The condo was perfect! Plenty of space, clean, beautifully decorated felt like home for a week! The only complaint was the TV remotes, but seniors usually have trouble with those things. Contacted owner and was taken care of. The beach, pool and watching the birds was so peaceful. i think the owner needs larger TV,s and better lighting. Would definitely return! Perfect!

We loved our stay at Keith’s condo. We have stayed at Beach Cottages for several years but this was our first time at Keith’s. The unit was beautifully furnished, master bed was very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked. It had everything we needed. There were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas in the spare bedroom closet for guests to use (although we had taken our own), they came in handy when we had visitors for the day. The balcony overlooks the bird sanctuary. We enjoyed watching the birds settle in every night at dusk. The pool deck is huge so you have room to spread out. Love being on the top floor so you don’t hear people moving above you. We are looking forward to next year!

The condo was spacious with a large balcony, had beautiful views of the beach and gulf, was in a easy access location minus the crowds. Parking was no hassle, carts were available to help move luggage to the condo, there were showers/hoses at the entries to the beach (with a rack to place your shoes which was a nice bonus). The kitchen was well stocked, seating in the living area was comfortable and felt like home, plus plenty of room for puzzles, laptops, and board games. The beds were very comfortable and the window shades did a great job of keeping the light out when we wanted to sleep in. All four of us (parents with two adult children) enjoyed our stay. We truly had a wonderful stay.

We are retired senior snowbirds and have resided in the Saint Petersburg area for many years and are very familiar with this area as well as all the attractions. We revisited this area with my wife, daughter and 6-year-old grandson who really enjoyed his long distance trip for the first time. We started on the East coast on Cocoa Beach as my grandson wanted to visit the Kennedy Space center, not Disneyland. He stated to me Disneyland is for little kids. We had an enjoyable stay at both locations, Cocoa Beach and Indian Shores on the Gulf Boulevard. I’ll continue by listing the Pros and Cons. · Pros: · Condo shown is as advertised, clean, well kept and quiet except for occasional bird noise in the middle of the night. · Was well equipped with clean lining, towels and a variety of condiments as well as cleaning supplies. · Plenty of beach toys for the kind as well as lawn chairs and umbrella and even a fishing rod and reel. · Beds are comfortable with plenty of closet space. · Three grills are available at the pool deck for grilling. We enjoyed cooking and eating out on the pool deck a couple of times. · Lowry Park Zoo and Kennedy Space Center I'd recommend. · Publix Food Market is about 3 miles away on 113th Street Seminole. · Cons: · Upon arrival it took about 15 minutes to unlock the dead bolt to get into the condo. When entered we found one of the hallway pictures on the floor. · Both items were immediately reported to the owner. He’s going to lubricate the lock. · When it comes to keys, there were times when the key for beach access would be stuck in the lock. I noticed other people having the same issue. · The slider off of the bedroom wouldn’t open. Notified the owner who told us how to open it. I'm very familiar with hurricane sliders and how heavy they are; it took myself on the inside of the door and my daughter on the outside to get the door open. After that it worked normally. · While all bedrooms have TV’s as well as the living room, the one in the living room is very small for that room. · The birds in the Bird Sanctuary and as reported by others can be noisy at night, especially if they decided to fight. But my wife and daughter seemed to be entertained by them. For my 6-year-old grandson, we found the Bush Gardens Adventure Island Water Park a rip-off as compared to other prior years. $30 for parking in an almost empty parking lot with admission to the park, especially during off-season is excessive when compared to other

My family stayed here in July 2022. We absolutely loved the well-stocked condo. Since we flew, I was worried abt towels, chairs, boogie boards etc. No worries, it was all there. Super stocked kitchen was very helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We went to Caddy’s, Salt Rock Grill, Crabby’s, Beach Bites and Burgers, Mad Beach….each one was delicious. We were very close to Publix, Walmart, and John’s Pass. Highly recommend John’s Pass where we went on an incredible Dolphin Cruise. It was less than 5 miles from the condo. Extended family members stayed in other condos and when they came to ours, they complimented how much better our condo was than theirs. Keith responded to all of my questions immediately. He’s extremely easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back!!

We loved this place! The condo was in a very convenient area. There were plenty of restaurants and some activities close by at John's Pass. The beach was perfect and just a few steps from the condo! The pool was nice too. The pool area is huge...just wish the pool was a little bigger. It got busy at certain times and there was not a ton of space. The condo was very clean and nice. It had all of the things we needed for our kids ranging from 18-1 years old. So many pool and beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of towels for us to shower and use. I loved having a washer and dryer right in the unit. It came in handy for a family of 6. There was a pack n play and high chair for our 1yr old. The bird sanctuary next door didn't bother us. We had lunch on the balcony and would sit out there in the afternoons. It was actually neat to watch the birds. This unit was definitely one we would want to use again!

Almost right on the beach - good size appartment - good parking for main vehicle and plenty of spaces for additional ones. Locks took a bit of getting used to - some sort of keyless entry would have been perfect as only 2 sets of keys - owner very responsive and dealt with the only issue we had pretty quickly. Overall a good locatioon and fine property.

