La confort du lit et de la salle de bain

L’enregistrement été très long . Nous avons eu mauvaise surprise d’avoir une chambre qui n’était pas faite. Ce qui a encore ajouté un délai. Pas top après le long trajet de France. Hôtel très mal isolé. Petit déjeuner moyen.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were accommodating and the location was convenient.

The room windows at the back side of the building were not sound proof. I can hear the loud noises from the streets the entire night. (Cars honking, Ambulance siren, etc.) It almost felt like the windows were open. The noise was so frustrating, especially if you came from a 14-hour trip and all you wanted was a quiet rest until your next flight. No hot shower. The room has a damp smell.

Breakfast was POOR…. quality of food and presentation…. was messy and not appetising…. Coffee and not drinkable… I had to go and buy my coffee outside of the Hotel….

Everything is simply perfect for me, from my late check-in to my room. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with very attentive staff.

The busy reception staff was outstanding; friendly, patient, and helpful. The bed, pillows, and blanket were so comfy we didn't want to get out of bed. The location is convenient when flying in/out of NAIA terminal 3.

Breakfast. Probably one of the worst I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. Even the coffee was undrinkable for me and my wife. Over the past three weeks we stayed at three different hotels in the Philippines, and three in Thailand. This was by far the worst breakfast off all. Next time, I'll save my money and go to McDonalds for a better breakfast.

Nahe Lage am Flughafen, war teilweise sogar aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Direkt um die Ecke war eine Mall in welcher man sich gut die Zeit vertreiben konnte. Für fragen und Wünsche war das Personal jederzeit offen.

An einigen Zimmertüren hat man gedacht das sie offen wären, es sah so aus das dass schloss mal kaputt gewesen war oder man mal versucht hat die Tür aufzubrechen.

Good service, very convenient for travellers transferring flights in Manila. Close to the airport terminals, highlight recommended. Good value for money.

There were cockroaches. The foods (room service) from the kitchen/Resto were disgusting, the meat was old stock, the utensils were not appropriate for “stars” hotel.

The staff were very helpful and outstanding. Excellent service and outstanding staff from the concierge, security, housekeeping, etc. The hotel has a McDonald’s, a convenience store, and casino beside it. The food was a combination of Asian Filipino and American.

Hotel staff tried to help in any way they can but there were just too many guests to accommodate during checkin or check out. The hotel was a little chaos in the lobby and snack bar/dining due to the way it was designed. There was a separate checkin counters for online booking but it was closed after certain hours. Checked out took a while and there were only two staff whose taking care of phone calls, etc. that’s why they couldn’t answer immediately when you call to ask for toilet paper or towels which were not available in the room when we checked in. Not sure if the hotel has a policy for loud noise at a certain time. Guests were running around and loud at 2 AM!
