I can't say enough good things about this property. The Grandview Condominiums sit right on Grace Bay Beach between the Grace Bay Club and the Royal West Indies Resort. We were met at the unit by Jing, the House Manager and she was so warm and friendly, greeting us with cocktail and a smile. She gave us great island tips, helped us find a driver for off property trips and even had a birthday cake made for my husband who was celebrating a birthday during our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed including full kitchen and screened in porch, which was our favorite spot mornings and nights. It had a view of the ocean even though it was first floor. We loved the ease of the first floor unit which led you directly to the pool and jacuzzi with easy access to the small walking bridge to the beach/ocean. It was so convenient and comfortable and made for a very relaxing stay. The condo complex is gated so we always felt very safe. It is also a smaller complex with only 12 units I believe. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas so no need to rush out and save chairs! Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return some day!

We had a fantastic time at Grace Bay this past week. Rental unit was perfect. Location was excellent, property well maintained, condo furnished well, beds comfortable (my daughter complimented even the sofa bed!). I would 100% return. Thank you for a great week! For those travelling with active teens, I recommend checking out the resorts close by for water sports and rentals.

Wow Wow Wow. Amazing Vrbo just steps away from Grace Bay. We have stayed at many Vrbo throughout our years of travel and this property by far was the most spectacular. Very spacious and immaculate & everything you needed. In short ALL the comforts of home. The property manager Jing was also great with any questions we had during our stay & also watched our son so we could have a date night. We will definitely return next summer.

If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy resort, this is the location for you! The condo was very clean, provided everything we needed, and was the perfect location for our family. We wanted to be somewhere with not a lot of little kids running around because our daughters are 17 and 21. We were very happy with this location! I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!

We are just returning from a week at this beautiful condo at The Grandview. It was absolutely amazing from our first step in the front door. Jing (Jean) the manager had everything looking pristine along with a few sweet surprises!! You truly are steps from the pool/hot tub and ocean. The beach and water are breathtaking. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. Great communication with the owners all along. Very peaceful and relaxing resort. It even includes a nice fitness room on property which I used each morning before heading to the beach. Do not hesitate renting this condo. You will be love it. It is more beautiful in real life than the pictures. Jing (Jean) the property manager will make sure everything is perfect for you and your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grandview on Grace Bay. The communication was on point and the condo was perfect for our trip to Turks. The condo was well equipped, in great condition, and in a perfect location! Close to food and shops...and right on the beach as described! Did I mention that my girls where beyond thrilled that there was a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom?! LOL! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely and well appointed condo at the Grandview. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the things we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable with excellent sheets, the bathrooms had towels and toiletries. We enjoyed walking out the door on the patio to the pool and beach. Loved the quiet and serenity of the place. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return to this wonderful place as often as we can!

Property is very nice and well stocked. Great location and very clean.

The condo is clean, modern, and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub is wonderful, the beach is clean and quiet with pristine sand, warm clear water, and always had an open lounge chair in the sun or under an umbrella. The condo is perfect and the host was easy to work with, quick to respond, and the local housekeeper was kind and attentive to any requests. Nicely appointed kitchen made meals easy to prepare. We loved the screened in porch with a view of the ocean while we ate our meals. The only bad part of the entire trip was having to leave!

Probably the best rental we have stayed at. Most need TLC but not here, it was all updated and extremely well kept. Condo had everything you might need, great location, great beach, fantastic communication with owners. Had a blast!

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and we couldn’t be happier with the rental. It is right on Grace beach (which is an amazing beach). The owners gave us excellent advice and everything was great. It has all the amenities you could want. We hoe to get back there with our family.

Grandview was beautiful, everything went smoothly. This was ground unit and was ideal for going back and forth to pool, hot tub and beach! Great place, great decor, everything you needed, and comfy beds! This is small quaint complex. Love Turks and the Grandview!!

Family loved our time at this property. It was quiet, not crowded but a short drive or walk to many spots. Great pool, hot tub, screened porch, baths, kitchen - all as described in the listing. Beachfront location with activities close to unit. Would highly recommend!

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at Grandview. The moment we opened the door and entered the condo our eyes were drawn to the outside patio/pool area and to the turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach. The condo itself was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. We loved dinners on the screened-in porch and the proximity to Grace Bay Beach can not be beaten. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas directly on the beach for us to enjoy and we loved the location. At night we walked to other resorts on the beach, enjoyed live music, drinks & appetizers, and then walked back to our quiet condo. This was our first trip to Provo and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Grandview 102. The property was exactly as pictured and as described in the listing and has amazing views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The unit was spacious and there was plenty of room for my family of four. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for our use on the beaches here day. The condo’s kitchen was well appointed for those who wish to cook/dine in. All of my communication with the owners, property manager and housekeeping staff was great. I received timely replies to everything and assistance with whatever I needed. We especially appreciated the warm welcome upon our arrival. We would stay at this property again!

