We stayed at this beautiful cabin for our annual family vacation! What a fantastic time we had! The cabin is welcoming & comfortable just as described! The location is amazingly close to all the attractions but once you climb the driveway it’s like you are secluded.

The cabin was a little tricky to find to start but once you find it the peace sinks right in. Overlooking the strip of Pigeon Forge couldnt have been more quiter and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed their stay and definitely would stay again. Overlooking the strip and fireworks from Dollywood plus the music from Patriot park was a bonus. I need a full time spot like this.

We were a group of 8 adults and we were very comfortable. The balcony is great to be able to watch the nightly fireworks at Dollywood. Within 10 minute drive of pretty much everything. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is the best location in Pigeon Forge.
The cabin has so much room and is decorated beautifully. The yard is awesome with plenty of parking. The deck was the best! Can see the parkway from the deck and enjoyed hanging out and being able to see all the cars cruising the streets. But was still so private and not close to other houses. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Papaw Wilburn’s cabin. The view is amazing and cannot be beat. The owner was so kind and helpful. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Easter. We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for years, and this is our favorite cabin. The property offers so much privacy. I highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to return with our family.

This was the best trip ever. The cabin was beautiful! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is situated on a wooded lot for plenty of privacy and lots of parking.

Overall good experience. Somewhat dusty and someone's undergarment left behind. Listing mentioned free coffee but no coffee. House was very nicely decorated and was perfectly laid out for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and downstairs room. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome and beautifully decorated. We loved the location but had a bit of difficulty finding it the first time. The only downside was that 2 of the upstair bedrooms mattresses need to be replaced.

The location of this property is the best I have ever seen. So much to do and the outdoor space was used more than anything. Plenty of supplies were provided, clear instructions, and lots to do. We played games, grilled, chilled on the deck overlooking the parkway and NEVER ran out of hot water. The fridge with ice and water was great. I did read previous reviews and brought extra trash bags but everything else was plentiful including towels and toilet paper.
The pool table, games, and hot tub were great. We had so much to do at the cabin that we came home each night and cooked dinner. Grill is charcoal and you will need some. But wood was provided and we made a fire one night and made smores.
Highly Recommend and everyone in our family wants to book this yearly now. Photos on listing are 100% accurate. Owner is extremely responsive. Home was clean, beds were comfortable. It truly was perfect.

What a great place to stay and be right in the mix of things. The location is convenient to shows, rides, shopping, The Mill, and getting around to National Park etc. Make sure to take advantage of the over look deck especially at night when Dollywood has their fireworks. We sat out there night and day and even ate a meal under the shelter. This is like camping but you get to have the house too. The house is very nice and was comfortable for our entire family. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking at booking it again soon.

We had a wonderful stay here. Absolutely no issues. The property is beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking Pigeon Forge in the mornings and evenings. We were really pleased with the location and its close proximity to everything, yet it still felt secluded. Legenia was quick to respond to all questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Pigeon Forge. The driveway was a-bit hard to find initially, but once we figured it out, it was easy to access!

The house was in a great location! Just a couple things I was surprised about. There is no washer and dryer and not a lot of extra towels.
The beds were not comfortable and the upstairs is pretty warm. Which may not be a problem in the winter months, but summer it’s not good.
Also. They only supplied us with 4 trash bags, we had 9 people and a baby. Was told I had to buy more.
But overall, it was a good stay! Love the main level living area!!

Our family gets together every Memorial Day weekend. Since 2005 until we retired in Southern Alabama we always gathered at Kelleys Island on Lake Erie. We decided to have our grown children and grandchildren to meet as half way. Pigeon Forge is where we decided to go. Papaw Wilburns Cabin was the cabin we chose. A great choice too. We had a wonderful time in this fabulous cabin. The outdoor setting is beyond belief, with room to play yard games, cook out, have several fire pits and sitting area that was cantilevered over the hilltop looking down on the Parkway. Beautiful inside and out. The interior of the cabin was also decorated beautifully. The game room was a hit. Hopefully we can come back.

We had a really bad week and decided to head to the mountains. Since it was last minute trip, I contacted to owner to get it for the day of as well. It worked out great! The house was a little tricky to find but once we did it was amazing. View of Parkway and mountains. It’s hidden above and behind the stores. Large yard, clean interior, landscaping will be amazing in bloom, comfortable beds, awesome water pressure in the shower. All good vibes here!!

Property is as advertised. Large so great for families and is clean. Best part is the large yard with deck overlooking the Parkway. During winter the game room can get cold for sleeping if you are using it for that but extra blankets can take care of that. The cabin is an easy recommend for me.

The location was great but location instructions were lacking accept an address. House was as advertised and clean. However, we were charged 1/3 more than the quoted rate. When added to the standard rate makes for an expensive ONE night. When I ask the host why he was charging me an extra one third he said because I requested an early check in and a late check out and had 10 guest. We only had 7 guest and he was unable to provide either an early check in or late check out. I asked for the extra charges to be refunded and have not received any response. I wish I could give a better review but I cannot because of the gross overcharge.

This property is fantastic. Close to the action but positioned in a secluded way. We took my 86 yr old mother, my siblings and their families, a total of 9 people ranging from 86 to 23 and this house suited everyone!! We will book this house again soon!

Perfect location, views and the coziest house! Learned a bit about pawpaw as well. We ALL had an amazing and relaxing time. We attended the Shriners convention because all our husbands are members however we didn’t stay away from the house long. It was an excellent place! Already thinking of a time in cooler months we can book again.

This cabin is so close to everything in Pigeon Forge yet secluded enough that no one knows you're there! The only thing I can think of that might help someone else with elderly or handicapped guests is the first-floor bathroom be updated with a higher toilet, a grab bar to get in and out of the tub and treads in the tub so as not to slip getting in or out. The first-floor bedroom and bath are wonderful for those who cannot climb stairs and the kids loved sleeping in the game room. This was our first family vacation, and unfortunately, my oldest daughter passed away before we could all get together. It was bitter sweet for all of us, but happy memories were made here!

Beautiful hideaway
We didn't have check in instructions. I ended up needing to call. But got it taken care of pretty quickly. The address took us close to the location but not to the actual place, but when we put in the name of the place in Google maps we were able to find it easy. There wasn't dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher but there was dish soap. The place was very clean and was the nicest cabin we ever rented in Tennessee. The hot tub was nice but not all the jets worked but it was good for us because not everyone wanted the jets on. The amount of bathrooms and bedrooms was perfect for us and we particularly liked the yard space which is hard to find in a cabin. We loved the privacy that the cabin offered as well which is hard to find in a cabin as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with a great view - for being on the main strip, there is so much privacy! Owner is very responsive and home was exceptionally clean. We found the upstairs to be very warm, but thankful for fans provided. Kitchen appliances were brand new and state of the art, but some basic cookware needed replacement. Overall a great stay and we would recommend!

Amazing location and cabin!!
I can’t say enough great things about the location of this cabin we watched the fireworks from Dollywood every night from the yard. Soooo much seating outside with bonfire, picnic tables, benches, chairs, etc. I went to a family reunion at another cabin and they had no outdoor space. Made me realize how spoiled we were. The inside had a beautiful layout and lots of space and updates. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Property
Fantastic stay with our family to celebrate my father being done with his cancer treatments. He mostly enjoyed the deck overlooking the strip and the game room which we used during the few rain showers we had. The house itself was incredibly updated and had all the items we needed during our stay! Will be using again!

My parents, my brother and sister along with my daughter and their kids came. There was plenty of room. We had a great view over pigeon forge and of the dolly wood fireworks. We were close to everything! Definitely would stay again.
