Great house in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Deschutes River walking trails. Very nicely decorated and nice artwork on the walls throughout the house, Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the island with the stools. Great gathering place with the open floor plan, Only negative is that there were not enough towels provided in the bathrooms, All in all its a lovely home and we would stay there again,

The house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue with one of the toilets but the Arrived Team was responsive and prompt, fixing the issue that same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bend!

Our two families had a great stay in Aspen Ridge. The house is well appointed and roomy. The neighborhood is close to the river trail and a very short walk to a community playground and pool.

We were visiting a family close by but their home was full. This house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The things that matter to me like good knives and coffee and coffee maker.

Immaculately clean well equipped home. Nice neighborhood with easy access to most Bend locations. We were in Bend for a convention (some dressing up) and would have liked having a full length mirror.

Clean, modern, fully equipped. Everything worked. Well supplied with paper products, propane, cleaning needs. Excellent washer/dryer, dishwasher. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I met a few of the neighbors & they were very friendly and enjoyed having the vacation rental in the area. They said that they had never had a noise problem or disturbance.

Nice place for the family to stay on a ski vacation at Mt. Bachelor. About a 25-30 minute drive to the slopes. Property was "as advertised". Well kept up, clean, and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood.
Had a minor problem during our stay. The garage door opener remote wasn't working. I called the number provided by ArrivedNow in the check-in instructions. They had the problem fixed by that afternoon when we got back from skiing. Good job!

Love the location and neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants and downtown bend. Neighborhood entry to Deschutes river trail is about 0.5 miles away.
The house is clean, has a well-stocked kitchen and nice layout. Would have preferred a King size master but beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this house.

This was a great house and well stocked. We would recommend bringing your own frying pans though if you plan on cooking.

Great house in very nice neighborhood.
We arrived to find a home that was super clean and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped, and our family had a great time. My husband and I tooled around town on our tandem, and our family had a great time hiking and floating on the river. Such a great vacation- we want to make it a tradition! My one suggestion is that a cutting board in the kitchen would be super helpful.

Delightful home in great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our long-term stay at Aspen Ridge. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood SW of the Mill District, with great parks for families and easy access to walk along the Deschutes River Trail. The house is very well stocked, super spacious and the furniture/beds are comfortable. The only ding would be the primary bedroom is a queen bed, and has plenty of space for a king bed. All in all, Aspen Ridge didn't disappoint, and our family of 3 + dog felt right a home during our stay.

I stayed in this Airbnb for a work trip. I'm a traveling nurse who is working in the Bend area. I also often bring my dogs with me. This place was perfect for me and my dogs. It had everything I needed. It's a gorgeous house with a great little fenced backyard where my dogs could run around. I couldn't have asked for better:)

This lovely house worked great to meet up in Bend. It was spotless and and made everyone feel comfortable about travel. We had two families and including 4 kids and a dog. The yard was great and kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood made me want to move to Bend. :)
