not to park in the garage, but kept our ski stuff in there rather than bring it into the townhouse. It was so nice to be able to park right outside the garage/front door for easy loading/unloading of equipment. The office is so responsive. They responded right away and helped us with the information we needed to have some of our equipment shipped to the office for pickup when we arrived. We were able to get anything we needed from the office like extra towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The upstairs shower caulk leaked and a little water was dripping from a light fixture in the front hall. We reported it to the office and someone came and re-caulked it immediately the same day. We will definitely stay here again, can't wait to come back for another epic ski vacation!

This property was absolutely vile and disgusting. Upon arrival, my group found no sheets on the bed, blood stains on the pillows, hair everyone, urine and feces in the toilets, trash on the ground, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher. There was gnats and mold, broken hardware. The place could not have been farther from what was described. To top it off, there is no property manager, it's run by an office and they are unavailable after office hours so they were of no help when we called them. I do not recommend staying here, I would give it zero stars if I could. I don't know how there are good reviews but I felt quite duped.

Loved staying here for our family reunion this summer. Love that it hasn’t been flipped and that there is a lovely 80’s charm about it. Very nostalgic! The place needs a little TLC in the bathrooms. With a little bit of grout upkeep and maintenancing drywall/paint around the shower it will be good to go!

Unfortunately this was not as comfortable a stay as we had looked forward to. The shag carpeting was dirty with stains, one bath/shower needed part replaced and couldn’t be used, windows were difficult to open and upstairs bedroom too warm to use at night. It is close to the lake, swimming pool and tennis. Needed cleaning and updating.

The stay was great. The place was large and had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing was air conditioning. If renting the unit in the summer months just be aware that windows and fans are the only cooling option.

You may find fancier but you won't find better
Great property with 4 bedrooms, lots of space, a garage to store gear and it's right by the shuttle stop. If you need fancy, this may not be your spot. If you need a great place to visit Beaver Creek, this is it. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Linens and unit were clean. We have stayed here two years in a row.

Great Location, very old unit.
Could not beat the location for skiing BC & Vail. The 4 bedroom was roomy and worked well for our multi-generational group - 2 yrs to 85 - youngest and oldest celebrated birthdays while we were there. Check in was great and it was nice having a garage as we got two feet of new snow during our stay and it was nice having a grill on the deck for at-home meals.
The unit is very old, dated and dingy. Not dirty, but worn. Not much light in the dining room so when the sun set it was hard to play board games, etc. As I mentioned the garage was nice, but the two other parking spots provided are in front of that garage, so you have to move two vehicles to get out of the garage. We never did find the remote for the garage door opener - the notes in the condo said "garage door remote in kitchen drawer" there is about a dozen drawers in the kitchen drawer, but none contained the remote. On the 5th day of our 7 night stay, the roof in the middle level bedroom started leaking so we had to move the bed and put out drip pans. Maintenance came twice to investigate but in the end did nothing for us - not even a courtesy discount on our stay. Again, we had a great time, great location, and great skiing but we expected a bit better accommodations for almost $500/night - included taxes and fees. I know it's an expensive area, but we have rented VRBO units at least 25 times in the past - many in CO and have had much more up to date units than this one at better prices.

We booked the house for 5 days to spend our winter break with some friends and we were truly amazed. The house exceeded expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was also a plus for us since it was so close to Vail. Definitely recommended!

Great place and location
We loved this place! We had seven adults staying here for work. It has a great area to gather in the living room and kitchen. Everything was well stocked. If you want a newly renovated place stay elsewhere. If you are on a budget and want a comfortable place that feels like a ski lodge, stay here. Newer comfortable beds. Great price.

Property was spacious as advertised. It was somewhat dated and could use some refresh of some features, but was clean. WiFi was very intermittent as well as tv service. Was not functioning properly for probably 25 percent of the time which was frustrating. Managers office did put forth good effort to resolve service problem but was not completely resolved while we were there.

Vail Beaver Creek Ski Trip
Great location in Avon, minutes to the Beaver Creek parking parking lots, and 20 minutes to Vail.
The house is in good condition, and with the bedrooms spread over 3 floors, there was plenty of privacy for 5 guests.
We only went out to eat one night, and enjoyed the kitchen opening to the dining/living room.

Family Thanksgiving
Location, size and comfort of the rooms and beds were all great for our family Thanksgiving ski week. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner here and found most items we needed for preparing it were available. Unit decor is definitely dated and there seemed to be an underlying scent of old cigarette smoke— thankfully I travel with scented candles!

Good setup but dated and noisy
We were in Avon for an organized bike ride and the finish line was within walking distance. We needed four bedroom and a garage would be bonus to store all the bike and gear. So the location and setup was perfect.
They had a welcome bottle of wine - Thank you! This condo was NOT in disrepair and it was clean. Nice driveway parking area as we had three cars from different couples joining the group. Easy walking access to town, the eagle river and local bike trails.
The inside furnishings and decor were dated, the outside deck needs work (chairs should be replaced) and the BBQ was dirty (we had a grease fire on the inside of the BBQ, the propane tank empty (we exchanged at local store), the BBQ grease trap has been missing for awhile and has left grease on the deck.
It was unusually warm so we needed the windows open to sleep and this was made difficult due to the local highway traffic noise...nothing the owner can do hear but this is a result of the condo location and should be considered.
No issue with the owner and booking through VRBO.

80's townhome in perfect location
My entire group loved the town home and location. It was a perfect layout and SO much space. The beds were also brand new comfy. The sheets didn't really fit one of the beds and there was no mattress pad but it was still very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed, from the 80's! :) We will definitely stay again, but we will definitely be bringing our own towels. The reason I gave a 4 is because the towels were AWFUL and like sandpaper. It would cost $100 to replace... they also didn't fully clean one of the bathrooms and there was hair from previous renters and dust/dirt on the floor. Other than that, it truly was great.

The property is so pretty. A little outdated but it just reminded me of my parents house back at home. I loved having the shuttle to help us with transportation instead of always taking an Uber. The front desk people were extremely nice and informative as well as the other people staying around the area. I love how quiet the area is.

Nice place
Just stayed at this condo. We have a big family and needed a lot of bedrooms. On an overall basis, this is a great condo -- just needs a little updating.
It is super convenient to the slopes. There is a shuttle that picks you up right outside the back door and drops you a block from the gondola.
The kitchen is well appointed and there is a big dining room table that was great for family dinners. The TV area is as shown in the pictures.my kids loved the wi-fi.
We could not get the sauna to work.
The only negative were the beds. They were older and everything rolled to the center. But...... after a long day of skiing, did not really care.
