This is such a great house to vacation in. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and especially loved the pool and all of the features. Beds were comfy as well as the living room furniture. Hope to come back next year!

House was absolutely amazing! Wonderful decor, clean, well stocked, pool, and jacuzzi , with the waterfalls, were so beautiful. Boat dock was great, built in live well was great. Caught numerous mangrove snapper right off the dock, easy in and out with our boat, bait freezer and ice machine were a huge help. Saw 3 Manatees in the canal all the time! Definitely will stay there again! Loved it ! Had a blast !

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to the Florida Keys and the house did not disappoint. The property was very clean and the furniture comfortable. The A/C worked great and the backyard was a great oasis. Charles was great at communicating and even had solar lights for the pool delivered while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location loved everything about the property just a few minor issues the pool lights dont work the pool has a significant leak and has to be filled often the master bedroom ceiling fan is inoperable minor things but still worth mentioning

The location was amazing, the canal was literally a block from the Gulf, perfect for lots of boating activities. Spent a fair amount of time relaxing in and around the pool for the week with friends. This house was exactly what we needed!! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We so enjoyed this property that we've booked it for 2025 and hope to continue to do so annually. Since it is located in Marathon it is conveniently located to any amenity you might require and its central location in the keys means that it's a relatively quick trip to other keys including Key West. Quite different from the more typical, generic character of VRBO rentals in the Keys, this place indeed has its own unique character and charm as the photos suggest. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating my wife's sons and daughter-in-law worked very well. Also, the kitchen is very well supplied with anything you would need for meal preparation (we cook rather than going out to eat all the time). The pool is the perfect temperature and is surrounded by ample and very usable hardscape, furniture, and a fun tiki hut. Situated on a canal just a short way from open water, the dock could handle a boat but also worked for our kayaks. In summary, this is a great place to stay in the Keys. Highly recommended.

We have been visiting the Keys for over 35yrs and have stayed in many different houses. This one ranks near the top! It has a very unique remodeled water theme. Especially the grotto shower in the main bedroom! The location puts it very close to shopping centers, bait shops and restaurants. The pool and sun deck was where we spent most of our time while at the house. If you bring a boat, the public ramp is right around the corner. And there is plenty of space to park a trailer at the house. The dock can handle a 30’ boat and is easy access to the gulf waters. The house could use a door leading to the bathroom in the main bedroom and some curtains covering the glass panels along the back of the house. But our overall stay experience was excellent and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

From the outside the house looks small, but as soon as you walk in the house is open and airy and very spacious. Every room had its own bathroom which was nice. The master bedroom was unique with the murals, it reflected being under the sea. The shower in the master bedroom had so many shower heads you could use a different one for each shower, but my absolute favorite was the rain head; I want one of these in my bathroom.
The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a meal.
I loved the pool area. It was very private even though you were on the canal. The waterfall in the pool made the experience even better; kids will love it. I used the pool every day, and I think I was able to talk my husband into putting one at our home.
I love the place so much I wanted to stay another week. I would definitely stay here again.

Having a dock is a must, and this one allowed for immediate access to the Gulf. If you are considering this property look no more, it is indeed the best.

This was the perfect property for 3 couples. The floor plan is great and very conducive for folks to be gathered in the kitchen area. The beds are more than comfortable and rooms were very quiet. We spent most of our time outside relaxing in the amazing pool and watching sunsets from the sun deck. There are plenty of seating options outside for folks to be in the sun or in the shade under the tiki hut. The neighbor George and his dog Penny are a complete delight. The owner Charlie was easy to get ahold of and communicated throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property as it is centrally located to everything yet tucked away in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time here for the week! House and pool were amazing and the location on the canal is nice if you have a boat it’s very close to end of canal and open water. Plenty of parking. Awesome trip, and this place to stay was a large part of it!

I wish we had reserved two weeks. We didn't want or need to go anywhere, this home is so comfortable and well thought out. Neighbor's are great on the street and across the canal. I could go on and on about the amenities and beautiful decor. We did have an incident when our 18 year old chiwheeny got out of the yard. He is blind and deaf. We notified the neighbors and all helped us loo for him. He was found 25 hours later, swimming for his life in the canal across the street by a resident at 10:45 at night. They rescued him by boat and walked him down to our rental. My worse nightmare lived but a great community to have found and returned him to us. George and his dog Penny live next door and are loving and fun. George immediately started texting friends and neighbors as well to find our baby. Otherwise, we would have stayed with someone (offers were made) until we found our fur baby.
This rental is truly a piece of paradise.

We really enjoyed our trip even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was cold and rainy and we didn't get to catch our fish but we found several fish markets and ate some of the best home cooked meals ever. We had stone crab claws that we hadn't eaten for 30 years. And we found dry aged hand cut syeaks at Fish Tales that were the best I have ever eaten. We had all we needed and had a great time. We would love to rent again.

Our stay on the Yellowtail property was priceless. The property separates itself for obvious reasons with the wonderful pool and hot tub, but it's intricacies really made it stand out. The tiki hut and overlook tower are one of a kind and those who love fishing, the dock provides an excellent experience without having to spend $$$ to go out with a guide or rent a boat. There is a live well attached to the dock and we were able to get plenty of Mangrove Snappers 10" - 12" throughout the week. Charles was very accommodating for the minor issue we had. I highly recommend this property, just hopefully not for the time we want to go back 😆

We loved everything about this place. The canal is very low traffic. The backyard was fantastic from the waterfall/grotto to the hot tub to the beach style pool. The master shower is phenomenal. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Family Vacation
This is our second time staying in this beautiful house. It is perfectly located close to anything and everything you want to do in the Florida Keys. My husband loves fishing from the dock and the easy boating access to the Gulf and Atlantic. The kids and I love the pool and hot tub. A quick day trip to Key West is a breeze. Keys Vacation
This property was fantastic! Everything was new and clean and the home had a ton of space. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photos, the dock has plenty of space, we had a 21 ft center console with us and it fit easily. Great view from the top deck of the dock and really easy access to the gulf as well as crossing over to the Atlantic side. Wonderful place, much better in person. Google images hasn't been updated since it's been renovated and that was a great surprise. Definitely would stay again if available.

Our stay in Marathon was great. Perfect house. Mr. Brown was a great host - quick responses to all of our questions. The house is beautiful. The VRBO description does not do it justice. Location was great. The house is close to the small Marathon airport but noise was not an issue. The pool/hot tub was perfect. Décor and amenities top notch. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fun, relaxing home
Ours was a girls trip and this was the perfect place! Soaking in the spa, floating around the pool, laying in the sun, what more could a person want? Charles and Jody were quick to respond with our questions. The house was very clean, had pretty much everything we needed and close to a lot of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, well equipped home
We rented this house February of 2022, 2 couples and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for the dogs as it is entirely fenced in. Once we figured out the hot tub, which a quick call from Charles did the trick, we enjoyed every minute of our week! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking/grilling and is located very close to Winn Dixie and other stores. George, the neighbor and Penny his pup were very friendly and helpful! This house and location did not disappoint! Thank you Charles for a great stay!
