The best thing about this unit is its location. It is close to a beautiful beach with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc, around and the sunset is to die for. I would recommend the food truck park not far from there and definitely the Cones at Kihei for dessert.
The unit seemed small at first when you walk in, but in a bit you realize there’s enough room for all. The couch could be cleaner, and turns into an extra bed. We were a bit alarmed to see some paint cans in the secondary bedroom closet. Is that safe lol? No other issues with the unit and was comfy.
The kids liked that it was right next to pickleball and the swimming pool wasn’t far. You could walk to the beach, but if you are carrying a lot of stuff, it’s easier to drive to the road and park (free and easy to find a spot). I liked the unit was close to the rear parking. But do park only at the open uncovered spots and fill out the parking form. I saw another car get a ticket.
The host says she allows late checkout for 75$ if no one’s checking in, but when we asked more than a week in advance, she could not allow it because the cleaners didn’t want to come at a later time. She let us checkout at noon for $60, which helped too, since everyone was dead tired after our road to Hana drive the previous day. Also, the wifi had changed and we couldn’t find out what it was till the next day. All these are tiny issues, but just wanted to put it out there.
Overall we liked it and highly recommend this place.

Spent a week here with my family, we all loved it. Easily a 15 minute drive to anything in south Maui and only 25 minutes away from the airport and a few steps away from the elevator so we didn't have to carry bags up the steps.
We loved that they had everything that we needed in the room, towels, washer snd dryer, beach equipment. Parking right by the room and the pool was only a short walk away.
Would definitely recommend to stay here

We've stayed in this condo complex before so we already knew it was a great location etc. The unit itself was clean, well stocked, and an easy walk from the parking lot. Great communication from the host as well. If you're looking for a 2 bed/2 bath within walking distance of a whole lot, I don't see how you could do much better.

Great location..right up the street from a beach, close to boat that took us snorkeling, and where we did surf lessons…also steps from shops and a few breakfast places so very convenient! Had towels and boogie boards which was a nice plus and great communication from host!

Great location, walk to beach. Beautiful condo, Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen needs and extras. Beach gear was so useful. The AC was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location, short downhill walk to a great beach for the kids (Kamaole Beach Park I). Separate quiet AC in each room is a huge plus. Very clean and well-equipped. There are restaurants within walking distance. Safeway is a short drive away. Even though it’s only a partial ocean view, the view of the mountain is beautiful. There is another unit upstairs so you will hear a little noise if it’s occupied, but people all seem well behaved here. We would happily return!

The condo was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. There were ample towels and beach gear for the six of us. The air conditioning worked great and the ceiling fans kept us cool when the air wasn't on. Two bathrooms provided us with enough space to get ready for our nightly outings. We will definately keep this condo in mind for our next trip to Maui. Prayers for west Maui.

This is a nice place to stay but the check-in process was not. The Vrbo listing states check-in time is 3:00 PM and instructions emailed to me from the owner says check-in time is 2:00 PM. We arrived about 2:30 PM and the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaners said to come back in an hour which we did, but at 3:30 PM it was still not ready The cleaners said to me that their boss told them they had until 4:00 PM to get the unit cleaned. So we waited and then they finally were finished by 4:15 PM. I called the owner about this and left a voicemail suggesting she needs to update the check-in time and also asked her if there was any equipment available to play shuffleboard, but she never responded back.

We had a great experience at Carol's property. The location was incredible (short walk to beach), very clean property, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I'd stay here again.

We loved the condo! It’s spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation and awesome location close to the beach. Our family of 4 adults, two children slept comfortably and enjoyed the pool and spa everyday. It was our first time in Maui and we loved every moment. The condo was well located to explore other parts of Maui plus lots of local eateries and shops were handy. Also having our own washer, dryer was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I agree with other renters. Everything you need in for a stay in Kihei. Great air conditioning which we only needed intermittently. Large main lanai. Close to the parking area which made bringing luggage/groceries in very easy. The walk from the beach/shopping was steeper than other places we stayed but we were maybe being a bit wimpy. It is totally doable, and we chose to walk down and up more times than we used our rental car. This condo is so quiet (aside from the roosters but they are unavoidable). We definitely will be back. As will friends who stayed at another busier condo complex. Thank you Carol!

Carol was an amazing host, always responding quickly when I had questions. She went above and beyond trying to accommodate us when the airline changed our flight dates.
The condo is in the perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Kihei. For anyone with mobility issues, the condo is accessible by elevator and there are no stairs to get in to this particular condo. Because the complex is built going up and away from the ocean, different units are at different levels, so not all are accessible or have elevator access.
Parking is close, bbq’s are just steps away from the door and we used them and then ate on the lanai enjoying the ocean view. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for a vacation.
We loved our stay in Carol’s condo and would definitely stay here again if she would have us.

We LOVE this condo so much that we book it twice a year. Carol has been great to work with and extremely responsive to any questions or situations that arise (example leaking garbage disposal fixed very quickly)

The place was beautiful! It looks just like the photos, very clean. Everything you will need for you trip is in this condo, plus so added beach bonuses! Hosts are very nice and very responsive. I would definitely book here again in a heartbeat.

This was our first experience booking with vrbo, it was a seem less, no problem renting process.
We were very pleased with this condo the pics don’t show how fantastic it really is. Our family of 7, fit comfortably and we’re so very glad to have stayed here. The washer and dryer came in handy and the kitchen was well supplied. We would absolutely recommend this place for families to stay. All this and a partial ocean view. Loved it!!

Great location and property
We stayed here with our 5 children ages 11-18. The pull out couch provided plenty of sleeping space for all 7 of us. The location is great in Kihei with easy access to several close dining spots and loved the convenience of the free parking and quick check in for parking pass. This is a great spot for getting to Hana, Lahaina and close to the airport. The room provided 7 towels and had 2 coolers that could be used to keep drinks cool. Also had 7 beach chairs and some shovels and buckets. Very happy with the experience!

can’t say enough nice things about this place. most of the rental properties i’ve stayed in are “adequate” at best, but this space was incredibly comfortable (separate temperature controls for each bedroom and the living room was a plus), well-appointed, and well-stocked (yay for more than 4 forks! and a cabinet full of spices! and a bin full of beach toys! etc). huge countertop space was a bonus for the nights we stayed in and cooked. everything was exactly as described and communication with the host was excellent. location just a block from the ocean was perfect, but also having a rear unit near parking and grills was great. i will miss the sunsets from the lanai! we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The unit had individual a/c units that we only needed to use at night because there was a fabulous breeze everyday due to the tradewinds. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for our family of 7. Plenty of coolers, beach chairs, toys and towels were provided. When we checked in, the closet door to the laundry area was off the hinges. I contacted the owner right away as the management company was closed due to a holiday and someone was out to fix it the next day.
We couldn’t figure out how to lock the sliding doors, but being on the third floor, we didn’t mind too much that they weren’t locked.
The only downfalls we found were that there was a cable box but not one local channel to watch and the hot water heater was so small that our whole crew of 7 couldn’t shower before dinner without someone (or two) getting a cold shower. A nice addition would be a place to lock up valuables.
Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would absolutely book it again.

2 bedroom condo has a peakaboo view of the beach and walking distance to Kamaole beach 2 on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms were a comfortable size. We hardly used the AC in all rooms since the trade winds and fans kept us cool. It has a big pool and jacuzzi. We would rent it again.
