Nada ha sido pasado por alto en esta hermosa casa que está decorado profesionalmente y dispone de 3 dormitorios. Completa con los mejores sábanas y muebles nuevos para su máxima comodidad. El dormitorio principal está ajustado a complacerte, que ofrece una cama con dosel rey felpa, 50 'TV LCD y un baño principal extra grande con sala de baño privado. Los dos dormitorios tienen colchones queen de felpa y armarios dejados de lado para su comodidad. Esta casa está equipada con televisión por cable y tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "HDTV en el salón. De alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet se proporciona de forma gratuita y hay una zona de trabajo para su conveniencia. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, utensilios de cocina, gran despensa y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8. Hay un garaje para 2 coches, lavadero, patio privado vallado con piscina, zona de césped y patio cubierto equipado con una parrilla de gas. El parque está literalmente fuera de su ventana de la cocina ..... casa está abierta a una hermosa zona verde y parque equipado con parques para perros, pistas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, parque infantil, y senderos para caminar. Todas las sábanas se proporcionan, incluyendo toallas de piscina. La casa está situada cerca de varios campos de golf e incluso tiene un campo de golf de 5 estrellas en 20 minutos. We were in town for a karate tournament. The house was easy to find. Easy to access when we got there. House was very nice, my son and I enjoyed walking in the park across the street. Pool was very nice, water was clear and clean. Only 2 things someone might want to be aware of. No shampoo or soap provided, while not a deal breaker by any means I just wasnt aware of it and had to go buy some. Next time Ill just bring ours. In a changing entertainment environment it only has direct TV. We are streamers and there didn't seem to be any way to stream on the TVs. Id suggest rather than paying for direct TV they could save on money and be more aligned with other places and just provide streaming you login to your own accounts. Again definitely not deal breaking just an inconvenience for our family. Definitely enjoyed having a TV in the master bedroom. I asked a couple questions and got a timely response which is always appreciated. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and items for use. Id definitely recommend staying here. Having a garage was really nice staying in the middle of summer as well. Always felt safe in the area. If our tournament returns next year we definitely would stay here again.

Clean, great communication and a wonderful pool. We are thankful to have found such a great host. This was our 2nd stay @ one of Kim's properties. We frequent AZ and will always seek one of Kim's properties first. Thanks for the excellent accommodations!!

This house was amazing! Very very clean, beautifully decorated and great neighborhood. I would highly recommend renting this house again! We loved the pool too! Never had to call the owner for any problems she has enough directions around the house to tell you exactly how to do everything! We will be back again!

This house/property is exactly as pictured and advertised. If you are a regular VRBO renter you know this is not always the case. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, all of the furniture comfortable. The location is central to everything and the park across the street a big bonus with kids. The pool was great in the hot 108 temp! This is where we will stay every time we come to visit my grandmother in AZ.

We visited Arizona to meet up with our newly found sister and her family. We met her family and she met ours. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and in a great area with a park right across the street. The backyard was amazing. We would sit out every morning drinking coffee and listening to all the birds (different than what we have at home). The condo was well stocked with all of the necessities and it was decorated so nicely. We sure hope to rent again in the future

Great property, just as listing shows. Excellent upkeep and plenty of room for the two of us and my elderly parents. Felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and ability to use the garage is a major plus for us. Also the park directory across the street was such a great plus, walked two miles everyday during our stay. I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed the stay. Thanks for sharing you space with us.

Wonderful single-family home in a good neighborhood next to a nice park. Property came with all amenities you could expect even sporting equipment and two bicycles. Owner was easy to work with and always accessible. Pool looked great but did not use it do to cooler weather.

Best Spring Training Accommodation by far to date. Lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood. Modern furnishings with homey atmosphere, pool and bbq too. 5 stars all around!

Our second time renting from this premier host — her properties are exceptionally clean.
Location across from a park makes it feel like part of a neighborhood, with very nice walking paths. Beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. Large kitchen. Loved the numerous ports for charging devices. Very well designed small grass back yard and private pool. Nice, easy stay.

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Great communication and with a quiet neighborhood. The youth enjoyed the tennis courts and basketball courts. They even took a 5 second dip in the pool. Would recommend! Too bad it's already booked for our trip there in March.

Amazing home and owner! Responded promptly ALL of the time. Great location to visit with family in Sun City and Glendale. Homes was clean and tastefully decorated . Park across the street was great for the dogs. Kim is fantastic!

This is the 3rd time renting one of Kim Fletchers homes. First of all, kudos to her cleaning service! Her homes are immaculately cleaned, including having all foods, (used condiments), out of the refrigerator. That’s very important to us. Lot’s of towels, hand soaps in the bathrooms. This home has a great park across the street and close to freeways. Thank you Kim!

We had a good stay. The house was beautiful, the pool / outside area was perfect. The house had everything we needed, neighborhood was in a good location, area was convenient. There were a lot of printed rules posted but due to the detail that was put into decorating the home, it was understandable. Would stay again

Kim, the property owner was professional, friendly and extremely responsive in the communication we had with her. The location was perfect and close to a lot of activities and restaurants.

The house was exactly as it it shown on the website. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of room for several of us while we prepared food, and the backyard was just perfect!

This house is just as advertised. Perfect location, beautiful house, and very clean. It had everything we needed. Comfy beds, all the extras we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor space. Indoor parking was also very much appreciated especially with the heat. Would stay here again!

We had high expectations from the listing and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine and lovely, we had everything we needed and more. Great spaces for family inside and out in a perfect neighborhood with anything you would want from bike or walking path, tennis, basketball etc. Close to shopping and restaurants, what more could you want. Thanks Kim for a wonderful experience and vacation.

The place itself was very comfortable with all the resources that were named present. Unfortunately (though not anything anyone could improve)the weather wasn't great. In fact some days it was the same as our home near Chicago😒Oh well, we had a great time with friends

This house is exactly as advertised online. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean when we walked in. Very nicely decorated. Communication was excellent with the owner. Our dogs loved the dog park across the street! Awesome stay in an awesome house! Thanks Kim!!

Very clean, super comfortable, open floor plan in a great neighborhood! Was so glad to see the house was stocked with just enough essentials to get us through a couple of days before we could stock it ourselves. We golfed our hearts out, there's no way you could golf all the courses in the area. Went to Topgolf when it rained. Was glad to see we could watch our Netflix and Amazon movies in the evenings. Our dog loved it, it was perfect for him (tile floors, little grass area in the backyard and fenced). Great location, literally across from the playground and the dog play area. Would love to come back when the weather is a little warmer and enjoy the pool!
