Esta casa de vacaciones está convenientemente ubicada en la Corona del Mar, a pocos pasos de S. Además, hay un área al aire libre con una mesa y sillas y una nueva barbacoa de gas. Suministramos todo para usted, incluyendo internet inalámbrico, DVD, plancha y tabla de planchar, sábanas, toallas, secador de cabello, detergente para la ropa y utensilios de cocina completos para todas sus necesidades. Ven por una semana y querrás quedarte toda la vida.

We loved staying at this “sweet cottage” in Corona del Mar. The location is fabulous with restaurants and beach walking distance…very close. There are many to choose from. The front patio is the big bonus. We spent most of our time sitting outside enjoying the sun and ocean breezes.

Listed as steps from the beach, Actually not near the beach. On the wrong side of a busy highway. In the summer you would have to drive to the beach, and that involves tremendous clogged traffic to get there by car. Owner not near site. Aid provided by on site grandson. But if he is away at school you would have a problem with multiple troublesome devices such as TV, washing machine etc. Beds ok. Cleaning crew not the best- . (used soap in bathroom, old towels, etc.) Awful kitchen chairs.Small simple house in very nice neighborhood. .I would not stay there again.

The location of this small but charming house is perfect. My husband and I stayed here for five days and found it to be clean and comfortable, adequately stocked. The washer and dryer were large new models and sharing them with the other unit was easy. The host Barbara was receptive and very helpful when we had questions

The beautiful ocean at the end of the street with spectacular views. A short walk to great cafes and restaurants. A safe, quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to world class shopping at Fashion Island, a short drive with a majestic view to Laguna Beach. Really everything within a 10 minute walk or drive.

My friend and I brought our children (ages 2 and 7) to visit a friend. The house was so charming and perfect for our stay! The swing out front entertained the kids and it was perfect set up to put them to sleep and have some wine out front or in the living room.
The location is really easy to get to…. Can easily walk to restaurants and coffee. I was also a little nervous about parking but we had no issues finding a spot every day. If we come back again we would definitely stay here again!

The house is tiny & could use a couple of updates, but does that matter if you can walk 10 minutes to the beach? We rode our bikes to Balboa Island & Peninsula in one direction and to Laguna Beach in the opposite direction. You could walk to many restaurants on the PCH & lots of shopping very nearby as well.This place is all about the location.

The most ideal, stunning neighborhood with gorgeous homes and landscaping. We strolled to French bakery, restaurants, and sunsets on the ocean. Disneyland just 20 minutes away, more beaches, too! Beds comfy. Very clean in important areas like kitchen and bathroom, a vacuum dust around beds and fans would be great. Beware the street sweep signs! We loved it, and are grateful for the experience.

Neighborhood was nice. Easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Walk to beach was not long but not the easiest if you have mobility issues or a stroller to push. Quick drive to other beaches in area. Would recommend as we had plenty of space for our family and the location is great.

This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage in CDM. It's in a wonderful location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and close to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and the property is very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in the Newport Beach area for a very reasonable price.

Lovely property in a fantastic location. The best restaurants within walking distance! Was so glad they warned me of parking issues when the city is street sweeping Clean, provided everything you could ask for including beach chairs, wagon, etc. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.

We loved our stay here. This small “cottage” is less than a 10 minute walk to Inspiration Point. There are many good restaurants within walking distance also. And to cap it off, See’s Candies is right at the end of the block!

My wife and I stay 11 days and found this cottage to be, in the words of Goldilocks, "Just right" while visiting friends in the area. The cottage is exactly as described. You can walk to the beach, enjoy relaxing on the patio, find lots of good dining places within easy walking distance. If you want to prepare your own meals the unit is well equipped. If you're looking for a chrome and plastic atmosphere on the beach, this isn't the place for you. If you want a lot of charm and character in a quiet neighborhood, this is for you.

This was our third trip to this property and we enjoyed every minute! The cottage is comfortable and conveniently located. We spent lots of time relaxing in the beach, exploring the tide pools and even saw the impressive results of a sandcastle competition! Local eateries offer a variety of cuisines and price points. A short drive to other great Orange County locations.

Clean, comfortable, cozy for two. Good location in a nice neighborhood. Nice outdoor area to enjoy the good weather and relax . Very glad it has AC in the living room, which we found very necessary for OC in September. Really wish they would also put a unit in the main bedroom , as well. Would be nice if a little more detail work was done to spruce up the older aspects of the home, but overall quite decent and we did appreciate the newer floors throughout. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay and it was a good place to return after a busy and tiring day out and about. Would stay here again.
