Mountain and ocean view home close to downtown and hiking trails
Casa de 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños para no fumadores. 2200 pies cuadrados. Hermosas vistas a la montaña y al mar. a poca distancia del centro y rutas de senderismo. El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. El dormitorio 3 tiene cama queen y dos camas individuales. Comedor, sala de estar y dormitorio tiene hermosas vistas del canal. Mira águilas calvas y barcos pasar. Bonita terraza con vistas, estufa de leña, keurig, TV por cable, internet y altillo con mesa para noches de juegos familiares.

We loved our stay here, a perfect location. The view is amazing, we sat on the deck and enjoyed watching the eagles and boats go by. Lots of room, everything you need!! the owner was great !!! We would definitely come back here!!!

Amazing!
6 of us broke away for a week of fishing and planning. This property was excellent!! They had everything you needed and the proximity to the harbor and airport are perfect! Look forward to our next visit and hope to come back sometime soon!

Updated, Clean, Convenient and Spacious
My family of 5 adults and one child (10) stayed for a week in Kodiak and had the best time at this house. It was updated, fully stocked with all needed supplies (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, etc). Close drive (less than 5 minutes) to restaurants, docks, grocery store. Amazing views enjoyed from the back deck at breakfast and happy hour! Already looking to rebook for our trip next summer! We have travelled all over Alaska and this is one of our favorite places. Highly recommend this house.

Convenient location with a beautiful view
We enjoyed this three bedroom / three bath house. The kitchen was fully stocked with sufficient pots, pans, dishes, and utensils and tools, and the layout was conducive to cooking meals for our family and relaxing on the sectional sofa for conversation and movies.

Cozy ocean view home
Great house, location was perfect just a couple minutes from downtown. House was clean and provided with fans to help cool down. Great view of near island. It was cozy perfect for our short trip to the island.

50th birthday celebration
Thanks to Miranda, Andy and Rio for a lovely stay on Kodiak. We enjoyed the home and all Kodiak has to offer, especially the wildlife and fabulous views. My only recommendation would be to invest in quality bedding for support and to provide patio furniture and a propane grill for outdoor cooking on the fabulous deck with spectacular views. We will stay again if we have the opportunity!

Great views and Location
Excellent location and super accomodations. We arrive earlier than posted 4Pm and we allow in. It was appreciate. Kodiak, Alaska is beautiful place and we spent time with our son who is the Coast Guard there. I would recommend staying at " Island Retreat ".

Great Space
This was a great location for visiting Kodiak Trip. Proximately half way through town. We had easy access to book the north end and Center Street Gary’s. Tons of room for working and the views were incredible. I definitely stay here again.

Nice property with plenty of space. Centrally located.
Overall, a great experience. The property was large and had plenty of room. Has almost everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Although, Kodiak isn’t big, the house is located in the middle of town and is only a couple minutes from everything. The house was very clean with the exception of a few cobwebs in the high and hard to reach places.

Kodiak Visit
The property is in a great centralized location with convenient access to all that Kodiak has to offer. Views from back huge deck were amazing. The home was well laid out and was very comfortable with every amenity that you would likely need.
Home owner was available and very responsive to any questions we had. She also offered very good recommendations for activities and restaurants.
I would definitely rent this property again.
