Lobby is not as pretty as the rooms

Good value hotel in the Manila Bay area - and much nicer than the Cebu Ciry Citadines. Lovely staff. Good breakfast etc. We didnt use any of the facilities so cant comment on those. 5 mins taxi to the Manila Bay walkway and restaurants etc.

Beautifully designed hotel with great location in Manila. We stayed here only 2 nights but everything was amazing. Staff was super kind and attentive. Rooms were spacious. We found ourselves booking citadines throughout philippines and Japan. We love citadines

Only thing is that the room had a weird musky smell when we got in, so we had our Aircon working all the time. Maybe its carpets that need changing. Curtains old and with some stains on them.

The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost compared to the ala carte menu and the food is fresh and contains a range of western and Pilipino foods. Only thing lacking is oatmeal. The room was roomier than I expected considering our other stays in the area over the last few years. the location is excellent as several features such as the harbor front, MOA and Ayalla malls are within a 15 minute walk. The work out facility is much better than any I have seen and there was never a line to use the laundry facilities which are co-located with the gym so you have something to do while the washing machine runs.

The location was great, within walking distance of the Mall of Asia. Kudos to their friendly and accommodating staff.

I forgot to mention to the front desk that the AC in our room smells bad and moldy. A small problem that could easily be corrected. Overall the stay was good.

Location,location. Easy access to the shops, mall, pretty decent buffet breakfast.

Very disappointed with one particular staff( front desk ) does not possess good customer service skills , with that attitude & how to deal with customers & us being seniors doesn’t belong to this kind of profession. Unfortunately, that bad performance of one particular staff affected the entire performance of the staff, which is pretty unfair, having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to take it out on your customers , because being rude and disrespectful has no place in the company.

Everything was good about this hotel. I loved the dog that hangs out in the lobby and also the cat.

All the staff where great apart from 1 staff member at reception when I was checking out. Also the location didn’t really suit me but that’s just a personal thing.

The property was very clean and accessible to the airport and malls. It’s best feature is its staff from reception, restaurant/coffee shop to customer service. Ben of reception is very friendly and helpful. The security guards were very courteous and polite. All you can eat breakfast was good and reasonable for the price. Rich of customer service went above and beyond! He assisted us the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you so much for the very personalized warm care you all have extended!

I loved everything! Service, staff, dining, cleanliness, facilities - all superb.

Location (practically unlimited choices of shopping and restaurants, also near airport), spacious and luxurious room, polite staff, nice ambience of lobby, price is also cheap relative to the room and amenities

If I were to nitpick, the sink drainage was quite weak. Nothing a simple maintenance couldn't fix. Other than that, it's hard to find any fault
