location was above restaurant. steep long stairs. several things need repairs. no breakfast until 11 am.

-centrally located in town - well stocked with amenities - the 2 bedroom unit spacious with kitchen and sitting area - staff frequently checked in with us in case we needed anything

The suite is very roomy; the restaurant downstairs is excellent.

We loved our stay at Aquamarine! We came in town for a wedding without a car, everything was within walking distance. Our little apartment truly felt like home for our week long stay. I will always book this apartment when I return to Kodiak.

Great harbor view, fully equipped kitchen, availability of a washing machine and dryer.

It was all quite comfortable. The host made arrangements for us to get in after the ferry arrived after midnight!

the room was good. Convenient location to get around in the area. The host was quick to respond to all questions and requests. It was a modest room. It added to our Alaskan experience.

Nothing really, the decor was aged and warn, but clean. It met our needs but did not have anything extra or unexpected.

All the ceiling lights came on at once. To much light. Didn't like climbing 21 stairs but I need to do it to get healthy so it's ok. Loved the aquamarine colors. Very nice place

The windows and curtains were cute. Bed was very comfy. Couch and decorations very nice and cozy. Kitchen was very nice, good appliances. Bathroom sink was awesome. Water pressure was good and water was hot. Hosts were responsive.

Food and condiments left in fridge was unexpected. The shower was creaky, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Not what I expected. It was a room in top of a restaurant. The description is misleading.

Spacious room in the heart of downtown Kodiak. We arrived the day Crabfest started and the location was hard to beat. We could watch the musical performances from our window! The room is located above a cozy restaurant owned by the same family and serves some of the best food in town.

The shower takes some time to warm up (but is nice and hot when it does). If you have older folks in your party, note that you do need to climb some stairs to get up to the room.

Spacious & very cozy. A lot of free food & grocery supplies!