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to this condo. The unit was clean and had all of the needed amenities and more! There was a closet with extras such as an air mattress, play pen, high chair, beach chairs and toys, and extra beach towels and bedding. It also had a great view of the beach and there bird sanctuary was a real added treat!

Convenient location and great place for vacation

Loved our vacation, very spacious condo. The view was beautiful, my son loved the pool and the beach was so perfect and so close. The bird sanctuary next door was pretty stinky, but it didn't bother my husband or son. I can be sensitive to smells, so I just avoided the patio, but it was no problem really.

This is a well maintained property. The beaches are absolutely spectacular and the water was so clear. The bird sanctuary next door gives you the feeling of being secluded. Everything you need is here. Chairs, umbrellas. Just pack your suit and you’re ready for a relaxing trip.

This was my first time in Florida. My friends almost every year go to Florida and they told me that this time they relaxed like never before. The fact that you sit on the balcony and looking at the ocean says it all. The apartment is very spacious. We had a great time!

Enjoyed the bird sanctuary for the second time with 4 visits there, just didn't enjoy the odor.

Great location, right on the beach. Great for families. Room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of parking, and easy access to main road. This property is well worth it.

Extremely impressed with this well furnished, clean condo. Had everything needed for a great vacation. Nice size patio with table/chairs and a great view of the ocean/beach. Short walk to an excellent pool/deck area (were able to find a pool chairs for 4 each day). Starter supplies provided (soap/ shampoo/toilet paper/paper towels/etc). Listing says to bring your own beach towels, however, there were some in the condo when we arrived. Designated parking spot is right next to access door/elevator. Would definitely rent here again if available.

I have stayed at Beach Cottages before but not this unit. It was everything it said it was. Very nice condo right on the beach . We had a great week and will come back again next year. The owner was very easy to reach any questions i had he responded right away. The condo had everything we needed Wonderful Week!!!

The condo decor projects a warm and comfortable vibe making you feel at home. The owner has provided a well stocked kitchen with all the cookware needed for preparing meals. The furniture is comfortable. The complex is well maintained and has a large pool deck. Access to the beach is easy. The ocean view from inside the condo and on the balcony is spectacular. Very enjoyable stay.

My mother and I stayed here for a month and it was a wonderful experience. There are great views of the ocean and bird sanctuary next door. The beds are very comfortable and layout of the condo was perfect for our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. First of all the pictures are spot on. Everything was very clean and updated. We had four adults (two grown children 20 and 25, and my husband and I). I can say that the king bed was super comfy and nice comfy pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. We ate breakfast and lunch in the room each day. The closest grocery store is a Winn Dixie about two miles away. The pool and hot tub area was also very nice and we used it daily. We used the gas grills one evening and they also worked great. The beach is gorgeous. This was our first time to the gulf side of Florida and we loved it. Sand is like powder. A few restaurants within walking distance (maybe .25 mile away). We went to Broke and Bored and Beach Pizza. Both were very good. The balcony was also nice and we ate a lot of meals out there. The bird sanctuary did not bother us in the least. The owner was very accommodating and got back to us quickly. We will definitely be back.

This is a large, well-equipped condo in a good location. It's not a fancy place and it is showing some age, but nice. The pool is a bit small for the size of the complex, so it can get crowded. This condo is on the top floor of the building which is nice for the views and the noise. It overlooks the bird sanctuary right next door and the beach. The balcony is quite large--we were able to have meals and play cords on the balcony. Owner provides clear information well in advance of arrival. Condo has beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, etc so you don't need to lug all of that stuff down. Great beach for walking. Several restaurants close by.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo has everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The only thing it’s missing is an umbrella for the beach.

This condo was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped! It had everything needed for a great day at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, skim board, floatation devices, small cooler, umbrella…). If you are staying with a baby/toddler it also had a high chair and playpen. The parking spot is right next to the elevator and the steps to the beach are right around the corner from the condo! The patio is spacious and great for grilling out while the kids play in the pool. As for the bird sanctuary, there was a slight smell a few days of our stay but it wasn’t unbearable (and it wasn’t every day) and the birds were fun to watch. The beach was spacious as well, no need to worry about stepping over other people!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The unit is much larger than expected, clean, and furnishings are up to date. The complex was the perfect size for us. The location on the beach was great. Everyone we met were very nice and respectful of your space. The entire property is well kept. We would definitely stay here again and request this unit.

It was clean, updated and enough room for everyone. We had friends also in the complex and the common areas, (kitchen, dining, living room)left enough room to eat meals in the condo together without being on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable. The condo location was very close to some nice restuarants within walking distance.

Unit 5106, Beach Cottage I, was spacious and comfortably furnished. It came with everything you would need to enjoy the beach, and the pool deck. Its location was ideal for easy access to local restaurants and activities along the coast and in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. The owner was easy to deal with and responded promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay.

We had a fun-filled week of R and R!!! Exactly what my husband and I needed!! The condo had everything we needed to make sure we felt at home! We can't wait to visit again!!!
