We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak.

I stayed with my wife and 3 year old for 1 week. We really enjoyed our stay and time on the Island!
The unit was perfect for our little family. Loved our time on the Island. Hope to return soon.

Was a fantastic place , worked great for us owner was very friendly and accommodating Only thing stairs down need a railing. Car rental worked out great also . Hope to visit Kodiak again Will definitely recommend to visiting family. Thanks Steve

Small but also spacious with a great view and deck! Travelled with 2 teen boys and we were all comfortable. Very clean and well appointed amenities. Owner was very helpful and gracious. Loved having access to laundry as well. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 3 nights here and would recommend renting the vehicle as well to get out and explore the island. The studio was cute and clean, just what we were looking for.

This is the perfect studio for 1-2 persons. Tastefully decorated, clean...and the view is beautiful. You'll know you are in Kodiak!
Close to downtown and the harbor. Just a short ride for groceries too. Greeted by owner who responded to our questions promptly. We would stay there again!

Cute little space!
