Ideal para familias y asequible para parejas, nuestra unidad está cargada con extras para hacer su estancia agradable. Mi esposo y yo tenemos dos hijos, así que sabemos cómo hacer un lugar 'amigable para los niños'. Hemos puesto un montón de pensamiento en la creación de la casa y que tiene tres de TV de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, equipo de música, Xbox con juegos, biblioteca de DVD, juegos de mesa, libros, sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes para la arena allí para que usted utilice. Usted no tendrá que arrastrar todo eso con usted desde su casa! Incluso tenemos un paquete-n-play y una silla portátil de alta para los más pequeños ...
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con puertas francesas que dan a la terraza. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana montada en la pared y un armario grande. Su baño tiene la zona del lavabo / vestidor separado de la ducha, así que se siente como tener un medio baño extra. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble, otro televisor de pantalla plana y otro baño completo.

Estamos actualizando constantemente la unidad y este año agregamos nuevos muebles de balcón y muchos otros extras para ti.

El edificio cuenta con WIFI gratuito, un ascensor, dos grandes piscinas (una climatizada durante todo el año), dos piscinas para niños, carritos de equipaje en el vestíbulo y la seguridad en el lugar.

Si usted no está familiarizado con Gulf Shores, es una ubicación impresionante. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca de guías e información del área en el condominio para que usted utilice. Y ya que vivimos en la zona de 5 años y la visita a menudo, estaré encantado de compartir mi área de conocimiento y pasar el tiempo hablando con usted y ayudar a planificar su viaje. The stay overall was nice. Great views. Condo needs a little updating. Bedroom tvs are on Dish which hardly ever worked. Maybe update to Roku or smart tv's and stream channels. Couch worn and outdated.

Cons: Complex: Trash in parking lot, elevator was dirty on multiple days, tile messed up around the pool, mildew on the exterior walls & windows, rust on balcony railings, smoking allowed on the balconies. Unit: Not as updated or well maintained as expected (especially the bathrooms), there was a bad musty smell in the condo, the air inside felt humid, the balcony doors were badly rusted.
Pros: Complex very close walk to the beach with chair rental, spacious unit & balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable master bed, easy checkin/checkout, owner was responsive to communication about our concerns.
Despite the issues, we ended up making the best of it & had a great trip!

The condo was just perfect for my family of 5. It was right on the beach. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had basic utensils. The only thing I was surprised about was there was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. It was the first time I had to go by toilet paper at a condo.

I researched a TON of Gulf Shore rentals to find the "just right" location for our family...and boy, did it pay off with this one! While researching, my priorities were: proximity to beach, balcony with a great view, pool, in room washer/dryer, minimum 2 BR 2 BA, 3rd floor or below (so we didn't have to rely on elevators), and affordability. What was also important, but I couldn't really judge until after I booked, was having helpful hosts. We got lucky & won the "host lottery"...our hosts were so great, and were always available to answer our questions! A couple of rainstorms rolled in during our stay, but that just gave us an opportunity to watch the "dolphin show" from our amazing balcony. Our memories of this condo's vibrant view of that beautiful beach will stay with us forever!

Being directly on the beach was such a plus. We watched others struggle that were staying off the beach each day lug all their stuff to the beach. We have 60 second access and could come and go easily to our condo each day, as needed.
Views were amazing, being right on the water can't be underestimated. The condo was clean, had all our necessities and was comfortable for our family of four.
It was a convenient location, within walking distance of several restaurants and short driving distance to others.
Check in/out and parking were a breeze. Janet has a real gem with this place. We look forward to being back.
We lucked out with great weather (no rain). It was a bit warm in July, but the water was the perfect to jump into as a person got warm. Saw dolphins most days and really enjoy the sea air.
I would recommend this condo to other small families.

Busy holiday weekend. Easy in and out access to beach. Enjoyed 3rd floor can take stairs to avoid waiting on elevator. Great view and balcony was large. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have.

I liked that Surfside Shores is a bit smaller than some of the other beachfront properties I’ve stayed at. Made access to the beach quick and the pool was never crowded.
Pros: great views, easy beach access, pool wasn’t crowded, the place had everything we needed for our stay-plus it has beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, the king bed is super comfortable, AC works great, host very responsive, balcony chairs comfortable, price quite reasonable
Cons: we didn’t really have anything negative to say. Not super fancy or huge but definitely sufficient and we spent most of our days and nights outside

It’s a wonderful place overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relaxing with everything you need for a beach stay at your fingertips. Shopping and groceries, restaurants and outdoor activities are all close by.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was perfect and provided shelter from the cold wind. Despite the cooler temperatures we enjoyed several walks on the beach. We appreciate accommodating us a day early which allowed us to avoid snow/ice between our home and there. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect location for a family vacation. The condo was clean and has stunning views - we even saw dolphins several times from the balcony! Easy access to the beach and pool and very detailed and clear communication from the owner leading up to the trip. Having beach supplies there was a HUGE amenity and so helpful when traveling with kids! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed many places along the emerald coast and I think this was one of our favorites. The condo was right on the beach. Many mornings we sat on the balcony and were able to watch the dolphins swimming. Everything was clean and spacious. It was perfect!

We had a girl’s trip to the beach and didn’t want to travel to get to the beach area. This is the perfect location! You just walk out the doors and you’re on the beach!! It’s so nice to walk out onto your condo balcony anytime you want and see the beach too! The condo owner provided beach supplies which was a plus!!and if you like the pool, it’s right there too! Wonderful place to stay! Would love to return again!
