We booked this house for 7 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out. Lots of nice gathering places and the property was well kept. It overlooks a vineyard and feels private and high-end. We stayed for 4 days but I'd highly recommend a week's stay.

The views were wonderful. It was so lovely to be on a vineyard and to watch all the hummingbirds. Short 10 minute drive to Healdsburg. Spacious rooms and pool/hot tub were an added bonus!

This is a beautiful property that is nicely located to the town of Healdsberg. The scenery around and at the property is absolutely gorgeous! The house matches up to the pictures. It has lots of amenities however everything is a bit outdated. It was clean and pretty well stocked.

We rented this gorgeous home for a weekend girls trip in wine country, the pictures do not do this place justice. The property is beautiful, you feel like the scenery in the background is fake. We loved the grounds and the inside of the house is comfortable to host larger groups. The house also had everything you could think of needing (pans, griddle, coffee maker, wine opener, beach towels, hand soap, spices). The property isn’t too far from downtown Healdsburg so the location was great. There’s nothing within walking distance but I’ve stay in Sonoma before and you just need to drive to get to places. I’d rather stay on a scenic property than downtown in my opinion. The sunsets here were amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were used during our stay as well. We all loved our stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of games to play with kids and adults. The pool is wonderful, even though it is not heated (that wasn't an issue given the warm weather). And the outside grounds are truly gorgeous from the rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the hummingbirds to the vineyards to the bacci ball cout and gorgeous area around the pool. We had a blast! And we will be back.

You are surrounded by vineyards and there is a lovely wraparound deck with chairs to sit on and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower as well as a grill which was an amazing way to spend an afternoon. Everything is clean and in perfect condition and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. (Plenty of towels, dishes, etc). The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for nine of us to not feel cramped.
The house is just a very short drive (maybe 5-10 minutes) from downtown Healdsburg, which is such an adorable little town with great boutiques. We could not have asked for a better set up to enjoy the weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lytton Station Vineyard. We needed a warm, quiet place to "shelter" with our family and we could not have asked for more. It feels like you are staying in someone's home, not just a rental, with lots of space to spread out and relax. The vineyard setting is beautiful. We would come back.

Amazing Place, highly recommend.
Our family (2 adults + 2 kids, 8 and 5) just spent 10 days in the house. We had a wonderful time. It was hard to leave. This is a very peaceful and beautiful place. Our best moment was in the evening, with a walk in the vineyard (right next to the house) followed by a glass of wine in the porch watching an ocean of vines while the sun was going down. It was magical. The house itself is perfect, the kitchen is well organized and equipped. Finally the property manager was just perfect: very reponsive and helpful. We highly recommend that place. We will likely go back.

Magical
A beautiful view as you drive up to your magical home away from home. That’s how we felt each time we rolled up to our vacation home last week. The property is stunning and the views or the vineyards were exactly what we were looking for as we selected the best get away for our family. We have kids between the ages of 5-8 so we wanted them to feel autonomous enough to explore and play on their own but fairly in eye view or at least so we can hear them. The layout is the home provided the perfect safety and enjoyment for both adults and kids. Interior space worked out for both families, allowing for good night rest and evening quiet time while offering also a respite from the hot afternoon sun. Shante, the property manager was gentle and kind and thoughtful throughout the logistics and booking. Highly recommend!! Thank you for sharing your home with us! And my son wants to add, that he loved the hot tub and basket ball hoop!