This property was everything as advertised and more. Fabulous location on Grace Bay, away from the big resorts. Beach and water and perfect, pool and hot tub are well maintained and nice and warm! Comfy king bed - key for us; and queen in other room. Wonderful condo well outfitted with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy the beach.

We stayed at 102 Grandview last year and returned again this year and our stay was perfect both times! We received a warm welcome and the beautiful condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was freshly painted with all new appliances. We appreciated having umbrellas and lounge chairs set up on the beach everyday and the beach was never crowded. The location is ideal. We especially enjoyed the food and drinks at nearby Cocovan. The experience was truly worthy of 5 stars and we can’t wait to go back!

Location was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. In 10 years of VRBO rentals, these were the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered. Relaxing vacation, walked down the beach for many of our meals.

Fabulous property inside and out! And there are no words to accurately describe the beach... Family friendly, walking distance to really good restaurants and many things to enjoy with kids along. Not inexpensive but with planning and the amenities in the condo it is worth every penny. We did a one stop shop at the island IGA on the way to the condo from the airport but there is also a mini mart and fancy grocery within walking distance. Happy hour at Pelican Bay across the driveway was excellent and their food was delicious. If you are gluten intolerant it is a little trickier but staff is aware and wherever we went our celiac person was well taken care of. Our resident manager Jay did a great job and got drivers and cabs for us when needed. The condo was clean and beautiful and Jing was our welcoming person. Both she and Jay were delightful. If we get the chance to go back, we will and will definitely choose this place again! Thanks to all who made this an unforgettable vacation.

This was our favorite family vacation by far. The beach is the most beautiful beach we have been to - the softest white sand and the most beautiful turquoise water. We swam in the ocean and pool every day, even when the weather called for 30 mile per hour winds we still we able to enjoy the beach (the kids actually loved the waves, and most were broken up by the coral reef that was out farther). I've never seen prettier water. The condo was amazing and perfect for our family of 5. We walked to dinner multiple nights - just walk down the beach to multiple outdoor restaurants. The condo complex was quiet and refreshing - each time we swam in the pool we were the only people in the pool and it seemed like our private pool. The food is very pricey on the island - we cooked multiple meals at the condo after going to the grocery store nearby, though the price of everything at the grocery store is also pretty expensive. A box of cereal was $12 and a pound of ground beef was $15. One dinner out with drinks for 2 adults and 3 kids was $250. We went parasailing with pickup right at the beach, there are multiple boat tours that will pick up at the beach for cruises or snorkeling. The property managers were very responsive the few times we had questions. We did COVID tests the day before our travel back to the US at the local grocery store for $35 per person (cheaper than the $50 per person at some of the other resorts nearby).

We had a fantastic time at Grandview! The condo was exactly as pictured., updated with plenty of living space. The beach is beautiful, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us to enjoy. We could walk to a few restaurants close by, but I suggest renting a car to further explore. We love T&C!

This is a beautiful beachfront property with terrific ocean views and a great beach to walk in both directions! We enjoyed the quiet of a smaller property with umbrellas and chairs on the sand and parking close to the unit. The unit was very large, nicely furnished and had a full kitchen. There are sailboats and paddleboards etc available for rent right nearly on the beach. The snorkel/sailboats will pick you up beachfront. The local concierge and owner were very helpful. Don't hestiate to book.

Great spot in an awesome location - right on one of the best sections of one of world's best beaches. It's a short walk from great resorts/restaurants. 1st floor = walk right out to the pool/beach, screened in porch, but also limited views. Our flight arrived late, and Jay and Jean waited there for us to arrive to let us in and give us a tour, including welcome drinks. A great, friendly team that cares for the property and guests.

Grandview is ideal if you are looking for smaller property. Location is great from the road and beach side. Plenty of walkable restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Property comes as advertised with a great layout and updated amenities. Check in process was super easy, the owner and manager were very responsive to our questions and the condo was very clean. The beach as always is incredible but the best part is Grandview is a smaller condo association so the beach and pool area never felt busy like resorts on the island. It’s on our list to go back!

This property is located centrally on Grace Bay. The condominium is very well maintained and the service was exceptional upon arrival and during our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations for amenities, cleanliness, location and view.
